Abstract
本发明属于食品加工技术领域,具体是一种用红树林果制备活血化瘀酒的方法,包括以下步骤:1)将红树林果用温度为50~80℃的石灰水浸泡12~24小时,取出后,与当归、丹参和苦杏仁按照1:0.1~0.5:0.2~0.6:0.01~0.05的重量比混合粉碎,加入粉碎物重量20%~30%的水、1%~5%的蜂蜜、10%~30%的糯米,然后打浆至成为糊状物;2)在糊状物中加入0.01%~1%的酵母,混合均匀,于35~36℃下发酵6~24小时,将发酵得到的料液过滤,得到的滤液再于20~22℃下发酵10~20天,取出灭菌,澄清,即得。该方法简单易控,发酵时间短,制得的活血化瘀酒在确保具有活血化瘀的功效外,无强烈的中药味和刺激的白酒味。

[0002] 红树林果,又名榄钱,为马鞭草科植物白骨壤的种子,其味甘、微苦、性凉,具有清 热、利尿、凉血败火的功效,是北部湾沿海一带食、药两用的佳品。目前,还未发现有将红树 林果加工成活血化瘀酒的专利公开。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种用红树林果制备活血化瘀酒的方法,该方法 简单易控,发酵时间短,制得的活血化瘀酒在确保具有活血化瘀的功效外,无强烈的中药味 和刺激的白酒味。

[QQ16] 1)发酵前用石灰水浸泡,既能减少红树林果的苦涩味,还能够去除红树林果表面 的油腻和部分不利于发酵的有害菌;
[QQ17] 2)发酵过程为高低温二次发酵,第一次的高温发酵使得酵母菌快速繁殖以缩短第 二次的低温发酵的时间,再经低温发酵后使得制得的活血化瘀酒的酒体柔和,甜度适中,无 强烈的中药味和刺激的白酒味;
[0018] 3)该方法制得的活血化瘀酒所选用的当归、丹参、苦杏仁与红树林果科学配伍,协 同作用,具有通畅血脉、消散瘀滞、调经止痛的作用,用于治疗脘腹疼痛、肝郁胁痛、胸痹刺 痛、跌扑损伤等病症的有效率可达80%以上。

[0037] 试验药品是本发明实施例1中的活血化瘀酒。试验动物为ICR种小白鼠,体重20〜 22克,雌雄各半,共40只。试验方法是,禁食15小时后,按20克/千克给小白鼠灌胃2个月,长 期毒性试验结果显示,小白鼠体重、肝功能、肾功能、血象等与对照组无明显差异,表明该药 的安全性大,属于无毒级别。
Claims (7)
1. 一种用红树林果制备活血化瘀酒的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 1) 将红树林果切开,先用温度为5〇〜80°C的石灰水浸泡12〜24小时,取出清洗后,与当 归、丹参和苦杏仁按照1: 〇 • 1〜〇 • 5: 〇 •2〜〇 •6: 〇 • 〇1〜〇 _ 05的重量比混合粉碎,加入粉碎物 重量20 %〜30 %的水、1 %〜5 %的蜂蜜、10 %〜3〇 %的糯米,然后打浆至成为糊状物; 2) 在糊状物中加入其重量〇 • 〇1 %〜1 %的酵母,混合均匀,于35〜36°C的温度下发酵6 〜24小时,将发酵得到的料液过滤,得到的滤液再于20〜22°C的温度下发酵10〜20天,取出 灭菌,澄清,即得所述活血化瘀酒。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述红树林果与当归、丹参、苦杏仁的重量 比为1:0.2〜0.4:0.3〜0.5:0.02〜0.04的重量比。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述红树林果与当归、丹参、苦杏仁的重量 比为1:0.3:0.4:0.03的重量比。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述澄清为静置沉淀1〜2天,然后取上层 清液的过程。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述酵母为高活性干酵母。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述灭菌的方法为巴氏消毒法。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:所述石灰水的质量浓度为〇 • 〇1 %〜〇. 1 %。
