本发明涉及炉体的炉盖结构,特别是一种带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖。
背景技术
现有的加热炉或加热炉中,其炉体通常分为多个腔体模块,如预热区、工作区、干燥区、冷却区等,使得炉体的工作腔体积预留空间小,不适用于大型工件。
也有的炉体不单独设置冷却区,而是通过在炉体上设置风机,通过引入冷风或者吹出工作腔内的热风,实现冷却。但是,将风机设于炉体上,会占用炉体的面积,本身炉体上需要设置其他电器件或零部件,再加入冷却风机,就会大大增加炉体的整体体积,进而增加占地面积。
另外,现有的冷却装置大多都是通过风机进行,冷却速度慢,大大降低工作效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种结构简单,空间利用率高的带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖。
本发明的技术方案是:一种带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,所述炉盖的外部设有快冷风机,快冷风机与炉体的工作腔连通。
本发明具有以下优点:(1)将快冷风机设于炉盖上,一方面能够简化炉体的结构;另一方面,能够提高炉体的密封性,如果将快冷风机设于炉体上,当快冷风机与炉体的工作腔连通时,会破坏内胆的结构,导致密封性降低;(2)快冷风机能够通过炉盖向工作腔内吹入冷风,对工件进行冷却。
进一步,所述炉体的炉盖外部设有换热器,所述换热器的一端接口与快冷风机相连通,另一端接口与炉体的工作腔相连通。本发明在快冷风机的基础之上,加入换热器,能够大大提高冷却速度,冷却效果显著。另外,当炉体内进行热风循环时,通过快冷风机可以把工作腔内的热气体输送至换热器内,经冷却后再次输送至工作腔内,对工件进行冷却,从而有效利用同样的气体进行加热和冷却,大大提高气体的利用率,节约能源。
进一步,所述炉盖的内侧设有主风机。主风机为耐高温风机,可耐温≥450℃。
本发明可以是将主风机的电机设于炉体的外侧,电机的部分轴和叶轮伸入工作腔内。也可以是将主风机的电机、电机轴和叶轮均设于工作腔内,这样,就可以大大缩短电机轴的长度,提高风机叶轮转动时的稳定性。此外,伸入工作腔的电机、电机轴均被带水冷夹套的壳体包裹,从而能够使得电机和电机轴全部被冷却,即伸入工作腔内的整个部分不会因过热而受损或断裂,也不会影响电机和电机轴的机械性能,大大提高使用寿命。
进一步,所述换热器与炉体的工作腔通过夹套管道连通,夹套管道上包裹有水冷夹套。这样,可防止待冷却介质从换热器中输出后进入管道而导致温度升高,降低冷却效果,设置水冷夹套,能够保证冷气体的温度一直保持,大大提高冷却速度。
进一步,所述炉盖的上部和/或下部设有保温门。保温门一方面能够便于输送待冷却气体,另一方面,能够防止工作腔内的热量传送至炉盖上,也防止外界的低温对工作腔内造成影响。
进一步,所述快冷风机和换热器通过保温门与炉体的工作腔连通。如果设置一个保温门,可从一个保温门输送冷气体;如果设置至少两个保温门,可通过多个保温门进行冷气体的输送,实现循环冷却。为了节省空间和提高冷却效果,本发明优选采用两个保温门,分别设于炉盖的上部和下部。
进一步,所述保温门的打开方式为电动式或自适应式。电动式的保温门可通过开关控制打开,如面板按钮或遥控器等。
进一步,所述自适应式的结构为:保温门安装于快冷风机的背风侧,门框设于保温门之后;或者保温门安装于快冷风机的迎风侧,门框设于保温门之前。通过快冷风机的背风或迎风将保温门打开。
进一步,所述换热器为管壳式结构,管内为热交换介质,壳内走需冷却的气体。热交换介质优选为冷却水。
进一步,所述换热器的外部设有水冷夹套或缠绕有盘管。可大大提高换热器的热交换效果。
进一步,所述炉盖的数量为两个,分别设于炉体的两端,其中一个炉盖上设有所述快冷风机和/或换热器。这样,能够有效利用炉盖,一个炉盖便于输送工件,另一个炉盖便于冷却工件。
本发明的有益效果:一方面能够简化炉体的结构,另一方面,大大提高冷却速度,冷却效果显著。

