本发明涉及蚕丝面料制备技术领域,本发明公开了一种蚕丝复合纺织面料,包括以下成分:40支混纺纱91%和氨纶9%,其中40支混纺纱包括以下成分:莫代尔40%、腈纶30%和粘纤30%。本发明还公开了一种蚕丝复合纺织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1:织造;S2:烧毛;S3:洗毛;S4:染色;S5:定型;S6:预缩。本发明提供了一种蚕丝复合纺织面料及其制备方法,在该面料的成分中加入腈纶,能够利用腈纶的特性实现织物的染色鲜艳,从而能够使得该面料染色之后呈现出彩色花纱的效果,使布面区别于普通染色的纯色效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及蚕丝面料制备技术领域,具体为一种蚕丝复合纺织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
蚕丝是熟蚕结茧时所分泌丝液凝固而成的连续长纤维,也称天然丝,是一种天然纤维,据考古发现,约在4700年前中国已利用蚕丝制做丝线、编织丝带和简单的丝织品。商周时期用蚕丝织制罗、绫、纨、纱、绉、绮、锦、绣等丝织品。
现有技术中在对蚕丝面料进行染色,通常采用染色剂对蚕丝面料进行染色,但是上述方法得到的蚕丝面料虽然染色性好,但是其染色出来的面料颜色为纯色效果,颜色效果单一。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种蚕丝复合纺织面料及其制备方法,使得布料呈现出彩色花纱的效果的优点。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种蚕丝复合纺织面料,包括以下成分:40支混纺纱91%和氨纶9%,其中40支混纺纱包括以下成分:莫代尔40%、腈纶30%和粘纤30%。
优选的,所述粘纤内还包含蚕蛹蛋白纤维,且蚕蛹蛋白纤维以粘纤为载体,附着在粘纤中。
一种蚕丝复合纺织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:织造:将40支混纺纱91%和氨纶9%织造成单面拉架平纹面料;
S2:烧毛:将步骤S1中制得的单面拉架平纹通过烧毛机进行一正一反烧毛;
S3:洗毛:将步骤S2中完成烧毛的面料运送到洗毛机内进行洗毛处理;
S4:染色:将步骤S3中完成洗毛的面料首先经过烘干机烘干,然后将烘干之后的面料置于染色剂内进行染色处理;
S5:定型:通过定型机进行定型缩水处理;
S6:预缩:通过预缩机进行手感布面的整理。
优选的,所述步骤S1中的正面烧毛和反面烧毛:车速300m/min-500m/min,火口温度900℃-1200℃。
优选的,所述步骤S3中洗毛处理的方式为水洗,且先用70℃的清水进行初次水洗,然后再用50℃的清水进行二次水洗,最后再用30℃的清水进行末次清洗。
优选的,所述步骤S4中烘干温度为70℃-90℃。
优选的,所述染色剂包括以下成分:元明粉:10-60%;碳酸氢钠:0.1-0.3%;剩余为溶剂。
优选的,所述步骤S4中的染色过程为:将步骤S3中制得的面料浸入到染缸,将面料润湿,然后倒入染色剂,并加热至50℃-70℃,染色时间为4-6h。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供了一种蚕丝复合纺织面料及其制备方法,有益效果在于:腈纶纤维,学名聚丙烯腈纤维,是以丙烯腈为主要单体(含量大于85%)与少量其他单体共聚,经纺丝加工而成的纤维,同时在该面料的成分中加入腈纶,能够利用腈纶的特性实现织物的染色鲜艳,从而能够使得该面料染色之后呈现出彩色花纱的效果,使布面区别于普通染色的纯色效果。

腈纶纤维,学名聚丙烯腈纤维,是以丙烯腈为主要单体(含量大于85%)与少量其他单体共聚,经纺丝加工而成的纤维,同时在该面料的成分中加入腈纶,能够利用腈纶的特性实现织物的染色鲜艳,从而能够使得该面料染色之后呈现出彩色花纱的效果,使布面区别于普通染色的纯色效果。
