本发明涉及一种葛根糯米粉,并涉及其制备方法。针对现有糯米粉市场现状,尚无葛根糯米粉应市。本发明用葛根粉与糯米粉,按比例制作而成,提高了产品的糯性,嚼劲和光洁度,特别增强了产品的营养性,使高血脂、高血糖的消费群体的生理指数得到调理和降低,让人们食材更丰富,身体更健康。

背景技术
目前尚无葛根糯米粉应市。现有的糯米粉市场,只有单一的糯米粉销售;由于糯米粉营养成份的局限,且主要成份为淀粉,使一些血糖高,心血管疾病的消费者,不能食用,但糯米粉又是传统节日食品,为满足这一特定人群的需求,和丰富糯米粉市场。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足,提供了一种将传统食品用科学的配比,添加一定量葛根粉,提高了产品的糯性、嚼劲和光洁度,特别增强了产品营养性的一种葛根糯米粉及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用下列技术方案
一种葛根糯米粉,包括下列重量分数比的原料组成:
野生葛根粉6~8 糯米粉92~94
一种葛根糯米粉的制备方法按下列步骤:
a:野生葛根粉的制备:每年11月至来年2月,采挖野生葛根,用清水冲洗干净泥沙,去除腐败部分,用刀刮去外皮,剧切成小段,送入粉碎机粉碎,葛根与水的比例为1:3,粉碎机的筛网孔径为2毫米,粉碎得葛根浆液;将葛根浆液盛入砂布滤架上,反复加水过滤,使粉渣充分分离,得湿淀粉,经45~55小时沉淀后,舀干淀粉上面的水,取出淀粉块,送入烘干机内,在60~75℃温度下,烘干粉碎备用;
b:糯米粉的制备:选用优质糯米,盛入浸泡桶内,用清水浸泡反冲,将糯米中的杂质、糠片等悬浮物排出,并浸泡2-3小时,使颗粒膨胀、松散、柔软、沥干浸泡水,送入金刚砂磨磨浆,磨浆时不断加入清水,保证浆液固形物在15~30%,并过60目筛网,得糯米浆液,将浆液送入板框过滤机,压滤脱水得40%含水量的粉饼;将粉饼切碎成4~8厘米的小块、送入气流干燥机,得糯米粉备用;
c:调配、混合、包装:按重量份数比称取a步骤野生葛根粉6~8,称取b步骤的糯米粉92~94,装入不锈钢混合机内,将两者充分混匀后,定量包装,经检验合格后,入库即可。
葛根
葛根为豆科植物野葛或甘葛藤萝的块根,是中国南方一些省区的一种常食蔬菜,其味甘凉可口,常作煲汤之用,也可作药物。野生葛根内含12%的黄酮类化合物,如葛根素、大豆黄酮苷、花生素等营养成分,还有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖、和人体必需的铁、钙、铜、硒等矿物质,是老少皆宜的名贵滋补品,有“千年人参”之美誉。
葛根中提炼出的葛根素具有扩张冠状动脉和脑动脉的作用,可降低血压,能显著增加缺血组织的血液供应量,有B1受保健体阻断作用,可明显减慢心瘁,降低心肌氧耗量,能减轻心肌缺血,限制和缩小心肌梗塞范围,抗快速心律失常,能降低胆固醇和血粘度,抑制血小板聚集,改善微循环。葛粉内含有人体需要的十多种氨基酸和十多种微量元素,其中钙、锌、磷的含量最高,葛粉所含的富“硒”元素,具有一定的防癌抗癌之功效。葛粉还具有:生津止渴,抗菌解毒的作用,对冠心病,对感冒引起的咽喉痛疼、口舌生疮、小孩清火泻痢有很好的治疗作用,还可疗伤寒中风头痛,治胸膈烦热发狂,止血痢、通小肠、排脓破血、利大小便、解酒,治脾胃虚弱泄泻都有着一定的功效。
糯米,又叫江米。因其口感香糯粘滑,常被用以制成风味小吃,如年糕、元宵、粽子等。糯米米质呈蜡白色,不透明或半透明状.吸水性和膨胀性小,后粘性大,口感滑腻,较难消化吸收。
糯米是一种温和的滋补品,有补虚、补血、健脾暖胃、止汗等作用。适用于脾胃虚寒所致的反胃、食欲减少、泄泻和气虚引起的汗虚、气短无力、妊娠腹坠胀等症。现代科学研究表明:糯米含有蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、钙、磷、铁、维生素B及淀粉等,为温补强壮品。其中所含淀粉为支链淀粉,所以在肠胃中难以消化水解。两者的组合是现有技术人员没有想到的,至今市场无此产品,当两种原材料经过上述加工工艺后才能完美地相结合,进行性能上的互补和营养地强化:当添加一定量的葛根粉进行综合后,用葛根粉利消化之长,弥补了糯米粉不易消化之短,使产品更利于健康,长期食用更是养身之道。
具体实施方式
实施例一
a:野生葛根粉的制备:每年11月至来年2月,采挖野生葛根,用清水冲洗干净泥沙,去除腐败部分,用刀刮去外皮,剧切成小段,送入粉碎机粉碎,葛根与水的比例为1:3,粉碎机的筛网孔径为2毫米,粉碎得葛根浆液;将葛根浆液盛入砂布滤架上,反复加水过滤,使粉渣充分分离,得湿淀粉,经48小时沉淀后,舀干淀粉上面的水,取出淀粉块,送入烘干机内,在60℃温度下,烘干粉碎备用;
b:糯米粉的制备:选用优质糯米,盛入浸泡桶内,用清水浸泡反冲,将糯米粉中的杂质、糠片等悬浮物排出,并浸泡2-3小时,使颗粒膨胀、松散、柔软、沥干浸泡水,送入金刚砂磨磨浆,磨浆时不断加入清水,保证浆液固形物在20%左右,并过60目筛网,得糯米浆液,将浆液送入板框过滤机,压滤脱水得40%含水量的粉饼;将粉饼切碎成5厘米的小块、送入气流干燥机,得糯米粉备用;
c:调配、混合、包装:称取a步骤野生葛根粉8kg,称取b步骤的糯米粉92kg,装入不锈钢混合机内,将两者充分混匀后,定量包装,经检验合格后,入库即可。
实施例二
a:野生葛根粉的制备:每年11月至来年2月,采挖野生葛根,用清水冲洗干净泥沙,去除腐败部分,用刀刮去外皮,剧切成小段,送入粉碎机粉碎,葛根与水的比例为1:3,粉碎机的筛网孔径为2毫米,粉碎得葛根浆液;将葛根浆液盛入砂布滤架上,反复加水过滤,使粉渣充分分离,得湿淀粉,经50小时沉淀后,舀干淀粉上面的水,取出淀粉块,送入烘干机内,在65℃温度下,烘干粉碎备用;
b:糯米粉的制备:选用优质糯米,盛入浸泡桶内,用清水浸泡反冲,将糯米粉中的杂质、糠片等悬浮物排出,并浸泡2-3小时,使颗粒膨胀、松散、柔软、沥干浸泡水,送入金刚砂磨磨浆,磨浆时不断加入清水,保证浆液固形物在20%左右,并过60目筛网,得糯米浆液,将浆液送入板框过滤机,压滤脱水得40%含水量的粉饼;将粉饼切碎成4厘米的小块、送入气流干燥机,得糯米粉备用;

