技术领域
本发明涉及一种炉体结构,特别是一种炉体自适应门。
背景技术
现有炉体上通常会设置门体,将外界与炉腔内部连通或隔离。现有的门体大多采用电动式结构,如通过电机、电磁阀等进行电动开闭,又或者通过气缸进行气动开闭。然而,这种上述结构会使得门体结构相当复杂,且占用炉体空间大。
另外,现有的门体密封性差,大多通过保温材料直接密封,一旦门体或门框产生变形,很容易漏气。
再者,现有对工件进行冷却时,大多是直接采用风机冷却,但是不适用于高温钎焊的工件,一旦高温环境下打开风机向炉体内输送冷气体,如果风机密封性差的话,很容易使工件与氧气接触,发生氧化。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种结构简单,打开顺畅,密封性高的炉体自适应门。
本发明的技术方案是:一种炉体自适应门,包括门体和门框,所述门体通过铰接结构与门框连接,所述铰接结构的位置设于门体的重心之上,门体的下部与门框处于自由状态。
本发明具有以下优点:将铰接结构设置于门体的重心之上,且门体的下部与门框处于自由状态,便于顺利打开门体,以实现自适应特性。例如采用风机打开时,假设铰接结构设置于门体的重心或重心之下,由于门体的重力,风机就不会将门体顺畅吹开,仍需人为打开,从而失去自适应特性。本发明优选将铰接结构的位置设于门框的上部与门体之间,门体与门框的下部处于自由状态,这样,在门体打开的过程中,受门体重力的影响最小,即阻力最小,能够快速打开门体。
进一步,所述门体在自由状态下贴紧门框。这样,能够提高密封性,以避免外界的空气进入炉体的工作腔,例如当工件需要在无氧或真空环境下工作时,若门体不贴紧门框,会大大降低工件质量。
进一步,所述门体安装于背风侧,门框设于保温门之后;或者门体安装于迎风侧,门框设于门体之前。例如,当炉体内的工件加热完毕后,需要冷却时,通过打开本发明的门体,向工件输入冷气,即可进行快速冷却。本发明可设置快冷风机和冷却器,通过设置门体与门框、快冷风机之间的位置关系,使得快冷风机通过向内将门体吹开或向外将门体吹开,从而向工作腔内输送冷气体,对工件进行冷却。
进一步,所述门框上设有密封体。密封体能够防止门体与门框之间漏气。
进一步,所述密封体包括密封件和限位件,限位件与门框连接,密封件嵌入限位件内,且密封件的一部分沿限位件向外凸出,密封件为软体材料。密封件采用软体材料且向外凸起,当门体或门框受到高温变形或膨胀时,软体材料可收缩,提供较大的缓冲空间,有效解决门体与门框的密封问题,即使门体或门框变形,也能保证密封性。本发明的软体材料可以是软毡、陶瓷棉毡或硅酸铝毡中的至少一种,这三种材料一方面均可以耐高温,另一方面,密封性好,压缩性能好。
进一步,密封件压成Ω型或凸字形。之所以将密封件压成这种形状,突出的那部分可便于收缩,提供较大的缓冲空间,保证密封性。
进一步,所述限位件为C型件。C型件一方面便于将密封件固定于其卡槽内,避免产生缝隙,提高密封性;另一方面,未封闭的部分便于使密封件突出一部分,提供较大的缓冲空间。限位件的材质优选不锈钢、碳碳、碳化硅或铜中的一种。限位件为耐高温材料,其性能不受高温环境的影响。
进一步,所述C型件的卡槽内与槽外平整。如果不平整,容易产生缝隙,使得密封性差。
进一步,所述门体与密封件之间的压缩量≥10%。这样,当门体处于自由状态时,通过与密封件之间压缩而贴紧门框,大大提高密封性。
进一步,所述门框设于炉盖或炉体上。其中,门框和门体的数量至少有一个。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)通过将铰接结构设置于门体的重心之上,受门体重力的影响小,便于顺利打开门体,以实现自适应特性,且结构简单,不占用炉体空间;
(2)通过将门体吹开,能够大大提高自适应性,省时省力,无需人工干预;
(3)密封体的结构能够提供较大的缓冲空间,使门体或门框变形,也能保证密封性;
(4)将门体与密封件之间的压缩量设置为≥10%,这样,当门体处于自由状态时,通过与密封件之间压缩而贴紧门框,大大提高密封性。

具体实施方式
以下将结合说明书附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图1所示:一种炉体自适应门,包括门体1和门框2,门体1通过铰链3与门框2连接,铰链3的位置设于门体1的重心之上,且铰链3设于门框2的上部与门体1之间,门体1与门框2的下部处于自由状态。门体1在自由状态下贴紧门框2。门体1设于迎风侧时,门框1设于门体1之前。
门框2上设有密封体,密封体包括密封件4和限位件5。密封件4为软体材料,软体材料有限为陶瓷棉毡。密封件4压成Ω型,限位件5为C型件。密封件4卡在限位件5的C形卡槽内。限位件5的材质优选不锈钢。门体1与密封件4之间的压缩量≥10%。
下面为本发明的一个优选实施例。
如图2所示:炉盖6外部同时设有快冷风机7和换热器8,快冷风机7、换热器8和炉体的工作腔10之间通过管道连通。炉盖6上设有两个门体1,一个门体1设于快冷风机7与炉体的工作腔10之间,该门体位于迎风侧;另一个门体1设于换热器8与炉体的工作腔10之间,该门体位于背风侧。炉盖6与炉体的工作腔10之间设于炉内风机9,炉内风机9为高温离心风机,用于给工件提供热风循环。例如:对工件进行高温钎焊时,向密闭的工作腔内充入保护气体,使工件处于无氧或真空环境下,保护气体进入工作腔经加热后变成热气体,通过炉内风机9进行热风循环,对工件进行钎焊,此时两个门体1均不能自动打开;当工件钎焊完毕后,关闭炉内风机9和加热体。当快冷风机7和换热器8启动后,两个门体1才能打开。此时工作腔内的热气体进入换热器8内,换热器8内的水将经过的热气体冷却,冷却后的气体经快冷风机7快速输送至工作腔10内,对工件进行循环冷却。
本实施例的保护气体可以是氮气、氩气、氢气中的一种或混合气体等。本实施例通过利用同样的气体进行加热和冷却,大大提高利用率,节约能源。
当然,上述仅是本发明的一个优选实施例,来供本领域技术人员理解本发明的结构,本发明的自适应门不限于上述一种实施例结构,因此,上述实施例不限定本发明的保护范围。