实施例1
如图1所示:一种带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,炉盖1的外部同时设有快冷风机2和换热器3,快冷风机2、换热器3和工作腔4之间通过管道连通,快冷风机2与换热器3之间的管道未设置水冷夹套,换热器3和工作腔4之间的管道为夹套管道5,夹套管道5上包裹有水冷夹套。炉盖1上设有两个保温门6,即上保温门和下保温门。上保温门6设于快冷风机2与炉体的工作腔4之间,下保温门6设于换热器3与炉体的工作腔4之间,上保温门设于迎风侧,下保温门设于背风侧。
炉盖上设有门框,保温门通过铰链与门框连接,铰链设于门框的上部与保温门之间,保温门与门框的下部处于自由状态。保温门在自由状态下贴紧门框,以提高密封性。门框与门体之间通过密封件密封。
炉盖1的内侧设有主风机7。主风机7为耐高温的离心风机。主风机7的电机、电机轴和叶轮均设于炉体内,且电机和电机轴的被水冷夹套包裹。这样,就可以大大缩短电机轴的长度,提高叶轮转动时的稳定性。此外,伸入工作腔的电机、电机轴均被带水冷夹套的壳体包裹,从而能够使得电机和电机轴全部被冷却,即伸入工作腔内的整个部分不会因过热而受损或断裂,也不会影响电机和电机轴的机械性能,大大提高使用寿命。
例如,当对工件进行高温钎焊时,向密闭的工作腔内充入保护气体,使工件处于无氧或真空环境下,保护气体进入工作腔经加热后变成热气体,通过主风机7进行热风循环,对工件进行钎焊,此时两个保温门6均不能自动打开;当工件钎焊完毕后,关闭主风机7和加热体。只有快冷风机2和换热器3启动后,两个保温门6才能打开。此时,工作腔内的热气体进入换热器3内,换热器3内的水将经过的热气体冷却,冷却后的气体经快冷风机2快速输送至工作腔4内,对工件进行循环冷却。本实施例的保护气体可以是氮气、氩气、氢气中的一种或混合气体等。
本实施例能够有效利用保护气体进行加热和冷却,大大提高利用率,节约能源。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于,炉盖的外侧未设置换热器,只设置有快冷风机,快冷风机通过将外部的空气经保温门吸入炉体的工作腔内,对工件进行冷却。
且尤其适用于冬天,可将外部的冷空气吸入工作腔。本实施例不适用于高温易氧化的工件,否则外部的空气会使工件产生氧化。

实施例5
与实施例1的区别在于,本实施例的加热炉设有两个炉盖,一个炉盖设于炉体的一端,该炉盖可经常打开,便于输送工件等;另一个炉盖设于炉体的另一端,该炉盖上设有如实施例1所述的快冷风机和换热器,该炉盖无须经常开启,主要用于冷却。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其同等技术的范围之内,则本发明也包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (11)

1.一种带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,其特征在于,所述炉盖的外部设有快冷风机,快冷风机与炉体的工作腔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,其特征在于,所述炉体的炉盖外部设有换热器,所述换热器的一端接口与快冷风机相连通,另一端接口与炉体的工作腔相连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,其特征在于,所述炉盖的内侧设有主风机。
4.根据权利要求2所述带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,其特征在于,所述换热器与炉体的工作腔通过夹套管道连通,夹套管道上包裹有水冷夹套。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,其特征在于,所述炉盖的上部和/或下部设有保温门。
6.根据权利要求5所述带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,其特征在于,所述快冷风机和换热器通过保温门与炉体的工作腔连通。
7.根据权利要求5所述带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,其特征在于,所述保温门的打开方式为电动式或自适应式。
8.根据权利要求7所述带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,其特征在于,所述自适应式的结构为:保温门安装于快冷风机的背风侧,门框设于保温门之后;或者保温门安装于快冷风机的迎风侧,门框设于保温门之前。
9.根据权利要求2或4所述带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,其特征在于,所述换热器为管壳式结构,管内为热交换介质,壳内走需冷却的气体。
10.根据权利要求2或4所述带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,其特征在于,所述换热器的外部设有水冷夹套或缠绕有盘管。
11.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述带快速冷却的加热炉炉盖,其特征在于,所述炉盖的数量为两个,分别设于炉体的两端,其中一个炉盖上设有所述快冷风机和/或换热器。
