背景技术
现有技术中,作为注射成型的一个方法,已知在形成一次成型品之后,在其周围形成二次成型品,从而制作双色成型品的技术。二次成型的技术例如在制作车辆的前大灯等灯具的透光罩时使用(参照专利文献1)。

发明欲解决的技术问题
然而,在一次成型品与二次成型品的界面从外部能够辨认的情况下,有时界面看起来发亮,很可能会导致双色成型品的外观品质下降。
本发明是鉴于上述情况而完成的,其目的是提供一种提高双色成型品的外观品质的技术。
用于解决问题的技术手段
为了解决上述课题,本发明的一个方式的双色成型品是具备预定形状的第1树脂部、和以至少一部分重叠的方式与所述第1树脂部相接的第2树脂部的双色成型品,第1树脂部具有:第1表面部;第2表面部,其朝向与所述第1表面部朝向的方向不同的方向;和弯曲部,其将所述第1表面部和所述第2表面部连结。第2树脂部具有:第1层叠区域,以与构成所述第1表面部的一部分的第1部分重叠的方式与该第1部分的里侧相接;第2层叠区域,以与构成所述第1表面部的一部分的、不同于所述第1部分的第2部分重叠的方式与该第2部分的里侧相接;和单层区域,设置在所述第1层叠区域与所述第2层叠区域之间,并被设置为将在所述第1部分与所述第2部分之间形成的贯通部填充。单层区域具有与所述弯曲部相接的接合部。接合部对于所述弯曲部呈凸状地形成。
根据这样的方式,第1树脂部的弯曲部和第2树脂部的接合部的界面不是平坦的。
因此,在从第1树脂部和第2树脂部中一者侧观察时,外部光直接反射到辨认者的比例降低,双色成型品的外观品质提高。
接合部也可以具有曲面。基于此,在从第1树脂部和第2树脂部中一者侧观察时,外部光直接反射到辨认者的比例进一步降低。另外,接合部也可以整体是曲面。
接合部的曲面的R在1~3mm的范围。基于此,外部光容易散射,同时能够降低树脂未填充到金属模具的角而形成的未填充区域的产生。
接合部也可以具有以从单层区域的内部朝向表面而远离弯曲部的方式形成的倾斜面。基于此,在从第1树脂部的弯曲部侧观察时,接合部的一部分看起来更加远离,因此,能够降低外部光在界面的反射所产生的影响。
需要说明的是,以上构成要素的任意组合和将本发明的表现在方法、装置、系统等之间变更而得到的方案作为本发明的方式也是有效的。
发明效果
根据本发明,能够提高双色成型品的外观品质。

以下,参照附图等,针对具体实施方式进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在附图说明中,对相同部件标注相同符号,并适当地省略重复说明。

