Description

本发明涉及一种从供给点至加工机特别是卷烟包装机的消耗站进行运输的筒型卷材,特别是一种筒型包装材料的筒管传送装置,该包装机有一个夹具特别是钳口夹具,该夹具可在相互垂直的三个方向移动并安装在夹持器上用以在每种情况下能夹住一个筒管。
已知的此类运输装置如DE-A3501692,用像托架这样的装置装运筒管,在托架上许多筒管一个挨一个紧紧地堆集在一起,利用钳口夹具将它们运至卷烟包装机的消耗站。为了实现装运全自动,在利用相互垂直的方向上可移动的线性传动装置使高度可调的框架平板上的夹具可移动,装在框架上的传感器对平板上的筒管计数并控制框架高度的调节,装在夹具上的传感器用作使夹具对准筒管并能准确将其装上。此种结构相当复杂,体积庞大,从控制的角度讲需要大量费用。
本发明的目的是提供一种上述类型的传送装置,该装置设计简单,就控制来讲费用低并且体积小。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:通过夹持器可移动的夹具安装在一个正中点,完全置于夹持器的两块旋转支板的中心,两块支板相互成一定的角度,并能依次与各自的筒管圆周接触;夹持器装有传感器,在各支板与正中点之间预先设定夹角的情况下通过支板与筒管圆周的接触来确定夹具的位置。
通过以下描述以及从属权利要求可看出本发明的详细设计。
参照附图及以下实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
图1给出了一种传送装置的平面示意图。
图2是图1中传送装置的侧视图。
该传送装置包括一个传送臂1,如像德国offenlegusschrift4041865卷烟包装机上的传送臂,在传送臂的自由端安装有实质上由一倾斜平板构成的夹持器2。夹持器2用作承受三爪钳口夹具3,夹具3装在一侧与平板4相连的传送臂1相对,平板4由夹持器2弹性支撑。三爪钳口夹具3用来从筒管5的供给点夹持和固定筒型卷材特别是卷烟包装材料的筒管5,如可将它们摆放在托架上分层一个叠一个地装运。每个筒壁有个心管6,三爪钳口夹具3可以插入随后卡紧,这样被夹持的筒管5便可运送至卷烟包装机的消耗站。在此将筒管5送至一个线轴上并且将包装材料的自由端穿入一个适当的运送通道。
夹持器2支承两根控制杆7,控制杆7起探测器的作用并与倾斜夹持器2的最上部接触,以使控制杆能绕着固定在夹持器2上的螺栓8旋转,将螺栓8的轴线平行于三爪钳口夹具3的轴线,夹具3装在两根控制杆7之间并位于控制杆的正中点。
每根控制7有一个双杠杆型端部9并且与套在螺栓8上的套管10相连,与端部9连接的支板11部分倾斜并与夹持器2分离。支板11的长度应当合适以使控制杆7实质上超过筒管5的直径。利用普通压簧12沿三爪钳口夹具3的方向向内给两根控制杆7施加弹性预应力,压簧12压入在端部9的两端,与支板11相对。
由两根控制杆7构成的角度可通过调节装置13进行调节。每个调节装置13包含一个臂14,臂14固定在夹持器2上使其能沿正中点的方向进行调节并且臂14支承一个调节螺钉15,调节螺钉15与控制杆7的相邻自由端接触。
另外,在夹持器2的端部以90°的角度装有两个传感器16,当相应的控制杆7与正中点成45°的角度时,两个传感器16通过控制杆7的支板11作出反应。
相应地,本传送装置能允许传送臂1在平行于供给筒管5的轴平面的平面内沿直线移动,直到支板11与筒管5接触并将它装上。为此目的,支板11相对三爪钳口夹具3适当凸起,这样后者不会撞击筒管5的外圆周,并且也不会防碍定位操作。当支板11与筒管5接触到这样的程度以致使相关的传感器16启动,传送臂1的第一个动作停止并在同一平面内垂直于第一个动作方向开始第二个直线运动。然后第二个支板11必然与筒管5接触,这样第二个传感器16也最终开始启动。因此,在该平面内传送臂的运动停止,传送臂1降低至筒管5直至三爪钳口夹具3合适地插入心管6中并且平板4与筒管5的上表面接触。通过卡紧三爪钳口3,筒管5即被夹住并能运送。
以这种方式,筒管5可以从托架上一个接一个地装运而不需对传送臂1或其它装置的运动作出复杂的控制,三爪钳口夹具3能对每个筒管5的心管6进行自动对中。

Claims (6)

1、一种从供给点至加工机特别是卷烟包装机的消耗站进行运输的筒型卷材,特别是筒型包装材料的筒管传送装置,该包装机有一个夹具(3)特别是钳口夹具,该夹具可在相互垂直的三个方向移动并安装在夹持器(2)上用以在每种情况下能夹住一个筒管(5),其特征是通过夹持器(2)可移动的夹具(3)安装在一个正中点,它置于夹持器(2)的两块旋转支板(11)间的中心,两块支板(11)相互成一定的角度并能依次与各自的筒管圆周接触,夹持器(2)装有传感器(16),在各支板(11)与正中点之间预先设定夹角的情况下通过支板(11)与筒管圆周的接触来确定夹具的位置。
2、根据权利要求1所述的传送装置,其特征是夹持器(2)安装在传送臂(1)上。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的传送装置,其特征是支板(11)为控制杆(7)的部件,沿夹具(3)的方向对控制杆(7)施以弹性预应力,以使支板(11)能相邻相互旋转。
4、根据权利要求3所述的传送装置,其特征是用普通压簧(12)对控制杆施以预应力。
5、根据权利要求1至4中之一所述的传送装置,其特征是支板(11)相对正中点可调。
6、根据权利要求1至5中之一所述的传送装置,其特征是夹具(3)由夹持器(2)弹性支撑。
