技术领域
本发明涉及风机技术领域,特别是一种高温离心风机。
背景技术
现有的离心风机,当将其用于高温环境下时,需要采用耐高温材料制成。现有高温风机的风轮通常采用碳纤维复合材料制成,而风机壳均是由不锈钢材料制成。而不锈钢材料的风机一方面强度较低,重量大;另一方面,不锈钢材料随着温度的升高,其强度会越来越低。再者,现有的离心风机都是呈蜗型结构,大多是将叶轮和出风口朝向炉体,风机壳设于外部,因此,风机壳无需选用强度大,耐高温的材质。但是针对大型炉体,如果将风机设于外侧,会导致炉体内的气体循环不均匀,从而降低工件质量。
另外,现有的高温离心风机,大多是将风轮和一部分电机轴置于炉膛内,且电机轴在靠近电机的位置处设有水冷夹套,而电机轴靠近风轮的那段未设置水冷夹套,这是因为现有风机所处的高温气氛在450℃以下,所以对电机轴的影响较小。并且现有风机的电机是设于炉体外的,这样,就会增加电机轴的长度,因为工作腔与炉体外侧具有一定的距离,会大大降低风轮转动的稳定性,尤其是风机叶轮体积和重量较大时,更不容易带动风机叶轮运转。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种轻而强,刚而硬的高温离心风机,既能大大提高风轮转动时的稳定性,又能防止电机和轴因过热而受损。
本发明的技术方案是:一种高温离心风机,包括电机、轴、风轮,风轮的外部设有风机壳,所述风机壳采用碳碳和/或碳陶材料制成。
上述方案具有以下优点:风机壳采用碳碳材料制成,相比不锈钢而言,具有以下特性:(1)重量轻:尤其是针对大型离心风机,可有效实现轻量化;(2)耐高温:可耐2000℃左右的高温,而且高温力学性能极佳,随着温度的升高,碳碳材料(CFC)的强度不降反升,因此特别适用于高温环境;(3)高温下强度大;(4)耐腐蚀;(5)耐磨性好。
若风机壳采用碳陶材料,具有高性能陶瓷的高强度、高模量、高硬度、耐冲击、抗氧化、耐高温、耐酸碱和所有化学物质腐蚀、热膨胀系数小、比重轻等优点。
本发明的风机壳还可以采用碳碳和碳陶两种材料制成,如一部分采用碳碳材料,另一部分采用碳陶材料。
本发明的高温离心风机适用于安装于炉体内部,使其在高温环境下不会产生变形,具有轻而强、刚而硬的特点。
进一步,所述风轮采用碳碳和/或碳陶材料制成。
进一步,所述风机壳的基体采用纤维针刺坯体或3D编织坯体。所述的坯体是指风机壳的骨架,通过填充碳碳材料形成碳碳材料的风机壳。其中,3D编织结构是采用编织的方法编织出碳碳复合材料坯体,不但能大幅度提高材料的强度和刚度,而且具有良好的抗损坏性与抗冲击性。纤维针刺坯体是将碳碳复合材料通过多层针刺形成轻而强、刚而硬的坯体。纤维针刺坯体或3D编织坯体能够形成很密的骨架,再填充碳碳材料和/或碳陶材料,进一步增加强度。
进一步,所述轴穿过水冷主体,被水冷主体包裹;或者所述电机的外部设有水冷主体,水冷主体的前端包住所述轴;又或者电机和轴分别采用独立的水冷主体进行冷却。
当电机置于炉体外侧,将一部分轴和风轮伸入高温区时,需要将伸入高温区的那部分轴的外侧设置水冷主体,一方面能够使伸入高温区的轴的整个部分都得到冷却,防止轴因过热而受损或断裂,并防止轴对电机产生影响;另一方面,由于水冷主体包住整个轴,就需要将水冷主体扩展至靠近风轮的中心处,从而缩短水冷主体与风轮之间的轴的长度,能够大大提高风轮转动时的稳定性。
当电机和轴全部置于高温区时,就需要将电机和轴的外侧都设置水冷主体,一方面能够有效保证电机和轴不会产生过热现象;另一方面,电机置于炉体内相对于设置在炉体外而言,能够大大缩短轴的长度,进而提高风轮转动时的稳定性,降低噪音。本发明可以是将电机和轴被同一个水冷主体包裹;也可以是被不同的水冷主体包裹。
进一步,所述风轮与轴的连接处设有第一保温层。由于轴的材质的耐温性低于风轮的,通过设置第一保温层,由于风轮在高温气氛下温度比较高,与风轮中心处连接的那部分轴会受到风轮的高温影响而产生过热,通过设置第一保温层,能够防止风轮处的热量传递给轴。第一保温层的材料优选为碳毡,碳毡可以是硬毡,也可以是软毡;又或者是碳毡与陶瓷棉结合。
进一步,所述水冷主体为轴座或壳体,轴座或壳体上设有水冷夹套,水冷夹套上设有进水口和出水口。由于现有的轴座都是设置于高温区外,使得伸入水冷风机内的轴很长,本发明通过将轴座作为水冷主体延伸至靠近风轮处,将轴包裹,能够大大缩短轴座与风轮之间的轴的长度,在保证轴不因过热而受损的基础之上,还提高了风机叶轮转动时的稳定性。当然,水冷主体也可以是其他的壳体,壳体将伸入高温区的电机和电机轴包裹,并在壳体上设置水冷夹套,到达冷却目的。
进一步,所述水冷主体的外侧设有第二保温层。第二保温层用于防止炉内热量传到水冷主体上。第二保温层可以是在水冷主体的外壁涂覆的耐高温保温涂料,还可以是填充于水冷主体内部或外部的耐高温保温材料等。本发明的第二保温层优选碳毡,碳毡可以是硬毡,也可以是软毡。
进一步,所述第二保温层的外部包裹有护罩,护罩的材质为碳碳、碳陶、碳化硅、刚玉、钼或钨中的一种。通过设置护罩,能够进一步防止炉内热量传到水冷主体上,进而保护电机和轴不受损坏。
进一步,所述水冷主体的前端呈锥形、N边形或圆形包住所述轴,其中N≥3。本发明优选呈锥形,由于轴的前端连接风轮,水冷主体的前端呈锥形,一方面不会影响风轮的运转,另一方面,便于轴前端与水冷夹套紧密套合,并且便于水冷夹套内冷却介质从出水口流出。
进一步,所述第一保温层呈锥形、圆形或N边形,N≥3。
本发明的有益效果:一方面具有重量轻、耐高温、高温下强度大、耐腐蚀、耐磨性好等优点;另一方面,能够大大提高风轮转动时的稳定性,防止电机和轴因过热而受损。