b:糯米粉的制备:选用优质糯米,盛入浸泡桶内,用清水浸泡反冲,将糯米中的杂质、糠片等悬浮物排出,并浸泡2-3小时,使颗粒膨胀、松散、柔软、沥干浸泡水,送入金刚砂磨磨浆,磨浆时不断加入清水,保证浆液固形物在20%左右,并过60目筛网,得糯米浆液,将浆液送入板框过滤机,压滤脱水得40%含水量的粉饼;将粉饼切碎成8厘米的小块、送入气流干燥机,得糯-米粉备用;
c:调配、混合、包装:称取a步骤野生葛根粉7kg,称取b步骤的糯米粉糯米粉93kg装入不锈钢混合机内,将两者充分混匀后,定量包装,经检验合格后,入库即可。

a:野生葛根粉的制备:每年11月至来年2月,采挖野生葛根,用清水冲洗干净泥沙,去除腐败部分,用刀刮去外皮,剧切成小段,送入粉碎机粉碎,葛根与水的比例为1:3,粉碎机的筛网孔径为2毫米,粉碎得葛根浆液;将葛根浆液盛入砂布滤架上,反复加水过滤,使粉渣充分分离,得湿淀粉,经45~55小时沉淀后,舀干淀粉上面的水,取出淀粉块,送入烘干机内,在60~75℃温度下,烘干粉碎备用;
b:糯米粉的制备:选用优质糯米,盛入浸泡桶内,用清水浸泡反冲,将糯米中的杂质、糠片等悬浮物排出,并浸泡2-3小时,使颗粒膨胀、松散、柔软、沥干浸泡水,送入金刚砂磨磨浆,磨浆时不断加入清水,保证浆液固形物在15~30%,并过60目筛网,得糯米浆液,将浆液送入板框过滤机,压滤脱水得40%含水量的粉饼;将粉饼切碎成4~8厘米的小块、送入气流干燥机,得糯米粉备用;
c:调配、混合、包装:按重量份数比称取a步骤野生葛根粉6~8,称取b步骤的糯米粉92~94,装入不锈钢混合机内,将两者充分混匀后,定量包装,经检验合格后,入库即可。
