本发明公开了一种益气健脾八宝粥的制造方法,首先对红枣、白术和茯苓进行挑选和漂洗,沥水待用;将处理过的红枣、白术与大米、粳米和水混合均匀加入产品罐中,密封后装入高压釜中灭菌同时制粥,高压釜内压力控制为0.1-0.5MPa,温度为120-125摄氏度,保持40-60分钟;自然冷却后加入白糖,装罐即得成品。益气健脾粥是一款甜粥,味美清淡,惹人喜爱,可滋润皮肤,增加皮肤弹性和光泽,起到养颜美容作用,丰富了八宝粥的品种。

本发明涉及一种八宝粥的制造方法。
背景技术
八宝粥,又名腊八粥,是一种传统的食物,由多种食材熬制而成,传统的做法为用胡桃、松子、乳覃、柿、栗之类的做粥,具有健脾养胃,消滞减肥,益气安神的功效,可作为肥胖及神经衰弱者食疗之用,也可以作为日常养生健美的食品。现代腊八粥的配料可以依照个人口味而定,一般有大米、花生、绿豆、红豆、红枣等食材,可选的辅料有扁豆、红枣、桂圆、红枣、百合、枸杞、薏米、小米、其他豆类等,可加糖成甜品,也可以加盐制成咸粥,由于其方便取用,味道多样,受到人们的喜爱。
红枣味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能;而现代的药理学则发现,红枣含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、多种微量钙以及氨基酸等丰富的营养成份。
白术具有健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎的功效,用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。
茯苓利水渗湿,健脾,宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
粳米有滋阴补肾,健脾暖肝、明目活血功效。无论煮粥还是煲汤,均是一种滋补佳品。
不同八宝粥的原料也不尽相同,现有的八宝粥在保健方面的营养功能还是很有限,品种不够丰富,不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的八宝粥品种不够丰富的不足,本发明提供一种益气健脾八宝粥的制造方法。
脾为后天之本,气血生化之源。脾主肌肉,脾胃功能健运,则气血旺盛,可见面色红润,肌肤弹性良好;反之,脾失健运,气血津液不足,不能营养颜面.其入必精神萎靡,面色淡白,萎黄不泽。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种益气健脾八宝粥的制造方法,取20-50个重量份的红枣,5-10个重量份的白术,15-20个重量份的茯苓,30-80个重量份的粳米,100-150个重量份的大米,10-50个重量份的白糖;首先对红枣、白术、茯苓进行挑选和漂洗,沥水待用;将处理过的红枣、白术、茯苓与大米、粳米和水混合均匀加入产品罐中,密封后装入高压釜中灭菌同时制粥,高压釜内压力控制为0.1-0.5MPa,温度为120-125摄氏度,保持40-60分钟;自然冷却后加入白糖,装罐即得成品。
进一步,漂洗过程为分别将红枣、白术和茯苓放入含有二氧化氯的水中漂洗,二氧化氯浓度为100-400ppm,水温为10-25摄氏度,漂洗时间为10-15分钟,然后再用清水冲洗干净。
进一步,自然冷却后还加入有蜂蜜,然后装罐得到成品。
本发明的有益效果是:益气健脾粥是一款甜粥,味美清淡,惹人喜爱,可滋润皮肤,增加皮肤弹性和光泽,起到养颜美容作用,丰富了八宝粥的品种。

当然,本发明除了上述实施方式之外,还可以有其它结构上的变形,这些等同技术方案也应当在其保护范围之内。

1.一种益气健脾八宝粥的制造方法,其特征在于:
取20-50个重量份的红枣,5-10个重量份的白术,15-20个重量份的茯苓,30-80个重量份的粳米,100-150个重量份的大米,10-50个重量份的白糖;
首先对红枣、白术、茯苓进行挑选和漂洗,沥水待用;
将处理过的红枣、白术、茯苓与大米、粳米和水混合均匀加入产品罐中,密封后装入高压釜中灭菌同时制粥,高压釜内压力控制为0.1-0.5MPa,温度为120-125摄氏度,保持40-60分钟;
自然冷却后加入白糖,装罐即得成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种益气健脾八宝粥的制造方法,其特征在于:漂洗过程为分别将红枣、白术、茯苓放入含有二氧化氯的水中漂洗,二氧化氯浓度为100-400ppm,水温为10-25摄氏度,漂洗时间为10-15分钟,然后再用清水冲洗干净。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种益气健脾八宝粥的制造方法,其特征在于:自然冷却后还加入有蜂蜜,然后装罐得到成品。
