背景技术

现有技术如授权公告号为CN 104032519 B的中国发明专利,公开了一种防掉色卫衣绒的染色工艺,卫衣绒布经过染涤、高温定型、染棉等步骤制得防掉色卫衣绒,使面料具有了一定的色牢度,但还是不能满足实际的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种柔软防掉色牛仔布的加工工艺,该工艺加工的牛仔布具有良好的防掉色效果。
本发明针对背景技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:一种柔软防掉色牛仔布的加工工艺,包括经纱纱线的制备、纬纱纱线的制备以及牛仔布的制备。工艺方法简单,产品质量高,所制备的牛仔布防掉色效果佳,具有透气透湿,手感柔软,穿着舒适的特点,提高了产品的附加值。
作为优选,经纱纱线的制备过程为:将棉纤维、丝麻纤维、云母改性纤维按质量比为2/1/1-2.5/1.2/1混合纺织形成经纱纱线。所制备的经纱纱线使得牛仔布具有真丝的外观效应,手感丝滑柔顺而又挺爽具有护肤和消臭的性能。
作为优选,云母改性纤维的制备过程为:取3-5份云母母粒在100-105℃真空干燥20-24h,幷与95-97份锦纶6切片混合,再加入0.1-0.2份活性多肽,在265-275℃熔融,接着将熔体在265-275℃下从喷丝头的喷丝孔压出,在水中冷却凝固成丝,得云母改性纤维。以锦纶为载体,融入纳米云母,提高了染料对纤维的可及度,增强了染料在纤维内部的扩散速度,使纤维制备的牛仔布具有优良的染色性能,提高了所制备的牛仔布的经济价值。
作为优选,云母改性纤维的制备过程中所加入的活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:HSHACASYSCRCRRARRCGSHRGRCYCRCLRCRVLHPGKLCVCVNCSR。所加入的活性多肽与云母具有协同作用,提高了纤维无定形区的含量,降低了纤维分子排列的有序性,增大了纤维的孔隙,有利于染色分子的进入,提高了色牢度。
作为优选,纬纱纱线的制备过程为:将棉纤维、丝麻纤维、热敏变色纤维按质量比为2/0.5/1-3/0.7/1混合纺织形成纬纱纱线。所制备的纬纱纱线受到光外界温度刺激后可以自动改变颜色,丰富了牛仔布的色彩,产生了新奇的颜色变化,提高了牛仔布的品味。

一种柔软防掉色牛仔布的加工工艺,其制备过程为:
1)云母改性纤维的制备:取3份云母母粒在100℃真空干燥20h,幷与95份锦纶6切片混合,再加入0.1份活性多肽,在265℃熔融,接着将熔体在265℃下从喷丝头的喷丝孔压出,在水中冷却凝固成丝,得云母改性纤维,其中,活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:HSHACASYSCRCRRARRCGSHRGRCYCRCLRCRVLHPGKLCVCVNCSR;
2)经纱纱线的制备:将棉纤维、丝麻纤维、云母改性纤维按质量比为2/1/1混合纺织形成经纱纱线。所制备的经纱纱线使得牛仔布具有真丝的外观效应,手感丝滑柔顺而又挺爽具有护肤和消臭的性能;
3)纬纱纱线的制备:将棉纤维、丝麻纤维、热敏变色纤维按质量比为2/0.5/1混合纺织形成纬纱纱线;
4)牛仔布的制备:将经纱纱线与纬纱纱线染色,通过织机以3/1右斜纹的地组织、2/2经重平的边组织进行织造,制成牛仔坯布,再经过烧毛、拉斜、预烘、预缩、检验工序制得牛仔布。工艺简单,成本低廉,自动化程度高,所制备的牛仔布外感美丽,质量稳定,穿着效果好,且过程中充分利用了纤维资源,符合绿色环保的要求。

一种柔软防掉色牛仔布的加工工艺,其制备过程为:首先是云母改性纤维的制备:取5份云母母粒在105℃真空干燥24h,幷与97份锦纶6切片混合,再加入0.2份活性多肽,在275℃熔融,接着将熔体在275℃下从喷丝头的喷丝孔压出,在水中冷却凝固成丝,得云母改性纤维,其中,活性多肽的氨基酸序列为:HSHACASYSCRCRRARRCGSHRGRCYCRCLRCRVLHPGKLCVCVNCSR;接着是经纱纱线的制备:将棉纤维、丝麻纤维、云母改性纤维按质量比为2.5/1.2/1混合纺织形成经纱纱线。所制备的经纱纱线使得牛仔布具有真丝的外观效应,手感丝滑柔顺而又挺爽具有护肤和消臭的性能;接着是纬纱纱线的制备:将棉纤维、丝麻纤维、热敏变色纤维按质量比为3/0.7/1混合纺织形成纬纱纱线;最后是牛仔布的制备:将经纱纱线与纬纱纱线染色,通过织机以3/1右斜纹的地组织、2/2经重平的边组织进行织造,制成牛仔坯布,再经过烧毛、拉斜、预烘、预缩、检验工序制得牛仔布。工艺简单,成本低廉,自动化程度高,所制备的牛仔布外感美丽,质量稳定,穿着效果好,且过程中充分利用了纤维资源,符合绿色环保的要求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔软防掉色牛仔布的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述云母改性纤维的制备过程为:取3-5份云母母粒在100-105℃真空干燥20-24h,幷与95-97份锦纶6切片混合,再加入0.1-0.2份活性多肽,在265-275℃熔融,接着将熔体在265-275℃下从喷丝头的喷丝孔压出,在水中冷却凝固成丝,得云母改性纤维。
