本发明属于纺织技术领域,具体涉及一种混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法。
背景技术
经久不变的,丝绸面料一直代表着高贵,品质的生活,主要原因在于,丝绸面料的悬垂感和手感特别舒服,穿着时候也是特别亲肤,光感十足,极富有美感。同时,丝绸织物是理想的夏装面料和内衣面料,在没有大量地出汗时,丝绸织物显示出良好的穿着舒适性。但在运动或炎热的夏季出汗时,丝绸织物的吸汗效果便显示出明显的不足,应用范围因此受限。也主要是蚕丝的吸湿性高、放湿慢,长期在出汗情况下穿着会感到不舒服,另外一点就是蚕丝资源有限,相对价格较高,性价比并不是很好。目前越来越多的研究致力于仿丝绸面料,具有丝绸般的光泽和舒适性,制作成本又低,同时原料来源丰富。
中国专利CN104746211A公开了一种涤纶粘胶仿丝绸色织面料的制备方法,其步骤包括:纺纱→染色→整经→织造→坯布检修→碱减量→定型→轧光→预缩。其中涤纶纱纺纱,采用纯涤纶网络丝以S捻、Z捻交替的方式织入。碱减量,烧碱用量为5-10g/L,处理温度为50-70℃,时间为30-60min;定型温度150℃,浸轧吸湿快干整理剂,改善涤纶纱的吸湿快干效果;轧光工序,采用热轧光,温度为100℃,压力5-10kg,车速30-50m/min,改善手感,赋予丝绸般的光泽,手感。采用该染整加工方法生产的涤纶粘胶仿丝绸色织面料具有丝绸般的风格,同时斜纹织物的扭曲在3.0%以内,通过碱减量处理使得面料具有丝绸的光滑手感,烧碱作为无机碱,不如有机碱对纤维处理的效果明显。

中国专利CN104233572A公开一种仿丝绸面料的制备方法,其步骤包括:(1)选材:经纱采用为BB.FDY钻石丝牵伸丝纯纺纱,纬纱选取大豆蛋白纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维混纺纱;(2)经纱处理:BB.FDY钻石丝牵伸丝→TW-N型整经机→KSH300型浆丝机→KB20型并轴机→TD型分绞机→穿经→A;(3)纬纱处理:大豆蛋白纤维和牛奶蛋白纤维混纺纱→络纱→B;(4)A和B用ZA205i喷气织机织造成布;(5)整理,采用混合纺纱制备仿丝绸面料,没有进一步碱减量处理,面料的手感欠佳,上色均匀性差。
因此,本发明针对以上问题,发明一种混纺仿丝绸面料,具有良好的吸湿性能和弹性,同时上色均匀性好,手感舒适,穿着亲肤。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有的不足而提供一种混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法,可以有效改善目前市场上真丝面料价格昂贵,弹性不足,吸湿性差的问题,同时改善市场上仿丝绸面料上色均匀性差,制备工艺复杂,耗材耗时多,制作成本高的问题,
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采取如下的技术方案:
一种混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法,混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S10,混合纺纱:分别对聚酯纤维和玉米纤维经初步碱处理,水洗烘干后,聚酯纤维和玉米纤维混合纺纱,得到坯布织造原料;
S20,染色:S10中得到的坯布织造原料在温度为115℃~135℃条件下,浴比1:15~20,染色10min~15min;
S30,坯布织造:染色后坯布原料采用双面纬编织造,得到织造坯布;
S40,碱减量处理;S30中得到的织造坯布在温度为90℃~99℃条件下,采用4.5g/L~8.5g/L的NaOH溶液进行碱减量处理,水洗后中和,并再次常温水洗;
S50,定型:S40中常温水洗后的织造坯布烘干后在定型液中浸渍15min~25min,脱水后再次在温度为60℃~65℃条件下烘干得到所述混纺仿丝绸面料。

2.本发明公开的混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法,通过对混合纺纱初步碱处理,一方面改善混合纺纱的手感和质感,另一方面改善混合纺纱的固色能力,在染色过程中可以快速上色,同时确保上色均匀性,色彩艳丽;

一种混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法
包括如下步骤:
S10,混合纺纱:分别对聚酯纤维和玉米纤维在温度为110℃条件下,置于2.5g/L的NaOH溶液中,保持10min进行初步碱处理,水洗烘干后,聚酯纤维和玉米纤维混合纺纱,得到坯布织造原料;
上述操作中,聚酯纤维为聚萘二甲酸乙二酯纤维;水洗溶液中包含质量分数为2%的0.05mol/L的HCl溶液。
S20,染色:S10中得到的坯布织造原料在温度为115℃条件下,浴比1:15,染色10min;
S30,坯布织造:染色后坯布原料采用双面纬编织造,得到克重为130g/m2的织造坯布;

