背景技术
聚酯纤维具有制造工艺简单,提取材料廉价,并且具有良好的可纺性能和制造性能,被广泛的应用于生活中。涤纶织物就是其代表性织物,具有良好的悬垂性和透气性,穿着舒适,深受广大消费者喜爱。因此其染色技术也有了很高的要求。低浴比染色工艺完全符合节能环保理念,是一种环境友好性生产技术,所以将其应用于涤纶及其低弹丝染色中,既能够满足涤纶染色要求,还能打达到节约用水报环境的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种关于低浴比下涤纶及其低弹丝染色技术,是一种有效多盐多碱加料方式的染色方法,能够解决活性黑色和藏青色等深色产生内外层差的问题。本发明完全在低浴比1:3.5下完成,既能保证生产质量,又能体现节约能源,保护环境的理念。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种关于低浴比下涤纶及其低弹丝染色技术,采用低浴比高温高压筒子纱染色机,循环方式为单循环,活性染料染色浴比保持在1:3-1:3.5,对筒子纱进行染色;包含前处理、染色、后处理过程,其特征在于具体过程如下:松纱密度在0.35-0.38克/立方厘米,前处理具体过程为在常温下,在副缸内加入强力去油剂TF-115C(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处) 1.0-2.0g/L,温度控制110-120℃,保温10 min,经脉流洗水后排水取样对色;所述的染色过程为主缸进水后回流副缸,常温下加入分散剂WX-1431(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司) 1-3g/L、涤纶筒子纱匀TF-211B(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处) 1-2%、匀染修补剂TF-216F(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处) 1-2%、冰醋酸1g/L、醋酸钠(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)0.5-1g/L,以直接加料方式加入主缸内,主泵定时运行3-10min,此时副缸入水40℃,按要求加入一定owf%的染料量,搅拌10-20min,直接加入到主缸内,加入后进行保温,首先是以2-3℃/min的升温速率,升温至80-85℃,保温10-15min,再以1℃/min升温速率升温至110-115℃,保温7-10min,再以1℃/min升温至130-135℃,保温15-60min,进行染色保温,最后在降温至115-120℃,通过高温排水排掉废液,进行一次脉流洗水,进行降温,最后水位排水,排掉废液,再次主缸入水,主泵定时运行10min,经水位排水排掉废液后,取染色样;所述的后处理过程为主缸入热水,回流副缸,呼叫助剂,加入保险粉(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处)4-6g/L、烧碱1-3g/L(或者纯碱1-3g/L),直接加料加入主缸,升温至95-98℃保温10-15min,经过高温排水排掉废液,再次主缸进水,回流副缸后呼叫助剂加入保险粉(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处)4-6g/L、烧碱1-3g/L(或者纯碱1-3g/L),升温至90-95℃保温10-15min,经脉流洗水降温排水后排掉废液,最后再次主缸入水,回流副缸后加入酸性还原清洗剂(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)2-3g/L,冰醋酸1-3g/L,45-60℃保温10-15min,水位排水排掉废液,取皂洗样,上柔为主缸进水,回流副缸,加入多功能整理剂406C(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处) 0.5%-2%,比例加入到主缸内,温度控制40-50℃保温10-15min,后水位排水排掉废液,经过压力脱水即可得到上柔后纱线。在整个染色过程中再用的是梯度温度保温的方法,而且每个升温过程严格控制升温速率,这样有利于纱线充分的溶胀,产生连段运动,染料能足够的与纱线进行接触并上染到纤维上,达到染透染匀的目的。
所述的前处理和染色,后处理过程中均采用低浴比1:3.5,即1Kg纱对应3.5Kg水,既保证前处理白度合格,又保证吸水性好;同时要确保染色过程较好,不会出现色花现象。并且符合节能减排的理念。
所述的染色过程为主缸进水后回流副缸,根据工艺要求加入助剂和染料后,采用的是梯度升温保温法,首先是以2-3℃/min的升温速率,升温至80-85℃,保温10-15min,后升温速率变为1℃/min升温至110-115℃,保温7-10min,最后以1℃/min升温至染色保温温度130-135℃,保温15-60min,最后在降温至115-120℃,通过高温排水排掉废液,进行一次脉流洗水,进行降温,最后水位排水,排掉废液后,按工艺进行操作至染色取样。在染色过程中温度程梯度上升,每阶段均严格控制升温速率,80-85℃玻璃化温度后的升温速率比80-85℃玻璃化温度前的升温速率慢,保证涤纶纤维能链段运动均匀,染料上染纤维均匀,达到染色均匀的效果。
本发明的积极效果是运用小浴比染色技术,减少能源消耗,大大降低成本,并且对环境污染降低,是一种环保型技术;并且通过温度梯度变化进行染色,这样能使染料对纤维渗透和上染更彻底均匀,染料利用率更高。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。
实施例1:一种在低浴比下对涤纶和涤纶低弹丝进行染色的方法,其具体步骤为:
纯涤纶纤维纱线,规格为32S/1,数量为228Kg,染色泽为墨绿色的筒子纱。
首先是在松筒机上对市场购买的32S/1纯涤纶纤维以数码卷绕的方式线进行松纱,松纱密度为0.35g/m3,单个筒子质量为1000g,染色使用高勋低浴比高温高压染色机。
前处理:在常温下,在副缸内加入强力去油剂TF-115C(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处) 1.0g/L,温度控制110℃,保温10 min,经脉流洗水后排水取样对色;
染色:主缸进水后回流副缸,常温下加入分散剂WX-1431(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司) 3g/L、涤纶筒子纱匀TF-211B(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处) 1.5%、匀染修补剂TF-216F(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处) 1%、冰醋酸1g/L、醋酸钠(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)0.5g/L,以直接加料方式加入主缸内,主泵定时运行10min,此时副缸入水40℃,按要求加入染料,染料所用的owf总和为4.45%,搅拌15min,直接加入到主缸内,加入后进行保温,首先是以3℃/min的升温速率,升温至80℃,保温10min,再以1℃/min升温速率升温至110℃,保温10min,再以1℃/min升温至130℃,保温60min,进行染色保温,最后在降温至120℃,保温5min,通过高温排水排掉废液,进行一次脉流洗水,进行降温,最后水位排水,排掉废液,再次主缸入水,主泵定时运行10min,经水位排水排掉废液后,得到颜色为墨绿色的纱线,取染色样;
后处理:为主缸入热水,回流副缸,呼叫助剂,加入保险粉(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处)4g/L、烧碱3g/L,直接加料加入主缸,升温至98℃保温10min,经过高温排水排掉废液,再次主缸进水,回流副缸后呼叫助剂加入保险粉(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处)4g/L、纯碱3g/L,升温至95℃保温10min,经脉流洗水降温排水后排掉废液,最后再次主缸入水,回流副缸后加入酸性还原清洗剂(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)3g/L,冰醋酸3g/L,45℃保温10min,水位排水排掉废液,取皂洗样,上柔为主缸进水,回流副缸,加入多功能整理剂406C(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处) 1.0%,比例加入到主缸内,温度控制40℃保温15min,后水位排水排掉废液,经过压力脱水即可得到上柔后纱线,得到染色为墨绿色的筒子纱。最后进行质检、脱水烘干、紧筒、打包、入库工序。
实施例2:本例的一种在低浴比下对涤纶和涤纶低弹丝进行染色的方法,其具体步骤为:
纯棉纤维纱线,规格为21S/1,数量为228Kg,染色泽为特黑的筒子纱。
首先是在松筒机上对市场购买的21S/1纯棉纤维以数码卷绕的方式线进行松纱,松纱密度为0.40g/m3,单个筒子单个筒子质量为1000g,染色使用高勋低浴比高温高压染色机。
前处理:在常温下,在副缸内加入强力去油剂TF-115C (海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处)1.0g/L,温度控制110℃,保温10 min,经脉流洗水后排水取样对色;
染色:主缸进水后回流副缸,常温下加入分散剂WX-1431(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司) 3g/L、涤纶筒子纱匀TF-211B(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处) 1.5%、匀染修补剂TF-216F (海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处)1%、冰醋酸1g/L、醋酸钠(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)0.5g/L,以直接加料方式加入主缸内,主泵定时运行10min,此时副缸入水40℃,按要求加入染料,染料所用的owf总和为0.73%,搅拌10min,直接加入到主缸内,加入后进行保温,首先是以3℃/min的升温速率,升温至80℃,保温10min,再以1℃/min升温速率升温至110℃,保温10min,再以1℃/min升温至130℃,保温30min,进行染色保温,最后在降温至120℃,保温5min,通过高温排水排掉废液,进行一次脉流洗水,进行降温,最后水位排水,排掉废液,再次主缸入水,主泵定时运行10min,经水位排水排掉废液后,得到颜色为墨绿色的纱线,取染色样;
后处理:为主缸入热水,回流副缸,呼叫助剂,回流副缸后加入酸性还原清洗剂(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)3g/L,冰醋酸2g/L,45℃保温10min,水位排水排掉废液,取皂洗样,上柔为主缸进水,回流副缸,加入多功能整理剂406C(海城市西柳镇凯利达化工染料经销处) 1.0%,比例加入到主缸内,温度控制40℃保温15min,后水位排水排掉废液,经过压力脱水即可得到上柔后纱线,得到染色为浅粉红色的筒子纱。最后进行质检、脱水烘干、紧筒、打包、入库工序。
