Abstract
本发明涉及一种面粉,特别公开了一种减肥面粉。该减肥面粉,由荞麦、燕麦、竹笋、莴笋、荷叶、红薯、韭菜叶和木耳按照一定的重量配比混合制成。本发明配方合理,制备简单,对身体进行系统调节,有效降低血脂,改善微循环,清除自由基,是一种适合肥胖、脂肪肝、糖尿病患者食用的面粉。

(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种面粉,特别涉及一种减肥面粉。
(二)背景技术
普通面粉主要是由小面面粉制成,是我国北方大部分地区的主食,南方地区的人也经常做成各类面制品食用;据相关统计,面粉的销售总额逐年上升。总所周知,普通面粉碳水化合物含量高,经常食用面制品容易造成肥胖,特别是对于一些不能进食高碳水化合物的人群,如癫痫特殊患者、肥胖和三高人群,对于他们来说,无疑是缺少了品尝各类面制品的人生乐趣。
长期以来,我国生产的面粉一直是含有小麦粉的普通面粉,一些宣传营养面粉、五谷面粉、中药面粉、保健面粉等都是在大量的小麦面粉的基础上添加其他辅料或营养成分制成的。目前,现有技术中暂无碳水化合物含量较低、并具有减肥和降脂等作用的面粉。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种制备简单、使用效果显著的减肥面粉。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种减肥面粉,由以下重量份数的原料混合制成:
荞麦2-4份、燕麦1-3份、竹笋0.5-1.5份、莴笋0.5-1.5份、荷叶0.03-0.08份、红薯1-3份、韭菜叶0.3-0.8份、木耳0.6-1.5份。
其优选的重量配比为:
荞麦3份、燕麦2份、竹笋1份、莴笋1份、荷叶0.05份、红薯2份、韭菜叶0.5份、木耳0.9份。
所述原料经蒸汽烘干后,再经磨面、过筛、袋装得到产品,同普通面粉一样食用。
配方中,各成分的功效是:
荞麦含丰富蛋白质、B族维生素、芦丁类强化血管物质、矿物营养素和植物纤维素,其中的蛋白质为植物蛋白质,在体内不易转化为脂肪,所以不易导致肥胖;
燕麦中的β-葡聚糖可减缓血液中葡萄糖含量的增加,预防和控制肥胖症、糖尿病及心血管疾病;
竹笋具有清热化痰、益气和胃、治消渴、利水道、利嗝爽胃等功效,还具有低脂肪、低糖、多纤维的特点;
莴笋具有清热利尿、活血通乳的功效,可有效促进人体的新陈代谢,具有清肝的作用;
荷叶具有清暑利湿、升发滑阳、止血的功效,主治暑湿泄泻、眩晕,水气浮肿,雷头风,吐血,衄血,崩漏,便血,产后血晕;
红薯富含蛋白质、淀粉、果胶、纤维素、氨基酸、维生素及多种矿物质,有抗癌、保护心脏、预防肺气肿、糖尿病、减肥、美容等功效;
韭菜叶具有补肾、温中、散瘀、解读的功效,主治肾虚阳痿,里寒腹痛,噎膈反胃,胸痹疼痛,气喘,衄血,吐血,尿血,痢疾,痔疮,乳痈,痈疮肿毒,疥疮,漆疮,跌打损伤;
木耳中的多糖体能分解肿瘤,提高人的免疫力,具有很好的抗癌作用,且具有疏通血管、清除血管中胆固醇的作用,可以降血糖、降血脂、防止血栓形成,预防脑血管疾病发生。
本发明配方合理,制备简单,对身体进行系统调节,有效降低血脂,改善微循环,清除自由基,是一种适合肥胖、脂肪肝、糖尿病患者食用的面粉。
(四)具体实施方式
实施例1:一种减肥面粉
取荞麦200g、燕麦100g、竹笋50g、莴笋50g、荷叶3g、红薯100g、韭菜叶30g、木耳60g,将上述原料混合后经蒸汽烘干,再经磨面、过筛、袋装得到产品,同普通面粉一样制成挂面、糕点等面食供肥胖患者食用。
实施例2:一种减肥面粉
取荞麦400g、燕麦300g、竹笋150g、莴笋150g、荷叶8g、红薯300g、韭菜叶80g、木耳150g,将上述原料混合后经蒸汽烘干,再经磨面、过筛、袋装得到产品,同普通面粉一样制成挂面、糕点等面食供肥胖患者食用。
实施例3:一种减肥面粉
取荞麦300g、燕麦200g、竹笋100g、莴笋100g、荷叶5g、红薯200g、韭菜叶50g、木耳90g,将上述原料混合后经蒸汽烘干,再经磨面、过筛、袋装得到产品,同普通面粉一样制成挂面、糕点等面食供肥胖患者食用。
具体应用实验:
选体重、身高两两相同的50对实验对象,分为两组进行观察实验,两组的生活环境、每日食谱统一配置,一组为实验组,其中的主食采用本发明的面粉制备;另一组为对照组,主食采用普通面粉制备。
以30天为期进行观察,对实验组和对照组进行每日体重检测,通过数据统计可知,实验组共五十人,在实验的前10天,其中,18人减重1kg以上,其余人均有减重现象,但是减重不足1kg;到第20天,有32人减重3kg以上,其余人减重1-2kg;到第30天,所有人减重均超过3kg,其中12人减重超4kg。
而对照组,在30天观察期内,21人保持了体重不变,其余人均有2-3kg的增重现象。
观察实验之后,100位实验对象均进行了身体检查,身体状况良好,无元素缺乏现象,与实验前指标一致或指标转好。

1.一种减肥面粉,其特征为,由以下重量份数的原料混合制成:荞麦2-4份、燕麦1-3份、竹笋0.5-1.5份、莴笋0.5-1.5份、荷叶0.03-0.08份、红薯1-3份、韭菜叶0.3-0.8份、木耳0.6-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的减肥面粉,其特征为,由以下重量份数的原料混合制成:荞麦3份、燕麦2份、竹笋1份、莴笋1份、荷叶0.05份、红薯2份、韭菜叶0.5份、木耳0.9份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的减肥面粉,其特征在于:所述原料经蒸汽烘干后,再经磨面、过筛、袋装得到产品。