S50,定型:S40中常温水洗后的织造坯布烘干后,在温度为145℃条件下,在定型液中浸渍15min,脱水后再次在温度为60℃条件下烘干得到所述混纺仿丝绸面料。
上述操作中,定型液为0.05g/L的AC溶液。
实施例2
一种混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法
包括如下步骤:
S10,混合纺纱:分别对聚酯纤维和玉米纤维在温度为115℃条件下,置于3.5g/L的NaOH溶液中,保持15min进行初步碱处理,水洗烘干后,聚酯纤维和玉米纤维混合纺纱,得到坯布织造原料;
上述操作中,聚酯纤维为聚萘二甲酸乙二酯纤维;水洗溶液中包含质量分数为5%的0.05mol/L的HCl溶液。
S20,染色:S10中得到的坯布织造原料在温度为135℃条件下,浴比1:20,染色15min;
S30,坯布织造:染色后坯布原料采用双面纬编织造,得到克重为150g/m2的织造坯布;
S40,碱减量处理;S30中得到的织造坯布在温度为99℃条件下,采用8.5g/L的NaOH溶液进行碱减量处理,水洗后中和,并再次常温水洗;
上述操作中,碱减量处理溶液还包括1.2g/L(CH3)4NOH溶液;其中,NaOH溶液与(CH3)4NOH溶液的体积比为10:3;水洗分三步进行,第一步,水洗温度为85℃,水洗时间3min;第二步,水洗温度为65℃,水洗时间10min;第三步,水洗温度为35℃,水洗时间12min。
S50,定型:S40中常温水洗后的织造坯布烘干后,在温度为185℃条件下,在定型液中浸渍25min,脱水后再次在温度为65℃条件下烘干得到所述混纺仿丝绸面料。
上述操作中,定型液为0.08g/L的AC溶液。
实施例3
一种混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法
包括如下步骤:
S10,混合纺纱:分别对聚酯纤维和玉米纤维在温度为112℃条件下,置于2.8g/L的NaOH溶液中,保持12min进行初步碱处理,水洗烘干后,聚酯纤维和玉米纤维混合纺纱,得到坯布织造原料;
上述操作中,聚酯纤维为聚萘二甲酸乙二酯纤维;水洗溶液中包含质量分数为2.5%的0.05mol/L的HCl溶液。
S20,染色:S10中得到的坯布织造原料在温度为120℃条件下,浴比1:16,染色12min;
S30,坯布织造:染色后坯布原料采用双面纬编织造,得到克重为15g/m2的织造坯布;
S40,碱减量处理;S30中得到的织造坯布在温度为93℃条件下,采用5.5g/L的NaOH溶液进行碱减量处理,水洗后中和,并再次常温水洗;
上述操作中,碱减量处理溶液还包括0.6g/L(CH3)4NOH溶液;其中,NaOH溶液与(CH3)4NOH溶液的体积比为10:2;水洗分三步进行,第一步,水洗温度为78℃,水洗时间2min;第二步,水洗温度为56℃,水洗时间7min;第三步,水洗温度为27℃,水洗时间9min。
S50,定型:S40中常温水洗后的织造坯布烘干后,在温度为155℃条件下,在定型液中浸渍17min,脱水后再次在温度为62℃条件下烘干得到所述混纺仿丝绸面料。
上述操作中,定型液为0.06g/L的AC溶液。
实施例4
一种混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法
包括如下步骤:
S10,混合纺纱:分别对聚酯纤维和玉米纤维在温度为114℃条件下,置于3.2g/L的NaOH溶液中,保持14min进行初步碱处理,水洗烘干后,聚酯纤维和玉米纤维混合纺纱,得到坯布织造原料;
上述操作中,聚酯纤维为聚萘二甲酸乙二酯纤维;水洗溶液中包含质量分数为4.5%的0.05mol/L的HCl溶液。
S20,染色:S10中得到的坯布织造原料在温度为130℃条件下,浴比1:18,染色14min;
S30,坯布织造:染色后坯布原料采用双面纬编织造,得到克重为145g/m2的织造坯布;
S40,碱减量处理;S30中得到的织造坯布在温度为98℃条件下,采用7.5g/L的NaOH溶液进行碱减量处理,水洗后中和,并再次常温水洗;
上述操作中,碱减量处理溶液还包括1.0g/L(CH3)4NOH溶液;其中,NaOH溶液与(CH3)4NOH溶液的体积比为10:3;水洗分三步进行,第一步,水洗温度为82℃,水洗时间3min;第二步,水洗温度为61℃,水洗时间9min;第三步,水洗温度为33℃,水洗时间10min。
S50,定型:S40中常温水洗后的织造坯布烘干后,在温度为175℃条件下,在定型液中浸渍22min,脱水后再次在温度为64℃条件下烘干得到所述混纺仿丝绸面料。
上述操作中,定型液为0.07g/L的AC溶液。
实施例5
一种混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法
包括如下步骤:
S10,混合纺纱:分别对聚酯纤维和玉米纤维在温度为112℃条件下,置于3.0g/L的NaOH溶液中,保持15min进行初步碱处理,水洗烘干后,聚酯纤维和玉米纤维混合纺纱,得到坯布织造原料;
上述操作中,聚酯纤维为聚萘二甲酸乙二酯纤维;水洗溶液中包含质量分数为3%的0.05mol/L的HCl溶液。
S20,染色:S10中得到的坯布织造原料在温度为125℃条件下,浴比1:16,染色15min;
S30,坯布织造:染色后坯布原料采用双面纬编织造,得到克重为140g/m2的织造坯布;
S40,碱减量处理;S30中得到的织造坯布在温度为95℃条件下,采用6.5g/L的NaOH溶液进行碱减量处理,水洗后中和,并再次常温水洗;
上述操作中,碱减量处理溶液还包括0.8g/L(CH3)4NOH溶液;其中,NaOH溶液与(CH3)4NOH溶液的体积比为10:2;水洗分三步进行,第一步,水洗温度为80℃,水洗时间3min;第二步,水洗温度为61℃,水洗时间7min;第三步,水洗温度为32℃,水洗时间10min。
S50,定型:S40中常温水洗后的织造坯布烘干后,在温度为165℃条件下,在定型液中浸渍20min,脱水后再次在温度为62℃条件下烘干得到所述混纺仿丝绸面料。
上述操作中,定型液为0.06g/L的AC溶液。
实验例
对上述各实施例1~5制备得到的混纺仿丝绸面料进行基本性能的研究,进一步证实本发明制备得到的混纺仿丝绸面料的优异性能,测试结果如表1中所示:

从表1中可看出,实施例1~5制得的混纺仿丝绸面料各方面测试均符合国家标准,耐干摩擦色牢度和耐湿摩擦色牢度均在4级以上,耐皂洗色牢度、耐汗渍色牢度和耐水洗色牢度亦均在4级以上;混纺仿丝绸面料的pH值均在6.2~6.5,属中性,不易对皮肤造成酸碱伤害,可以放心穿着;同时甲醛含量低于国家要求标准,安全环保,可放心使用。
此外,本发明提供的混纺仿丝绸面料在穿着过程中,不易起褶、起球,可以长期保持面料平整光滑,美观得体。

Claims (2)
1.一种混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S10,混合纺纱:分别对聚酯纤维和玉米纤维经初步碱处理,水洗烘干后,聚酯纤维和玉米纤维混合纺纱,得到坯布织造原料;所述初步碱处理具体步骤为:在温度为110℃~115℃条件下,聚酯纤维和玉米纤维分别置于2.5g/L~3.5g/L的NaOH溶液中,保持10min~15min;所述聚酯纤维为聚萘二甲酸乙二酯纤维;水洗溶液中包含质量分数为2%~5%的0.05mol/L的HCl溶液;
S20,染色:S10中得到的坯布织造原料在温度为115℃~135℃条件下,浴比1:15~20,染色10min~15min;
S30,坯布织造:染色后坯布原料采用双面纬编织造,得到织造坯布;
S40,碱减量处理;S30中得到的织造坯布在温度为90℃~99℃条件下,采用4.5g/L~8.5g/L的NaOH溶液进行碱减量处理,降温水洗后中和,并再次常温水洗;所述碱减量处理工艺中,碱减量处理溶液还包括0.3g/L~1.2g/L(CH3)4NOH溶液;所述碱减量处理工艺中,NaOH溶液与(CH3)4NOH溶液的体积比为10:2~3;所述降温水洗分三步进行,第一步,水洗温度为75℃~85℃,水洗时间2min~3min;第二步,水洗温度为55℃~65℃,水洗时间5min~10min;第三步,水洗温度为25℃~35℃,水洗时间8min~12min;
S50,定型:S40中常温水洗后的织造坯布烘干后在定型液中浸渍15min~25min,脱水后再次在温度为60℃~65℃条件下烘干得到所述混纺仿丝绸面料;所述定型液为0.05g/L~0.08g/L的AC溶液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混纺仿丝绸面料的制备方法,其特征在于,S30中,所述坯布的克重为130g/m2~150g/m2。
