本发明涉及一种炉体结构,特别是一种炉体内部系统。
背景技术
现有炉体的滚轮都是安装于内胆的外壳与炉体的内腔之间,即安装在工作腔的外部,而不是内部。又或者是将工作腔与滚轮机构之间设置隔热板,来对滚轮机构进行保护,防止其受高温影响。因为内胆的腔体通常为工作腔,工作时温度很高,很容易损坏滚轮,对安装滚轮的其他相应部件的材质也要求较高,并且不易于内胆之间进行安装。另外,现有的滚轮有的是起升降作用,而不是运输工件的作用,大多都是人工将工件搬至工作腔内,或者通过轨道小车搬进去,不仅费时费力,还要增加额外的设备,不能与炉体一体化。
另外,现有的滚轮机构只适用于耐温<450℃的场合,不适用于高温环境下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的上述不足而提供一种均温性好,承烧承压强,便于输送工件的炉体内部系统。
本发明的技术方案是:一种炉体内部系统,包括内胆,所述内胆的腔体底部连接有多个滚轮座总成,所述滚轮座总成上安装有滚轮总成。
上述方案具有以下优点:将滚轮总成设于内胆的腔体中,一方面便于输送工件,尤其是大型工件,省时省力;另一方面,能够与内胆形成一体化结构,便于搬运。
进一步,所述滚轮总成上放置有底板。底板上用于放置工件。
进一步,所述底板为多空腔的格栅结构或实心结构;或者在实心结构的底板上放置一多空腔的格栅结构板。底板优选采用多空腔的格栅结构,这样,热气流或冷气流能够均匀流过底板的每个空腔,能够使工件均匀受热或冷却,尤其是便于快速冷却。
进一步,所述底板的材料为石墨、碳碳、碳化硅、刚玉、钼或钨中的一种。上述材料具有高承烧承压特性,耐火和耐磨性好,且线膨胀系数低、耐腐蚀。
进一步,所述底板的一端厚度缩小,缩小的一节能够套入另一底板的内腔中,并通过螺栓固定。当炉体体积较大时,可能需要将多块底板拼接成一整体,通过将底板的一端缩小,能够更好地连接相邻两块底板,使得两块底板连接后不会产生松动。另外,底板的一端厚度缩小,可形成阶梯状,使底板刚好套入另一底板的空腔中,实现对接,且隔板对接后刚好使表面平齐。

进一步,所述滚轮总成包括滚轮、轴承和轴承座,滚轮向外伸出轴,轴插入轴承,轴承固定在轴承座上,轴承座设于滚轮座总成上。
进一步,所述滚轮、轴承和轴承座的材质为石墨、碳碳、碳化硅或刚玉中的一种。由于滚轮、轴承和轴承座设于内胆的腔体中,对工件进行高温加热时,容易对滚轮、轴承和轴承座造成影响,因此需要选择耐高温的材质,而滚轮上需要放置工件,如果放置体积大,重量大的工件,就需要选择高承压、耐磨性好的材质,因此,滚轮、轴承和轴承座的材质优选石墨、碳碳、碳化硅或刚玉,这些材质具有耐高温、散热快、线膨胀系数低、强度高、耐腐蚀等优点。

进一步,所述滚轮座总成穿过内胆的内壳、保温层,与内胆的外壳连接。这样,通过内壳、保温层的多重保护,可大大提高滚轮座总成的稳固性,不会产生松动。
本发明的有益效果:一方面能够使工件均匀受热或冷却,大大提高焊接质量;另一方面,滚轮座总成和滚轮总成均采用耐高温耐磨材料制成,特别适用于耐温≥450℃的炉体,以及体积大、重量大的工件,大大提高滚轮座总成和滚轮总成的承烧承压性能。

