本申请涉及但不限于一种具有减肥和降血糖功效的回回豆营养素及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,我国糖尿病患者数量正以惊人的速度急剧增加,并且有年轻化趋势,直接威胁着人们的健康。糖尿病是一种终身性疾病,其严重性在于并发症的发生率较高,如动脉粥样硬化、冠心病、心肌梗塞、脑卒中、下肢动脉缺血或闭塞(又称为糖尿病大血管并发症)、酮症酸中毒等,是造成患者丧失劳动力、致死致残的主要因素。如何科学防治糖尿病,以前更多的侧重于药物治疗,近几年来随着营养学的研究发展和健康饮食知识的普及,越来越多的非药物治疗方法不断涌现,例如,饮食疗法、保健疗法等。

本申请提供了一种具有减肥和降血糖功效的回回豆营养素及其制备方法。
具体地,本申请提供了一种回回豆营养素,所述回回豆营养素包括70-90重量份回回豆、10-25重量份木耳多糖和1-5重量份荷叶碱。
在一些实施方式中,所述回回豆营养素可以包括70-80重量份回回豆、10-12重量份木耳多糖和1-3重量份荷叶碱。
在一些实施方式中,所述回回豆可以为炒熟的回回豆。
在一些实施方式中,所述回回豆可以通过80目筛。
本申请还提供了一种制备回回豆营养素的方法,所述方法包括:将70-90重量份回回豆、10-25重量份木耳多糖和1-5重量份荷叶碱混合均匀,得到所述回回豆营养素。
在一些实施方式中,所述回回豆可以为炒熟的回回豆。
在一些实施方式中,所述回回豆可以通过80目筛。

本申请中,各种组分的作用与功效如下:
荷叶:由荷叶碱、柠檬酸、苹果酸等组成,具有清热解暑、升发清阳、除湿祛瘀、利尿通便和健脾升阳的作用。荷叶的减肥原理是服用后在人体肠壁上形成一层脂肪隔离膜,有效阻止脂肪的吸收,从根本上减重,并更有效控制反弹。
木耳多糖:木耳多糖为木耳的提取物,由L-岩藻糖、L-阿拉伯糖、D-木糖、D-甘露糖、D-葡萄糖和葡萄糖醛酸等单糖组成,实体中含酸性粘多糖,具有降血糖、降血脂、抗衰老、抗溃疡、抗放射、抗血栓形成、提高机体免疫功能、增强机体抗病能力等作用。
回回豆:《中药大辞典》记载其为蝶形花科草本植物,别名胡豆、回鹘豆、那和豆、鹰嘴豆、鸡豆。《本草拾遗》中指出回回豆“主消渴”。《五杂俎》中提出回回豆能解面毒。回回豆是印度和巴基斯坦的重要的五谷之一,在欧洲食用回回豆也十分普遍,也是回医常用药材。其种子成分含蛋白质约18.4~29.8%、脂肪油4.6~6.10%、淀粉44.89~52.80%、矿物质2.36~4.67%、粗纤维2.4~10.06%。蛋白质是完全蛋白,脂类中尚含胆碱磷脂,其胆碱含量为116~238毫克%,磷脂P2O5含量为102~136毫克%。碳水化合物中除淀粉和粗纤维外,尚含阿糖配葡聚糖(Arabi-noglucglycan)0.8~1.2%,其中L-阿拉伯糖与D-葡萄糖之比为3:7,水溶性糖6.7%,其中包括葡萄糖、蔗糖和鹰嘴豆糖(Cicerose,是一种四糖,由二分子半乳糖,一分子葡萄糖和一分子果糖构成)。回回豆中含有胰蛋白酶抑制物,比较耐热,须久煮才能破坏。新收获的回回豆种子含维生素C1031毫克/100克,几乎为新收小麦的1倍,但豆粒放陈后维生素C的含量只有2.5~6毫克/100克。此外,种子尚含磷308毫克%、钙231毫克、铁6.9毫克%、植酸(Phytic acid)磷354毫克%、及维生素E、硫胺素、泛酸等。回回豆中含有的高蛋白、高不饱和脂肪酸、高纤维素、高钙、高锌、高钾、高维生素B等是有益于人体健康的营养素。回回豆中含有微量元素铬,铬在机体的糖代谢和脂肪代谢中发挥着重要作用。糖尿病患者正是因为胰岛素相对或绝对不足引起糖代谢、脂肪代谢、蛋白质代谢紊乱。铬是葡萄糖耐量因子(GTF)的组成部分,回回豆对糖尿病具有控制、降低血糖,预防和减缓糖尿病并发症的作用,世界各地都有关于糖尿病患者铬含量低于健康人的报道。人体血糖代谢的调节取决于3个因素的水平和协调作用,这3个因素是胰岛素、葡萄糖耐量受体和胰岛受体。人体含铬量减少,就会导致胰岛素活性降低,受体数量减少,糖耐量受损,从而引发糖尿病。
本申请的回回豆营养素在众多肥胖病人身上都取得了很好的减肥效果,轻度糖尿病病人也得到了康复,体重减至正常水平的占95%以上,其中糖尿病占总人数的80%,血糖降至正常水平约90%。

