一种鼓风机水套分离式水冷轴承座,包括,轴承座、水箱盖、侧盖、进水口、出水口,其特征在于:轴承座上有水箱盖,轴承座与水箱盖的内结合面上有内密封圈,轴承座与水箱盖的外结合面上外密封圈;当轴承座与水箱盖的内结合面完全贴紧时,轴承座与水箱盖的外结合面有一定的间隙;水箱盖上有侧盖;有益效果是:由于轴承座9与水箱盖7的外结合面有一定的间隙,以后一旦发生橡胶密封圈老化,外密封圈302首先失效,容易发现,及时更换内、外密封圈,确保了冷却水不会泄漏到轴承部位,防止了轴承损毁。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承座,具体涉及一种离心鼓风机上的水冷轴承座。
背景技术
目前,现有技术离心鼓风机上的水冷轴承座(如附图1所示),两密封圈在同一平面内,经过一段时间橡胶一旦老化,冷却水可能会泄漏到轴承部位,损毁轴承。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种确保冷却水不会泄漏到轴承部位的鼓风机水套分离式水冷轴承座。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用的技术方案是:一种鼓风机水套分离式水冷轴承座,包括,轴承座、水箱盖、侧盖、进水口、出水口,其特征在于:轴承座上有水箱盖,轴承座与水箱盖的内结合面上有内密封圈,轴承座与水箱盖的外结合面上外密封圈;当轴承座与水箱盖的内结合面完全贴紧时,轴承座与水箱盖的外结合面有一定的间隙;水箱盖上有侧盖。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:由于轴承座9与水箱盖7的外结合面有一定的间隙,以后一旦发生橡胶密封圈老化,外密封圈302首先失效,容易发现,及时更换内、外密封圈,确保了冷却水不会泄漏到轴承部位,防止了轴承损毁。

具体实施方式
图1是现有技术离心鼓风机上的水冷轴承座的结构示意图;包括,改进前轴承座1、端盖2、橡胶密封圈3、进水口4、出水口5,改进前轴承座1与端盖2之间的双结合面6上有两个橡胶密封圈3、两个橡胶密封圈3在同一平面内,经过一段时间橡胶一旦老化,冷却水可能会泄漏到轴承部位,损毁轴承。

图2是本发明实施例鼓风机水套分离式水冷轴承座的结构示意图;本发明一种鼓风机水套分离式水冷轴承座,包括,轴承座9、水箱盖7、侧盖8、进水口4、出水口5,与现有技术不同之处在于:轴承座9上增加了水箱盖7,轴承座9与水箱盖7的内结合面10和外结合面11不在同一平面,轴承座9与水箱盖7的内结合面10上有内密封圈301,轴承座9与水箱盖7的外结合面11上外密封圈302;当轴承座9与水箱盖7的内结合面10完全贴紧时,轴承座9与水箱盖7的外结合面有一定的间隙;水箱盖7上有侧盖8。由于轴承座9与水箱盖7的外结合面有一定的间隙,以后一旦发生橡胶密封圈老化,外密封圈302首先失效,容易发现,及时更换内、外密封圈,确保了冷却水不会泄漏到轴承部位,防止了轴承损毁。

1.一种鼓风机水套分离式水冷轴承座,包括,轴承座、水箱盖、侧盖、进水口、出水口,其特征在于:轴承座上有水箱盖,轴承座与水箱盖的内结合面上有内密封圈,轴承座与水箱盖的外结合面上外密封圈;当轴承座与水箱盖的内结合面完全贴紧时,轴承座与水箱盖的外结合面有一定的间隙;水箱盖上有侧盖。
