背景技术
蝉蛹俗称肉骨龙、解拉猴、爬扎猴、节溜龟、雷震子。是东北、华北等北方地区常见的一种昆虫,是蝉的若虫,蝉蛹含有丰富的蛋白质和多种氨基酸,是体弱、病后、老人及妇女产后的高级营养补品。蝉蛹能产生具有药理学活性的物质,可有效提高人体内白细胞水平,从而提高人体免疫功能,延缓人体机能衰老。蝉蛹既可作为食物又可入药,是制作保健酒的好材料,且蝉蛹来源成本低廉,可降低保健酒的制作成本;目前,保健酒大多采用昂贵的药材来配制,而且酒精度极高,不太大众化。

本发明的目的是解决上述问题,提供了一种蝉蛹保健酒及其制作方法。
本发明的目的通过以下方式来实现:
一种蝉蛹保健酒,原料包括以下组分和重量份数:蝉蛹35份、葡萄5-8份、山楂5-8份、红枣5-8份、桑葚5-8份、蜂蜜2-5份、中药材8-15份及白酒265-280份。
进一步的,所述的中药材以下重量配比组成:何首乌25-30%、枸杞20-28%、石斛15-22%、鹿茸8-15%余量为鸡冠花。
进一步的,所述白酒的酒精度为30-35度。
一种蝉蛹保健酒的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蝉蛹、中药材洗净后置于通风阳光充裕处晒干,再将中药材切成语蝉蛹一样大小;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的蝉蛹、中药材与葡萄、山楂、红枣、桑葚、蜂蜜一起放入酒缸,倒进白酒密封浸泡;
(3)将步骤(2)密封的酒每天置于太阳底下晒2-3小时,此步骤重复一周;
(4)将步骤(3)的酒再置于20-25℃的环境下静置浸泡20天即得。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)中经晾晒的蝉蛹含水量为35-45%,中草药含水量为25-30%。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中浸泡好的保健酒酒精度为32-38度。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的蝉蛹保健酒采用的制作方法简单合理,无需要高酒精度的酒作为原料即可快速制得,其制作材料来源广泛,成本低廉,以蝉蛹为主要原料,并合理采用纯天然的水果与中草药辅助配合炮制,制备的蝉蛹保健酒口感佳,营养丰富,富含维生素,具有极高的保健价值,尤其适合体弱、病后的中老年人食用。

实施例1
一种蝉蛹保健酒,原料包括以下组分和重量份数:蝉蛹35份、葡萄5份、山楂5份、红枣5份、桑葚5份、蜂蜜2份、中药材10份及白酒265份。
所述的中药材以下重量配比组成:何首乌25%、枸杞20%、石斛15%、鹿茸8%余量为鸡冠花;所述白酒的酒精度为30度。
一种蝉蛹保健酒的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蝉蛹洗净后置于通风阳光充裕处晒干至含水量为35%,中药材洗净后置于通风阳光充裕处晒干至含水量为25%,再将中药材切成与蝉蛹一样大小;

一种蝉蛹保健酒的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蝉蛹洗净后置于通风阳光充裕处晒干至含水量为40%,中药材洗净后置于通风阳光充裕处晒干至含水量为28%,再将中药材切成与蝉蛹一样大小;
(2)将步骤(1)中得到的蝉蛹、中药材与葡萄、山楂、红枣、桑葚、蜂蜜一起放入酒缸,倒进白酒密封浸泡;
(3)将步骤(2)密封的酒每天置于太阳底下晒3小时,此步骤重复一周;
(4)将步骤(3)的酒再置于20℃的环境下静置浸泡20天即得酒精度为35度的保健酒。

(2)将步骤(1)中得到的蝉蛹、中药材与葡萄、山楂、红枣、桑葚、蜂蜜一起放入酒缸,倒进白酒密封浸泡;
(3)将步骤(2)密封的酒每天置于太阳底下晒3小时,此步骤重复一周;
(4)将步骤(3)的酒再置于25℃的环境下静置浸泡20天即得酒精度为38度的保健酒。
