本发明提供一种免烫的蚕蛹蛋白棉衬衫面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1:将蚕蛹蛋白纤维/棉混纺纱进行染色,染料包括0.5‑1.5%(o.w.f)的双活性染料、25‑35g/L的元明粉、10g/L的碳酸钠,染色温度为50‑70℃,染色时间为30‑40min,染料PH值控制为6‑7,浴比为1:20;S2:将染色后的纱线配置;S3:织造;S4:免烫整理,其流程为二浸二轧→预烘→烘焙,预烘温度为90‑110℃,预烘时间为3‑7min,烘焙温度为110‑140℃,烘焙时间为1‑5min,烘焙张力为1‑6kPa;S5:产品定型,节能环保的同时也可大大提升该功能面料的耐洗性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种免烫的蚕蛹蛋白棉衬衫面料的制备方法 。
背景技术
护肤保健的面料,传统多采用后整理的方式来实现,即先进行面料织造,然后采用助剂整理的方式,从而获得呵护皮肤,具有保健功能的面料。当面料的附加功能越多时,也就意味着后整理的次数越多,导致极大的人力、时间、资源成本浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,从而提供一种免烫的蚕蛹蛋白棉衬衫面料的制备方法,节能环保的同时也可大大提升该功能面料的耐洗性。
发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:一种免烫的蚕蛹蛋白棉衬衫面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将蚕蛹蛋白纤维/棉混纺纱进行染色,染料包括0.5-1.5% (o.w.f) 的双活性染料、25-35g/L的元明粉、10g/L的碳酸钠,染色温度为50-70℃,染色时间为30-40min,染料PH值控制为6-7,浴比为1:20;
S2:将染色后的纱线配置,以纱支为40S/1混纺比为50/50的蚕蛹蛋白纤维/棉混纺纱与纱支为21S/1的纯棉纱为纬纱,纱支为21S/1的竹节棉纱与纱支为40S/1纯棉纱的为经纱,配色循环2:1;
S3:织造,织造时车速控制为400-500rpm,上机张力控制为3000N,开口时间控制为270-340°,温度控制为20℃-30℃,湿度控制为60-70%;
S4:免烫整理,其流程为二浸二轧→预烘→烘焙,预烘温度为90-110℃,预烘时间为3-7min,烘焙温度为110-140℃,烘焙时间为1-7min,烘焙张力为1-6kPa;
S5:产品定型。
进一步改进的是:步骤S4中采用80-120g/L的醛类助剂作为免烫整理剂,采用10-30g/L的金属盐类作为催化剂。
进一步改进的是:所述催化剂为氯化镁。
进一步改进的是:所述蚕蛹蛋白纤维为利用化纤纺丝技术,使粘胶纤维上植入蛋白纤维,形成皮芯结构的蛋白纤维。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:以蚕蛹蛋白/棉的混纺纱织造面料,面料经织造、染色、免烫整理等工序后可获得具有亲肤、保健、免烫的彩色条纹风格衬衫面料。其中蚕蛹蛋白为利用化纤纺丝技术,使粘胶纤维上植入蛋白纤维,形成皮芯结构的蛋白纤维,可改善和提升亲肤性。与传统采用后整工艺相比,节能环保的同时也可大大提升该功能面料的耐洗性。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明。
蚕蛹在我国有一千多年的药用史。现代研究表明,蚕蛹具有较高的营养价值,而从蚕蛹中萃炼的优质蛋白 PC,是由 18 种不同氨基酸组成的蛋白化合物。PC 中 18 种氨基酸的 含量都在 15mg/g 以上,其中丝氨酸、苏氨酸、色氨酸、酪氨酸等对人体皮肤十分有益,具有 呵护肌肤的特殊功效。蚕蛹蛋白纤维的纤度约为 1.0-1.8dtex,手感柔软如涤纶、滑爽细腻如真丝。从分子结构来看蚕蛹蛋白纤维含有 -COOH、-NH2、-OH,纤维素有 -OH,它们都是亲水基团,蕴含天 然的保湿因子。经电子显微镜观察,蚕蛹蛋白纤维表面不光滑,有无数微细凹槽 ;横向截面 为不规则的椭圆形、腰圆形,内有空腔,横截面上有大大小小的空隙,且边缘有裂纹。