以下实施例中所使用的回回豆、木耳多糖和荷叶碱均通过商购获得。
实施例1
挑出回回豆中的杂质,将回回豆洗净、烘干、炒熟、粉碎以及过80目筛;
称量80重量份回回豆、15重量份木耳多糖和5重量份荷叶碱混合均匀,经过紫外线消毒,机器包装再消毒,得到所述回回豆营养素。
实施例2
挑出回回豆中的杂质,将回回豆洗净、烘干、炒熟、粉碎以及过80目筛;
称量70重量份回回豆、25重量份木耳多糖和5重量份荷叶碱混合均匀,经过紫外线消毒,机器包装再消毒,得到所述回回豆营养素。
实施例3
挑出回回豆中的杂质,将回回豆洗净、烘干、炒熟、粉碎以及过80目筛;
称量80重量份回回豆、12重量份木耳多糖和3重量份荷叶碱混合均匀,经过紫外线消毒,机器包装再消毒,得到所述回回豆营养素。
实施例4
挑出回回豆中的杂质,将回回豆洗净、烘干、炒熟、粉碎以及过80目筛;
称量90重量份回回豆、10重量份木耳多糖和1重量份荷叶碱混合均匀,经过紫外线消毒,机器包装再消毒,得到所述回回豆营养素。
临床应用典型案例
以下案例的患者均服用实施例1的回回豆营养素,每日服用60g,分三次服用。
1、欧洲某总统夫人,身高160公分,体重96公斤,患2型糖尿病15年,平时吃三种降血糖的西药,空腹血糖18-22mmol/L,并且患9种慢性病,平时服用的21种西药。服用回回豆营养素加上回医治疗糖尿病的系统调理,三个月后体重减掉34公斤,血糖降至5.6-8mmol/L。
2、俄罗斯某男,38岁,身高181,体重259公斤。服用回回豆营养素10天,同时用顺势疗法减肥,10天减掉体重30公斤,坚持了18个月,体重降至正常。
3、宁夏马某,25岁,身高183,体重110公斤,心肌酶升高,肝功异常,伴发心绞痛。服用回回豆营养素加顺势疗法减肥,3个月减掉30公斤,心脏肝功恢复正常。
4、新疆的陆某某,男58岁,身高192,体重116公斤,餐前血糖14.6mmol/L,餐后2小时21mmol/L,血压160-110mmHg。服用回回豆营养素1个月,体重降至89公斤,血压、血脂、血糖正常,随访一年诸项指标正常。
5、宁夏银川田某某,男25岁,身高180CM,体重110公斤,确诊糖尿病4年,餐前血糖11mmol/L,餐后18mmol/L。服用回回豆营养素3个月,体重降至78公斤,血糖正常,随访一年情况稳定。
6、鄂尔多斯马某某,男52岁,身高175CM,重96公斤,确诊为2型糖尿病6年,餐前血糖14.7mmol/L,餐后21mmol/L。服用回回豆营养素3个月,体重降至79公斤,餐前血糖4-5mmol/L,餐后6-8个单位,随访一年指标正常。
实施例2-4的回回豆营养素也具有与如上所述类似的功效。

1.一种回回豆营养素,所述回回豆营养素包括70-90重量份回回豆、10-25重量份木耳多糖和1-5重量份荷叶碱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的回回豆营养素,其中,所述回回豆营养素包括70-80重量份回回豆、10-12重量份木耳多糖和1-3重量份荷叶碱。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的回回豆营养素,其中,所述回回豆为炒熟的回回豆。
4.根据权利要求3所述的回回豆营养素,其中,所述回回豆能通过80目筛。
5.一种制备回回豆营养素的方法,所述方法包括:将70-90重量份回回豆、10-25重量份木耳多糖和1-5重量份荷叶碱混合均匀,得到所述回回豆营养素。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述回回豆为炒熟的回回豆。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其中,所述回回豆能通过80目筛。
8.根据权利要求5所述的方法,所述方法还包括:挑出回回豆中的杂质,将回回豆洗净、烘干、炒熟、粉碎以及过80目筛。
