2、4、6、8、1、12路的纱线为第三纱线,第3、7、11路的纱线为第二纱线;
[0012]三、将步骤二所得的坯布的表面进行烧毛处理,接着依次进行坯布定型、丝光处理、下缸染色、出缸干布、过软定型及环烘处理,获得牛仔裤面料。

[0015]采用上述技术方案,本发明的一种夏季爽滑透湿针织牛仔裤面料,通过丝光纱与棉纱混纺得到的混纺纱具有吸湿性强和柔软,手感佳的优点,再通过涤纶纱的T型截面有助于更好的排湿透气的特性,则采用本发明限定的混纺纱和涤纶纱针织得到的牛仔面料具有吸湿性强,手感佳,透气好,穿着舒适的优点,非常适用于夏季穿用;另,通过S捻混纺纱和Z捻混纺纱的交织可产生受力左右牵制,使线圈会偏移,从而形成爽滑手感,大大提高了面料的品质。

[0017]本发明的一种夏季爽滑透湿针织牛仔裤面料,由第一纱线、第二纱线和第三纱线针织而成,第一纱线为S捻混纺纱,第二纱线为Z捻混纺纱,第三纱线为涤纶纱,S捻混纺纱为由重量比为25 % —30 %的天丝纱和70 % — 75 %的棉纱混纺而成,Z捻混纺纱为由重量比为25% —30%的天丝纱和70% —75%的棉纱混纺而成,涤纶纱的截面为T型。
[0018]优选的是:第一纱线和第二纱线均为21S/1混纺纱,第一纱线和第二纱线均为强捻纱,该强捻纱的捻系数为400捻;涤沦纱为75D/48F涤纶纱。
[0019] 经多次实现表明,S捻混纺纱和Z捻混纺纱均为由重量比为30%的天丝纱和70%的棉纱混纺而成,采用此一配方组成的混纺纱可使吸湿性和柔软性较佳,并使面料的整体制作成本低,易于后期整理。

[0021] —、备纱,备取第一纱线、第二纱线和第三纱线,将选取的第一纱线和第二纱线进行蒸纱处理;通过对第一纱线和第二纱线的蒸纱处理可避免织造过程中纱线打珠扭结造成编织困难的问题;
[0022] 二、织布,将步骤一的第一纱线、第二纱线和第三纱线通过针织单面大圆机进行编织成单面平纹组织的坯布,其中,坯布的克重最佳为280gsm,幅宽最佳为165cm,该针织单面大圆机优选的采用的德国MAYER的大圆机,该针织单面大圆机的路数为12路,针距为24G,针筒直径为30",模数为96模,针数为2568针,且针织单面大圆机的第1、5、9路的纱线为第一纱线,第2、4、6、8、1、12路的纱线为第三纱线,第3、7、11路的纱线为第二纱线;
[0023]三、将步骤二所得的坯布的表面进行烧毛处理,接着依次进行坯布定型、丝光处理、下缸染色、出缸干布、过软定型及环烘处理,获得牛仔裤面料,其中在丝光处理中,丝光机的加工车速为18m/min,碱浓度为30Be,碱液温度为17°C ;在下缸染色中,采用的是常温拉缸染色,即在常温下用拉缸进行染色,染色的染料为靛蓝染料,染色方式为疋染方式,在染色过程中在还原进加保险粉来浸渍面料,并通过导棍反复使之在过程中接触空气进行氧化,染色后在平幅机上清洗,清洗之后干布;在环烘处理中环烘时间最佳为45min。
[0024]本发明的一种夏季爽滑透湿针织牛仔裤面料,通过丝光纱与棉纱混纺得到的混纺纱具有吸湿性强和柔软,手感佳的优点,再通过涤纶纱的T型截面具有速干效果,有助于更好的排湿透气的特性,则采用本发明限定的混纺纱和涤纶纱针织得到的牛仔面料具有吸湿性强,手感佳,透气好,穿着舒适的优点,非常适用于夏季穿用,解决了传统牛仔裤在夏季穿用时闷热,不舒适的问题,是一种新颖的面料;另,通过S捻混纺纱和Z捻混纺纱的交织可产生受力左右牵制,使线圈会偏移,从而形成爽滑手感,大大提高了面料的品质;同时,面料在织造过程中通过对各路纱线的限定使面料组织结构中有微孔的部分应用速干效果佳的涤纶丝,助于排湿透气的效果更为明显,其他整模成圈的部分为S捻混纺纱和Z捻混纺纱的交织,爽滑手感更佳;再有,通过丝光工艺和染色工艺的设计使该面料与传统牛仔面料非常接近;采用本发明的牛仔面料组合服装版型的设计的穿着效果较传统牛仔裤的穿着效果佳,能够深受消费的喜爱。
[0025]本发明中,坯布并非局限于单面平纹组织,也可采用其它面料组织结构,但经发明人多次实验表明,坯布采用该单面平纹组织的吸湿透气的舒适特性最佳。
[0026]本发明的实施方式并不仅限于上述实施方式,本领域技术人员根据现有技术可以对本发明做出各种变形,如采用其它类型的针织大圆机代替上述实施例中的针织大圆机均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种夏季爽滑透湿针织牛仔裤面料,其特征在于:由第一纱线、第二纱线和第三纱线针织而成,上述第一纱线为S捻混纺纱,上述第二纱线为Z捻混纺纱,上述第三纱线为涤纶纱,上述S捻混纺纱为由重量比为25 % —30 %的天丝纱和70 % —75 %的棉纱混纺而成,上述Z捻混纺纱为由重量比为25% — 30%的天丝纱和70% — 75%的棉纱混纺而成,上述涤纶纱的截面为T型。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种夏季爽滑透湿针织牛仔裤面料,其特征在于:上述第一纱线为21S/1混纺纱,上述第二纱线为21S/1混纺纱,上述涤沦纱为75D/48F涤纶纱。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种夏季爽滑透湿针织牛仔裤面料,其特征在于:上述第一纱线和上述第二纱线均为强捻纱,上述强捻纱的捻系数为400捻。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种夏季爽滑透湿针织牛仔裤面料,其特征在于:上述S捻混纺纱和Z捻混纺纱均为由重量比为30%的天丝纱和70%的棉纱混纺而成。
5.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的一种夏季爽滑透湿针织牛仔裤面料,其特征在于:通过如下步骤制备而成: 一、备纱,备取上述第一纱线、第二纱线和第三纱线,将选取的第一纱线和第二纱线进行蒸纱处理; 二、织布,将步骤一的第一纱线、第二纱线和第三纱线通过针织单面大圆机进行编织成单面平纹组织的坯布,其中,该针织单面大圆机的路数为12路,针距为24G,针筒直径为30",模数为96模,针数为2568针,上述针织单面大圆机的第1、5、9路的纱线为第一纱线,第2、4、6、8、1、12路的纱线为第三纱线,第3、7、11路的纱线为第二纱线; 三、将步骤二所得的坯布的表面进行烧毛处理,接着依次进行坯布定型、丝光处理、下缸染色、出缸干布、过软定型及环烘处理,获得牛仔裤面料。

7.如权利要求5所述的一种夏季爽滑透湿针织牛仔裤面料,其特征在于:在步骤三中,所述丝光处理的加工车速为18m/min,碱浓度为30Be,碱液温度为17°C;所述下缸染色为常温拉缸染色,染料为靛蓝染料,染色方式为疋染方式;所述环烘处理环烘时间为45min。