这些空 隙、凹槽与裂纹,可形成良好的毛细管效应,将肌肤表层的湿气和汗水经由芯吸、扩散、传输 作用,迅速吸收散至织物表层,是最佳的导湿、透气纤维。其吸湿性接近13%,可归类为“会呼吸的纤维”。用这种动物蛋白纤维纺织成的面料,在常温下,它可以使肌肤保持水油平衡,滋 养肌肤 ;在夏季穿着,又可迅速吸收多余水份,保持肌肤干爽,克服了真丝织物娇嫩、色牢度 差、易缩、易皱,易泛黄,遇强碱易脆损等缺陷。同时兼具真丝和生物质纤维色泽亮丽、光泽 柔和、吸湿透气、悬垂性好、抗折皱性优等优点。能够满足服装未来流行趋势发展方向,即 :轻薄、飘逸、舒适、富有质感、功能性、绿色环保、保健等。
蚕蛹蛋白纤维为利用化纤纺丝技术,使粘胶纤维上植入蛋白纤维,形成皮芯结构的蛋白纤维,因蚕蛹蛋白附着在粘胶纤维外层 ,对于织造、染色工艺要求较高。本实施例中将对于蚕蛹蛋白的织造、染色等工艺参数进行细化与研究。
本发明公开一种免烫的蚕蛹蛋白棉衬衫面料的制备方法 ,包括以下步骤:
S1:将蚕蛹蛋白纤维/棉混纺纱进行染色,染料包括0.5-1.5% (o.w.f) 的双活性染料、25-35g/L的元明粉、10g/L的碳酸钠,染色温度为50-70℃,染色时间为30-40min,染料PH值控制为6-7,浴比为1:20,由于开发的面料为蚕蛹蛋白/棉混纺面料,可以采用活性染料进行染色,但由于活性染料通常需在碱性条件下进行固色,但碱的存在易使蛹蛋白质发生水解、溶胀和脱落。为解决这一问题,采用双活性染料在中性条件下,中温染色,其中染色温度优选为60℃。
S2:将染色后的纱线配置,以纱支为40S/1混纺比为50/50的蚕蛹蛋白纤维/棉混纺纱与纱支为21S/1的纯棉纱为纬纱,纱支为21S/1的竹节棉纱与纱支为40S/1纯棉纱的为经纱,配色循环2:1(2根蚕蛹蛋白/棉混纺纱:1根21S白色棉纱),从而形成具有彩色条纹风格的衬衫面料;
S3:织造,因蚕蛹蛋白附着在纤维外层,极易在织造过程中因与机件摩擦而损失蛹蛋白。故在整经过程应遵循“低速度,小张力”的原则,而在织造中遵循“中后梁,中张力,小开口”原则,因此织造时车速控制为400-500rpm,上机张力控制为3000N,开口时间控制为270-340°,温度控制为20℃-30℃,湿度控制为60-70%;
S4:免烫整理,其流程为二浸二轧→预烘→烘焙,预烘温度为90-110℃,预烘时间为3-7min,烘焙温度为110-140℃,烘焙时间为1-7min,烘焙张力为1-6kPa;
S5:产品定型。
传统常采用树脂整理剂来进行免烫整理,但整理后的织物存在游离和释放甲醛的问题,本实施例中中采用80-120g/L的醛类助剂作为免烫整理剂,采用10-30g/L的金属盐类作为催化剂,既环保又可较好把控成本。
进一步优化的实施方式为,所述催化剂为氯化镁。

1.一种免烫的蚕蛹蛋白棉衬衫面料的制备方法 ,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:将蚕蛹蛋白纤维/棉混纺纱进行染色,染料包括0.5-1.5% (o.w.f) 的双活性染料、25-35g/L的元明粉、10g/L的碳酸钠,染色温度为50-70℃,染色时间为30-40min,染料PH值控制为6-7,浴比为1:20;
S2:将染色后的纱线配置,以纱支为40S/1混纺比为50/50的蚕蛹蛋白纤维/棉混纺纱与纱支为21S/1的纯棉纱为纬纱,纱支为21S/1的竹节棉纱与纱支为40S/1纯棉纱的为经纱,配色循环2:1;
S3:织造,织造时车速控制为400-500rpm,上机张力控制为3000N,开口时间控制为270-340°,温度控制为20℃-30℃,湿度控制为60-70%;
S4:免烫整理,其流程为二浸二轧→预烘→烘焙,预烘温度为90-110℃,预烘时间为3-7min,烘焙温度为110-140℃,烘焙时间为1-5min,烘焙张力为1-6kPa;

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种免烫的蚕蛹蛋白棉衬衫面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述蚕蛹蛋白纤维为利用化纤纺丝技术,使粘胶纤维上植入蛋白纤维,形成皮芯结构的蛋白纤维。