实施例1
如图1所示:一种炉体内部系统,包括内胆1,内胆1的腔体底部连接有多个滚轮座总成2,滚轮座总成2上安装有滚轮总成3。内胆1包括内壳11、保温层和外壳12,滚轮座总成2穿过内胆1的内壳11、保温层,与内胆的外壳13连接。
如图2和图3所示:具体而言,滚轮总成3包括滚轮31、轴承32和轴承座33,滚轮31向外伸出轴34,轴34插入轴承32,轴承22固定在轴承座33上,轴承座33设于滚轮座总成2上。滚轮31的直径大于轴承32的外径。滚轮座总成2包括滚轮座21、撑柱22和底座23,滚轮总成3设于滚轮座21上,滚轮座21安装在撑柱22上,撑柱22安装在带螺纹的套24内,螺纹旋入底座23,底座23与内胆1连接。
保温层包括碳毡层13和硅酸铝棉层14,碳毡层13为内层,硅酸铝棉层14为外层。底座23和带螺纹套的撑柱22均嵌入内胆1的内壳11、保温层内,并与内胆1的外壳12连接,即底座23通过螺栓固定于外壳12上。
如图4所示:滚轮31上放置有多块底板4,底板4为多空腔的格栅结构。底板4的一端厚度缩小,形成阶梯状结构41,缩小的一节能够套入另一底板的内腔中,并通过螺栓42固定,使得多块底板形成一体,且底板之间的空腔相连通。多块底板的上下表面平整,且连接成一体后,整体的底板上下表面平齐,即一底板缩小的一节套入另一底板的内腔后,刚好使两底板平齐。
本实施例中,滚轮31、轴承32和轴承座33的材质为石墨;滚轮座21、撑柱22和底板23的材质为碳碳材料。
本实施例中,内胆的外壳与炉体的内腔之间还设有外滚轮10,能够有效补偿内胆1的热膨胀效应,减少了连接部位的应力集中,实现内胆的可伸缩变化。
以下为工件在炉体内部系统中进行钎焊的一个具体实施方式:
如图5所示:工件5包括第一面板51、第二面板52以及设于二者之间的多个芯管53。
芯管53的截面形状为圆形或N边形,N≥3,或者截面形状为异形结构,如角型。工字型、凹槽型等。本实施例的芯管优选为圆管。多个芯管之间排列后形成贯通的气道,芯管与面板之间设有铜钎料54。芯管53的上下两端设有翻边55。
如图1所示:将上述工件置于底板4上,通过滚轮31将工件推至内胆1内,对工件5进行钎焊。内胆的上部设有隔板6,隔板6也为多空腔的格栅结构,隔板6将内胆1为成工作腔15和加热腔16,且工作腔15和加热腔16相连通。钎焊时,保护气体被炉体的风机引至加热腔16,经加热腔16的加热电阻丝加热后变成热气体,一部分热气体进入工作腔15,一部分气体进入隔板6和底板4的格栅空腔内,热气体贯通于工件5的内腔,与每个芯管53接触,使工件5的上下左右前后端的温度接近,大大提高均温性,这样,工件就不会因为热差而产生而变形。当钎焊完毕后,关闭风机和加热电阻丝。在炉体的外侧设有快冷风机,被冷却后的气体经快冷风机引至炉体内,一部分冷气体直接进入工作腔15,还有一部分冷气体进入底板4和隔板6的格栅空腔内,这样,工件的上下左右前后端的温度接近,使工件冷却均匀,提高钎焊质量,且隔板和底板也能得到冷却。
本实施例一方面能够使工件均匀受热或冷却,大大提高焊接质量;另一方面,滚轮座总成和滚轮总成均采用耐高温耐磨材料制成,特别适用于耐温≥450℃的炉体,以及体积大、重量大的工件,大大提高滚轮座总成和滚轮总成的承烧承压性能。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于,滚轮的材质为碳碳,轴承和轴承座的材质为石墨,滚轮座的材质为碳碳,撑柱的材质为碳化硅,底板的材质为钼。
其他结构同实施例1。
实施例3
在实施例1或实施例2的基础之上,底板的内表面和外表面均设有碳化硅涂层。
实施例4
与实施例1的区别在于,底板为实心结构,并且在实心结构的底板上还放置一多空腔的格栅结构板。
其他结构同实施例1。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其同等技术的范围之内,则本发明也包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (12)

1.一种炉体内部系统,其特征在于,包括内胆,所述内胆的腔体内连接有多个滚轮座总成,所述滚轮座总成上安装有滚轮总成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的炉体内部系统,其特征在于,所述滚轮总成上放置有底板。
3.根据权利要求2所述的炉体内部系统,其特征在于,所述底板为多空腔的格栅结构或实心结构;或者在实心结构的底板上放置一多空腔的格栅结构板。
4.根据权利要求2所述的炉体内部系统,其特征在于,所述底板的材料为石墨、碳碳、碳化硅、刚玉、钼或钨中的一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的炉体内部系统,其特征在于,所述底板的一端厚度缩小,缩小的一节能够套入另一底板的内腔中,并通过螺栓固定。
6.根据权利要求2所述的炉体内部系统,其特征在于,所述底板的内表面和/或外表面设有碳化硅涂层。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的炉体内部系统,其特征在于,所述滚轮总成包括滚轮、轴承和轴承座,滚轮向外伸出轴,轴插入轴承,轴承固定在轴承座上,轴承座设于滚轮座总成上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的炉体内部系统,其特征在于,所述滚轮、轴承和轴承座的材质为石墨、碳碳、碳化硅或刚玉中的一种。
9.根据权利要求7所述的炉体内部系统,其特征在于,所述滚轮的直径大于轴承的外径。
10.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的炉体内部系统,其特征在于,所述滚轮座总成包括滚轮座、撑柱和底座,所述滚轮总成设于滚轮座上,滚轮座安装在撑柱上,撑柱安装在带螺纹的套内,螺纹旋入底座,底座与内胆连接。
11.根据权利要求10所述的炉体内部系统,其特征在于,所述滚轮座和撑柱的材质为石墨、碳碳、碳化硅、刚玉、钼或钨中的一种。
12.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的炉体内部系统,其特征在于,所述滚轮座总成穿过内胆的内壳、保温层,与内胆的外壳连接。