首先,使用参考例,对双色成型品中可能成为问题的现象进行说明。图1是参考例涉及的双色成型品的主要部分剖面立体图。图2(a)是图1示出的双色成型品的A-A截面图,图2(b)是图1所示的双色成型品的B-B截面图,图2(c)是图1所示的双色成型品的C-C截面图。
双色成型品10具备:预定形状的第1树脂部12;和第2树脂部14,以至少一部分与第1树脂部12重叠的方式与第1树脂部12相接。第1树脂部12由丙烯酸树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂等透明的树脂材料构成,在使用双色成型品10的方式中,被配置在外侧(表面侧)。
第1树脂部12的剖面是大致L形,该第1树脂部12具有:第1表面部12a,朝向图1的左右方向延伸;第2表面部12b,朝向与第1表面部12a朝向的方向不同的图1的上下方向延伸;和弯曲部12c,将第1表面部12a和第2表面部12b连结。
第2树脂部14具有:第1层叠区域14a,其以与构成第1表面部12a的一部分的第1部分12a1重叠的方式与第1部分12a1(参照图2(a))的里侧相接;第2层叠区域14b,其以与构成第1表面部12a的一部分的、不同于第1部分12a1的第2部分12a2(参照图2(c))重叠的方式与第2部分12a2的里侧相接;单层区域14c,其设置在第1层叠区域14a与第2层叠区域14b之间,并被设置为将在第1部分12a1和第2部分12a2之间形成的贯通部16填充。第2树脂部14由不透明的有色(具体是黑色、灰色)的树脂材料构成。
在使用这样构成的双色成型品10作为车辆用灯具的前照灯的构成部件的情况下,如果将第1树脂部12配置为表面侧、且将第1表面部12a配置成朝向车辆前方,则有时发生以下的现象。
在图1所示的双色成型品10中,在作为一次成型品而形成第1树脂部12之后,作为二次成型品,以与第1树脂部12的一部分层叠的方式形成第2树脂部14。在形成二次成型品时使用的金属模具中,由于与第1层叠区域14a、第2层叠区域14b对应的腔狭窄,所以,形成第2树脂部14时的气体不易释放。因此,在形成双色成型品10的二次成型品时使用的金属模具中,该金属模具被构成为形成有与贯通部16对应的形状的腔,以使注射成型时的气体容易释放。
基于此,能够抑制气体G残留在第2树脂部14的第1层叠区域14a、第2层叠区域14b的里侧(填充末端部)并成为气泡(缺损)的情况。然而,本申请的发明人想到了因为设置贯通部16而可能产生其他问题的情况。
第2树脂部14具有单层区域14c,该单层区域14c被形成为填充贯通部16(参照图2(b))。单层区域14c被填充到接近第1表面部12a的部位,与透明的第1树脂部12相接的接合部18是平坦的。此时,对于从前方向箭头L的方向观察的辨认者来说,由于接合部18的反射光,第1表面部12a的一部分看起来发亮。
图3(a)是图2(b)所述的区域R的放大图,图3(b)是示出第2树脂部14已渗入到图3(a)所示的间隙的状况的图。
在双色成型品10中,在形成了第1树脂部12之后,利用注射成型形成第2树脂部14。在形成第1树脂部12时,在相当于单层区域14c的部分配置了一次芯侧金属模具的状态下,填充形成第1树脂部12的第1树脂材料。此时,有时无法将树脂材料填充到金属模具的腔的角,而形成0.01mm左右的微小的缺口(间隙)N。缺口N未必连续,有时也分散地形成多个,如图2(b)所示,对于从前方向箭头L的方向观察的辨认者来说,就会认知到因缺口N而造成的散射光,可能成为外观品质下降的一个原因。
进一步地,如果对具有图3(a)所示的缺口N的第1树脂部12,注射成型第2树脂部14而作为二次成型品,则缺口N被部分地填充,形成填充部20(参照图3(b))。或者,在填充到缺口N的整个区域的情况下,接合部18的端线未必成为均匀的直线。此时也一样,对于从前方向箭头L的方向观察的辨认者来说,就会认知到因分散在各处的填充部20而造成的散射光、不均匀的端线,可能成为外观品质下降的一个原因。
(实施方式)
鉴于上述情况,本发明人想到了下述构成的双色成型品。图4是实施方式涉及的双色成型品的主要部分剖面立体图。图5是图4示出的双色成型品的B′-B′截面图。
本实施方式涉及的双色成型品100与参考例涉及的双色成型品10相比,第2树脂部的单层区域的构成不同。对于其他构成,是与双色成型品10几乎相同的构成,对于相同的构成标注相同符号,并适当地省略其说明。
双色成型品100在单层区域102具有与弯曲部12c相接的接合部104。接合部104对于弯曲部12c呈凸状地形成。基于此,第1树脂部12的弯曲部12c与第2树脂部14的接合部104的界面不平坦。因此,在从第1树脂部12侧观察界面时,外部光直接反射到辨认者的比例降低,双色成型品100的外观品质提高。需要说明的是,接合部104也可以是对于弯曲部12c呈楔状地形成。
本实施方式涉及的接合部104具有曲面。基于此,在从第1树脂部12侧观察界面时,外部光直接反射到辨认者的比例进一步降低。另外,虽然本实施方式涉及的接合部104整体上是曲面,但也可以部分地包含平坦面。
接合部104的曲面的R是1~3mm的范围。基于此,外部光容易散射,并且能够降低树脂未填充到金属模具的角而形成的未填充区域的产生。
接合部104也可以具有以从单层区域102的内部朝向表面(图5的右侧面)而远离弯曲部12c的方式形成的倾斜面。基于此,在从第1树脂部12的弯曲部12c侧观察时,接合部104的一部分看起来更加远离,因此,能够降低外部光在界面的反射所产生的影响。
图6(a)、图6(b)是示出本实施方式涉及的注射成型方法的工序图。首先,如图6(a)所示地,将初级芯侧金属模具110和腔侧金属模具112合模。然后,在该状态下,将从加热料筒供给的透明的树脂材料114注射到1次空间部C1,成型一次成型品116。
接着,将初级芯侧金属模具110和腔侧金属模具112开模,将初级芯侧金属模具110换成二次芯侧金属模具118,并将二次芯侧金属模具118与腔侧金属模具112合模。接着,在该状态下,将从加热料筒供给的有色(黑色)的树脂材料120注射到2次空间部C2,成型二次成型品122。基于此,完成将一次成型品116和二次成型品122一体化而成的双色成型品100。
以上,根据实施方式对本发明进行说明。本领域技术人员能够明了该实施方式是示例,这些各构成要素、各处理工艺的组合能够进行各种各样的变形例,而且这样的变形例也包含在本发明的范围内。

Claims (5)

1.一种双色成型品,
具备:预定形状的第1树脂部;和第2树脂部,其以至少一部分与所述第1树脂部重叠的方式与所述第1树脂部相接,其特征在于,、
所述第1树脂部具有:第1表面部;第2表面部,其朝向与所述第1表面部朝向的方向不同的方向;和弯曲部,其将所述第1表面部和所述第2表面部连结,
所述第2树脂部具有:第1层叠区域,其以与构成所述第1表面部的一部分的第1部分重叠的方式与该第1部分的里侧相接;第2层叠区域,其以与构成所述第1表面部的一部分的、不同于所述第1部分的第2部分重叠的方式与该第2部分的里侧相接;和单层区域,其设置在所述第1层叠区域与所述第2层叠区域之间,并被设置为将在所述第1部分与所述第2部分之间形成的贯通部填充,
所述单层区域具有与所述弯曲部相接的接合部,
所述接合部对于所述弯曲部呈凸状地形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双色成型品,其特征在于,
所述接合部具有曲面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双色成型品,其特征在于,
所述接合部的整体是曲面。
4.根据权利要求2所述的双色成型品,其特征在于,
所述接合部的所述曲面的半径R在1~3mm的范围。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的双色成型品,其特征在于,
所述接合部具有以从所述单层区域的内部朝向表面而远离所述弯曲部的方式形成的倾斜面。