具体实施方式
以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
如图1所示:一种高温离心风机,包括电机1、轴2、风轮3,风轮3的外部设有风机壳4,风机壳4和风轮3均采用碳碳材料制成,且风机壳4的基体采用碳碳3D编织坯体。
本实施例中,电机1采用真空水冷屏蔽电机。电机1和轴2被水冷轴座5包裹。其中,水冷轴座5的内腔设计成中空,水冷轴座5上设有水冷夹套6,电机1设于水冷轴座5的内腔中,轴2穿过水冷轴座5,且水冷夹套6的前端呈锥形包住轴2。水冷夹套6上设有进水口和出水口。
风轮3与轴2的连接处设有呈圆锥形的第一保温层7,第一保温层7为碳毡。水冷夹套6的外壁包裹有第二保温层8,第二保温层8也为碳毡。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于,电机设于炉体的外侧,电机可无需进行水冷屏蔽。轴的一部分伸入高温区内,且伸入高温区的这部分轴被水冷主体包裹。水冷主体为带水冷夹套的壳体,壳体中空,轴穿过水冷主体与风轮连接。壳体的外部包裹有碳毡。壳体的材质为不锈钢。
其它结构同实施例1。
实施例3
在实施例1的基础之上,第二保温层的外部还包裹有护罩,护罩的材质为碳碳。
实施例4
与实施例1的区别在于,风机壳的基体采用碳碳纤维针刺坯体。

实施例5
与实施例1的区别在于,轴为空心轴,空心轴内设有保温材料,且保温材料填充于空心轴的顶端,即轴与风轮的连接位置处。本实施例的保温材料可以陶瓷棉毡。

实施例6
与实施例1的区别在于,电机和轴被不同的水冷主体包裹,即电机被电机壳体包住,轴穿过轴座,电机壳体和轴座被同一水冷夹套包裹。

与实施例1的区别在于,风机壳和风轮均采用碳陶材料制成。

显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其同等技术的范围之内,则本发明也包含这些改动和变型在内。
Claims (10)
1.一种高温离心风机,包括电机、轴、风轮,风轮的外部设有风机壳,其特征在于,所述风机壳采用碳碳和/或碳陶材料制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温离心风机,其特征在于,所述风轮采用碳碳和/或碳陶材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温离心风机,其特征在于,所述风机壳的基体采用纤维针刺坯体或3D编织坯体。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的高温离心风机,其特征在于,所述轴穿过水冷主体,被水冷主体包裹;或者所述电机的外部设有水冷主体,水冷主体的前端包住所述轴;又或者电机和轴分别采用独立的水冷主体进行冷却。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的高温离心风机,其特征在于,所述风轮与轴的连接处设有第一保温层。
6.根据权利要求4所述的高温离心风机,其特征在于,所述水冷主体为轴座或壳体,轴座或壳体上设有水冷夹套,水冷夹套上设有进水口和出水口。
7.根据权利要求4所述的高温离心风机,其特征在于,所述水冷主体的外侧设有第二保温层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的高温离心风机,其特征在于,所述第二保温层的外部包裹有护罩,护罩的材质为碳碳、碳陶、碳化硅、刚玉、钼或钨中的一种。
9.根据权利要求4所述的高温离心风机,其特征在于,所述水冷主体的前端呈锥形、N边形或圆形包住所述轴,其中N≥3。
10.根据权利要求5所述的高温离心风机,其特征在于,所述第一保温层呈锥形、圆形或N边形,N≥3。
