蜂蜜是由蜜蜂采集植物蜜腺分泌的汁液经充分酿造而成。中国大部分地区均有生产,以稠如凝脂、味甜纯正、清洁无杂质、不发酵者为佳。蜂蜜的主要成分为糖类,其中60%~80%是人体容易吸收的葡萄糖和果糖,主要作为营养滋补品、药用和加工蜜饯食品及酿造蜜酒之用,也可以替代食糖作调味品。
蜂蜜是一种天然食品,主要由单糖类的葡萄糖和果糖构成,可以被人体直接吸收,而不需要酶的分解,比蔗糖(砂糖的主要成份)更容易被人体吸收所含的单糖,不需要经消化就可以被人体吸收,对妇、幼特别是老人更具有良好保健作用,因而被称为“老人的牛奶”。
蜂蜜是一种营养丰富的天然滋养食品,也是最常用的滋补品之一。据分析,含有与人体血清浓度相近的多种无机盐和维生素、铁、钙、铜、锰、钾、磷等多种有机酸和有益人体健康的微量元素,以及果糖、葡萄糖、淀粉酶、氧化酶、还原酶等,具有滋养、润燥、解毒、美白养颜、润肠通便之功效,对少年儿童咳嗽治疗效果很好。
目前市面上销售的蜂蜜大多为单一的蜂蜜,营养单一,随着人们的生活水平的提高,人们越来越注重养生和保健,因此单一营养价值的蜂蜜无法满足日常的需求,因此亟需开发一种肠胃保健蜂蜜。

优选地,其原料按重量份包括:蜂蜜55份、香蕉7份、红薯叶6份、猴菇5份、番薯5份、萝卜6份、百合6份、山药8份、姜汁5份、维生素混合物2.5份、矿物质3.5份。
本发明提出的一种肠胃保健蜂蜜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将红薯叶、猴菇、番薯、萝卜、百合、山药洗净除杂,经过超微粉碎,过800目筛,分别得到红薯叶超微粉、猴菇超微粉、番薯超微粉、萝卜超微粉、百合超微粉、山药超微粉;
S2、将香蕉加水粉碎,得到香蕉浆液;
S3、将生姜清洗除杂,经粉碎机粉碎,加入纯化水,在煎药机中85-95℃条件下煎煮0.5-2h,经过滤后在121℃条件下灭菌15min,得到姜汁提取液;
S4、将蜂蜜、红薯叶超微粉、猴菇超微粉、番薯超微粉、萝卜超微粉、百合超微粉、山药超微粉、香蕉浆液、姜汁提取液、以及经灭菌的维生素混合物、矿物质混合均匀,过滤得到肠胃保健蜂蜜。

一种肠胃保健蜂蜜,其原料按重量份包括:蜂蜜55份、香蕉7份、红薯叶6份、猴菇5份、番薯5份、萝卜6份、百合6份、山药8份、姜汁5份、维生素混合物2.5份、矿物质3.5份。
本发明提出的一种肠胃保健蜂蜜的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将红薯叶、猴菇、番薯、萝卜、百合、山药洗净除杂,经过超微粉碎,过800目筛,分别得到红薯叶超微粉、猴菇超微粉、番薯超微粉、萝卜超微粉、百合超微粉、山药超微粉;
S2、将香蕉加水粉碎,得到香蕉浆液;
S3、将生姜清洗除杂,经粉碎机粉碎,加入纯化水,在煎药机中90℃条件下煎煮1.5h,经过滤后在121℃条件下灭菌15min,得到姜汁提取液;
S4、将蜂蜜、红薯叶超微粉、猴菇超微粉、番薯超微粉、萝卜超微粉、百合超微粉、山药超微粉、香蕉浆液、姜汁提取液、以及经灭菌的维生素混合物、矿物质混合均匀,过滤得到肠胃保健蜂蜜。

1.一种肠胃保健蜂蜜,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:蜂蜜30-80份、香蕉5-10份、红薯叶4-8份、猴菇2-8份、番薯3-7份、萝卜4-8份、百合3-9份、山药6-10份、生姜3-7份、维生素混合物1-4份、矿物质2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种肠胃保健蜂蜜,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:蜂蜜55份、香蕉7份、红薯叶6份、猴菇5份、番薯5份、萝卜6份、百合6份、山药8份、姜汁5份、维生素混合物2.5份、矿物质3.5份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的一种肠胃保健蜂蜜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将红薯叶、猴菇、番薯、萝卜、百合、山药洗净除杂,经过超微粉碎,过800目筛,分别得到红薯叶超微粉、猴菇超微粉、番薯超微粉、萝卜超微粉、百合超微粉、山药超微粉;
S2、将香蕉加水粉碎,得到香蕉浆液;
S3、将生姜清洗除杂,经粉碎机粉碎,加入纯化水,在煎药机中85-95℃条件下煎煮0.5-2h,经过滤后在121℃条件下灭菌15min,得到姜汁提取液;
S4、将蜂蜜、红薯叶超微粉、猴菇超微粉、番薯超微粉、萝卜超微粉、百合超微粉、山药超微粉、香蕉浆液、姜汁提取液、以及经灭菌的维生素混合物、矿物质混合均匀,过滤得到肠胃保健蜂蜜。
