Abstract

本发明公开了一种高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法。本发明的仿麻织物是采用纤维素纤维和化纤单丝通过纬编机台织造而成,其中织针数要与纱线支数相匹配,并调整纱长,以使整块面料松紧适当。本发明需根据纤维特性进行染色处理,从而开发了一种独特的染色工艺。本发明所生产的仿麻织物具有尺寸稳定性好、不变形、保形性好,性价比高的特点。

一种高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法,属于纺织品技术领域。
背景技术
麻是中国著名的传统特产和重要的经济作物,是重要的纺织原料,具有良好的吸湿、散湿性和透气性,凉爽挺括,防霉抑菌,但是麻纤维生产工艺流程长,需要种植、收割、发酵沤制脱胶、晒干、打碎除去木质素和杂质后才能进行纺纱,纺纱工艺为湿法纺丝,需要用到大量的水,造成资源浪费,麻纤维比较脆硬,对织造环境要求高,织造困难,染整时上色较快,容易色花,在缸内时间长,毛羽较多,布面效果不好,物性较差,染整难度大,因此麻织物价格贵,市场接受度不高。
仿麻织物是以非麻原料(主要为化纤)利用织物组织、纱支以及后整理技术的配合,织成显现麻织物外观的织物。
中国专利CN202401207U公开了一种可染色仿麻织物,它由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述经纱和纬纱均为锦纶和涤纶复合塔丝隆纱线。
中国专利CN205115740U公开了一种仿麻织物面料,该面料的组织结构由从左往右的两条三上五下的经面组织、一条四上四下的纬面组织、两条二上六下的经面组织、一条四上四下的纬面组织、两条三上五下的经面组织、一条四上四下的纬面组织、两条二上六下的经面组织、一条四上四下的纬面组织。
然而,目前生产仿麻面料的工艺复杂,成本较高。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的是提供一种高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法,针对纯麻织物价格贵,生产工艺难度大,物性差等问题,利用化纤单丝具有光滑透明、轻质、透气兼具柔韧的特点,搭配纤维素纤维开发一款价格优惠、生产工艺简单,各项性能可以和纯麻织物相媲美的仿麻织物。
本申请高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)织造,采用纤维素纤维和化纤单丝通过纬编机台织造而成,其中织针数要与纱线支数相匹配,并调整纱长,使整块面料松紧适当;
(2)染色,将织造的布料进行染色处理。
优选的,所述纤维素纤维的纤维支数为10S~120S,所述化纤单丝的细度是20D~100D。
优选的,所述纤维素纤维的纺纱方式为涡流纺、气流纺、赛络紧密纺、环锭纺中的一种,优选为为赛络紧密纺。
优选的,所述纤维素纤维选自棉、莫代尔、天丝、粘胶纤维中的任意一种;所述化纤单丝选自尼龙单丝或涤纶单丝中的任意一种。
优选的,步骤(2)所述的染色工艺包括以下步骤:
①将仿麻织物浸在含0.1~2g/L的精炼乳化剂的处理液中,去除纺纱、织造油剂,设置基础温度80℃~95℃,以每0.5min~2min升温2℃~3℃的速度,升温到110℃~150℃,保温30min~150min,使单丝在快速升温及高温状态下充分收缩,布面起皱,有麻节效果;
②将前处理完的织物浸在含有活性染料与酸性染料的染液中,在50℃-90℃的温度下进行染色20min~75min,加酸调pH为3~7,然后升温至95℃~100℃,并持温20min~40min;
③将染色后的织物进行室温水洗后,在50℃~70℃下皂洗20min~30min,排液后在50℃~70℃下进行酸性固色20min~30min。
④将固色好的织物定型,定型所配的浸轧液中加入0.1~2g/L的吸湿速干助剂,0.5~4g/L的凉感助剂,0.05~3g/L的抗菌助剂,PH值为2~5,定型温度是120℃~150℃,车速是12~20m/min。
优选的,所述步骤①中的精炼乳化剂为烷醇聚醚。
优选的,所述步骤②染液中活性染料的浓度为0.01g/L~3g/L,酸性染料的浓度为0.001g/L~2g/L。
优选的,所述活性染料为织物重量0.05%~3%的活性黄、织物重量0.05%~2.5%的活性红或织物重量0.08%~3%的活性蓝;所述酸性染料为织物重量0.01%~1%的酸性黄、织物重量0.004%~1.5%的酸性红或织物重量0.004%~1.5%的酸性蓝。
优选的,所述步骤②中的酸为冰醋酸。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种应用高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法生产的仿麻面料,所述面料克重为60~220g/m2
本发明高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法优点是:(1)采用常规普通纱线织造,成本低,织厂无需特别调机台及控制织造环境中的温湿度,对织造要求低,织厂操作方便;(2)染整时控制升降温速度及保温时长,使布面有麻节效果,纯麻的外观及手感,后定加入凉感、速干、抑菌助剂,使织物具有纯麻相关功能性,操作简单方便;(3)织物尺寸稳定性好、不变形、保形性好,性价比高,给消费者带来一款经济实惠的织物,促进消费。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
一种高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)织造,采用支数为40S的粘胶纤维和细度为50D的尼龙单丝通过纬编机台织造,其中织针数要与纱线支数相匹配,并调整纱长,使整块面料松紧适当,富于弹性。其中粘胶纤维纺纱方式为赛络紧密纺。
(2)染色,将织造的布料进行染色处理,染色工艺包括以下步骤:
①将织物浸在含1g/L的烷醇聚醚的处理液中,以90℃为基础温度,并以1min升温2℃的速度,升温到120℃,保温120min,使单丝在快速升温及高温状态下充分收缩,布面起皱,有麻节效果;
②将前处理完的织物浸在含有1g/L活性黄和0.5g/L酸性黄的染液中,其中活性黄的重量为织物重量的1%,酸性黄的重量为织物重量的0.5%,在60℃的温度下进行染色40min,加冰醋酸调PH为3-7,然后升温至98℃,并持温30min;
③将染色后的织物进行室温水洗后,在60℃下皂洗20min,排液后在55℃下进行酸性固色20min。
④将固色好的织物定型,定型所配的浸轧液中加入1.5g/L的吸湿速干助剂,2g/L的凉感助剂,2g/L的抗菌助剂,PH值为3.5,定型温度是130℃,车速是18m/min。
使用该方法生产的面料,克重为183g/m2
对用该方法生产的仿麻织物进行测试,测试结果如表1:

1.一种高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)织造,采用纤维素纤维和化纤单丝通过纬编机台织造而成,其中织针数要与纱线支数相匹配,并调整纱长,使整块面料松紧适当;
(2)染色,将织造的布料进行染色处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法,其特征在于,所述纤维素纤维的纤维支数为10S~120S,所述化纤单丝的细度是20D~100D。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法,其特征在于,所述纤维素纤维的纺纱方式为涡流纺、气流纺、赛络紧密纺、环锭纺中的一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法,其特征在于,所述纤维素纤维的纺纱方式为赛络紧密纺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高性价比仿麻织物的生产方法,其特征在于,所述纤维素纤维选自棉、莫代尔、天丝、粘胶纤维中的任意一种;
所述化纤单丝选自尼龙单丝或涤纶单丝中的任意一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高性价比仿麻织物生产方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的染色工艺包括以下步骤:
①将仿麻织物浸在含0.1~2g/L的精炼乳化剂的处理液中,去除纺纱、织造油剂,设置基础温度80℃~95℃,以每0.5min~2min升温2℃~3℃的速度,升温到110℃~150℃,保温30min~150min,使单丝在快速升温及高温状态下充分收缩,布面起皱,有麻节效果;
②将前处理完的织物浸在含有活性染料与酸性染料的染液中,在50℃-90℃的温度下进行染色20min~75min,加酸调pH为3~7,然后升温至95℃~100℃,并持温20min~40min;
③将染色后的织物进行室温水洗后,在50℃~70℃下皂洗20min~30min,排液后在50℃~70℃下进行酸性固色20min~30min。
④将固色好的织物定型,定型所配的浸轧液中加入0.1~2g/L的吸湿速干助剂,0.5~4g/L的凉感助剂,0.05~3g/L的抗菌助剂,PH值为2~5,定型温度是120℃~150℃,车速是12~20m/min。
7.根据权利要求6所述的高性价比仿麻织物生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤①中的精炼乳化剂为烷醇聚醚。
8.根据权利要求6所述的高性价比仿麻织物生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤②染液中活性染料的浓度为0.01g/L~3g/L,酸性染料的浓度为0.001g/L~2g/L;
所述活性染料为织物重量0.05%~3%的活性黄、织物重量0.05%~2.5%的活性红或织物重量0.08%~3%的活性蓝;
所述酸性染料为织物重量0.01%~1%的酸性黄、织物重量0.004%~1.5%的酸性红或织物重量0.004%~1.5%的酸性蓝。
9.根据权利要求6所述的高性价比仿麻织物生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤②中的酸为冰醋酸。
10.利用权利要求1-9任意一项所述方法生产的仿麻面料,其特征在于,面料克重为60~220g/m2
