本发明涉及一种八宝粥的制造方法。
背景技术
八宝粥,又名腊八粥,是一种传统的食物,由多种食材熬制而成,传统的做法为用胡桃、松子、乳覃、柿、栗之类的做粥,具有健脾养胃,消滞减肥,益气安神的功效,可作为肥胖及神经衰弱者食疗之用,也可以作为日常养生健美的食品。现代腊八粥的配料可以依照个人口味而定,一般有大米、花生、绿豆、红豆、百合等食材,可选的辅料有扁豆、红枣、桂圆、百合、百合、枸杞、薏米、小米、其他豆类等,可加糖成甜品,也可以加盐制成咸粥,由于其方便取用,味道多样,受到人们的喜爱。
百合具有养阴润肺,清心安神之功效。常用于阴虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚。。
粳米有滋阴补肾,健脾暖肝、明目活血功效。无论煮粥还是煲汤,均是一种滋补佳品。
莲子具有补脾止泻,止带,益肾涩精,养心安神之功效。常用于脾虚泄泻,带下,遗精,心悸失眠。
不同八宝粥的原料也不尽相同,现有的八宝粥在保健方面的营养功能还是很有限,品种不够丰富,不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的八宝粥品种不够丰富的不足,本发明提供一种润肺滋颜的莲子百合八宝粥的制造方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种莲子百合八宝粥的制造方法,取20-50个重量份的百合,40-80个重量份的粳米,20-50个重量份的莲子,30-80个重量份的糯米,100-300个重量份的大米,10-50个重量份的冰糖;首先对百合、粳米、莲子进行挑选和漂洗,沥水待用;将处理过的百合、粳米、莲子与大米、糯米和水混合均匀加入产品罐中,密封后装入高压釜中灭菌同时制粥,高压釜内压力控制为0.1-0.5MPa,温度为120-125摄氏度,保持40-60分钟;自然冷却后加入冰糖,装罐即得成品。
进一步,漂洗过程为分别将百合、粳米和莲子放入含有二氧化氯的水中漂洗,二氧化氯浓度为100-400ppm,水温为10-25摄氏度,漂洗时间为10-15分钟,然后再用清水冲洗干净。
进一步,自然冷却后还加入有蜂蜜,然后装罐得到成品。
本发明的有益效果是:莲子百合粥是一款甜粥,味美清淡,惹人喜爱,能代早餐食。可补益脾胃、润肺,宁心安神。

当然,本发明除了上述实施方式之外,还可以有其它结构上的变形,这些等同技术方案也应当在其保护范围之内。

1.一种莲子百合八宝粥的制造方法,其特征在于:
取20-50个重量份的百合,40-80个重量份的粳米,20-50个重量份的莲子,30-80个重量份的糯米,100-300个重量份的大米,10-50个重量份的冰糖;
首先对百合、粳米、莲子进行挑选和漂洗,沥水待用;
将处理过的百合、粳米、莲子与大米、糯米和水混合均匀加入产品罐中,密封后装入高压釜中灭菌同时制粥,高压釜内压力控制为0.1-0.5MPa,温度为120-125摄氏度,保持40-60分钟;
自然冷却后加入冰糖,装罐即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种莲子百合八宝粥的制造方法,其特征在于:漂洗过程为分别将百合、粳米、莲子放入含有二氧化氯的水中漂洗,二氧化氯浓度为100-400ppm,水温为10-25摄氏度,漂洗时间为10-15分钟,然后再用清水冲洗干净。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种莲子百合八宝粥的制造方法,其特征在于:自然冷却后还加入有蜂蜜,然后装罐得到成品。
