本发明涉及蚕丝面料制备技术领域,具体为一种蚕丝复合纺织面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
蚕丝是熟蚕结茧时所分泌丝液凝固而成的连续长纤维,也称天然丝,是一种天然纤维,据考古发现,约在4700年前中国已利用蚕丝制做丝线、编织丝带和简单的丝织品。商周时期用蚕丝织制罗、绫、纨、纱、绉、绮、锦、绣等丝织品。
现有技术中在对蚕丝面料进行染色,通常采用染色剂对蚕丝面料进行染色,但是上述方法得到的蚕丝面料虽然染色性好,但是其染色出来的面料颜色为纯色效果,颜色效果单一。

S1:织造:将40支混纺纱91%和氨纶9%织造成单面拉架平纹面料;
S2:烧毛:将步骤S1中制得的单面拉架平纹通过烧毛机进行一正一反烧毛;
S3:洗毛:将步骤S2中完成烧毛的面料运送到洗毛机内进行洗毛处理;
S4:染色:将步骤S3中完成洗毛的面料首先经过烘干机烘干,然后将烘干之后的面料置于染色剂内进行染色处理;
S5:定型:通过定型机进行定型缩水处理;
S6:预缩:通过预缩机进行手感布面的整理。
