本发明涉及一种在低浴比下解决筒子纱活性深色染色层差的方法,其特征在于具体步骤如下:松纱密度在0.43‑0.47克/立方厘米,染色过程是首先升温加入高效棉用均染剂、络合剂,副缸内加入染料搅拌至完全溶解后加入主缸,然后进行第二次加盐再进行第一次加碱,后在58‑65℃保温10‑15min,第二次加减,后在58‑65℃保温10‑15min,最后一次加碱,之后进行染色保温即在58‑65℃保温30‑65min,保温结束后进行,染色取样;在整个染色过程中再用的是梯度温度保温的方法,这样有利于纱线充分的溶胀,染料能足够的与纱线进行接触并上染到纤维上,达到染透染匀的目的,减少内中外层差产生的概率皂洗使用梯度温度,可以逐步的去除水解和为上染的染料,增强皂洗牢度。

背景技术
棉纤维是天然纤维素纤维,其织物深受广大消费者所喜爱。棉纤维在日常生活中的应用也越来越广泛,所以棉纤维的染色色谱也越来越齐全,对其染色要求也越来越高。棉纤维主要用活性染料染色,活性染料具有色牢度好的特点,并且其黑色和深藏青色等深色也广受消费者所喜爱。但是活性染料黑色和深藏青色等深色在筒子纱染色过程中,因为对循环方式和各助剂要求较高,在染色过程中不容易染透染匀,很容易出现内中外层差,需一种有效的节能的方法来解决黑色和深藏青色层差问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种在低浴比下解决筒子纱活性深色染色层差的方法,能够解决活性黑色和藏青色等深色产生内外层差的问题。在整个染色过程中再用的是梯度温度保温的方法,这样有利于纱线充分的溶胀,染料能足够的与纱线进行接触并上染到纤维上,达到染透染匀的目的,减少内中外层差产生的概率皂洗使用梯度温度,可以逐步的去除水解和为上染的染料,增强皂洗牢度。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:一种在低浴比下解决筒子纱活性深色染色层差的方法,采用低浴比高温高压筒子纱染色机,循环方式为单循环,活性染料染色浴比保持在1:3-1:3.5,对筒子纱进行染色。包含有染色、后处理过程,其特征在于具体步骤如下:松纱密度在0.43-0.47克/立方厘米,染色过程是首先升温40-50℃后加入高效棉用均染剂WL270 (烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)1-2g/L、络合剂WX-C1000(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司) 1-2g/L,升温至40-50℃保温3-5min,副缸内加入染料搅拌至完全溶解后加入主缸,40-50℃保温10-15min,再升至58-65℃保温10-15min,直接降温至40-50℃,第一次加盐后先40-50℃保温10-15min,在升至58-65℃保温10-15min(或直接58-65℃保温10-15min),然后进行第二次加盐再在58-65℃保温15-20min,再进行第一次加碱,本次加碱为用碱总量的10-40%,后在58-65℃保温10-15min,第二次加减为用碱总量的30-60%,后在58-65℃保温10-15min,最后一次加碱为用碱总量的50-60%,之后进行染色保温即在58-65℃保温30-65min,保温结束后进行,染色取样;后处理是染色结束后排掉废液,再主缸进水,主泵定时运行1-15min进行一次冷洗,排掉废液,再加入0.5-2g/L 冰醋酸进行中和,排掉废液,再加入枧油WF-AFW-20L(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)进行皂洗96-100℃ 洗10-15min,后进行脉流水洗,排掉废液,加入枧油WF-AFW-20L(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)进行皂洗93-95℃ 洗10-15min,后进行脉流水洗,排掉废液,再进行一次88-90℃热洗10-15min,后进行脉流水洗,在排掉废液,再进行一次78-82℃热洗10-15min,后进行脉流水洗,在排掉废液,再加入0.5-2g/L 冰醋酸进行中和,排掉废液,最后取样对色,得到染色筒子纱。
所述的前处理、染色和后处理过程中均采用低浴比1:3.5,即1Kg纱对应3.5Kg水,既保证前处理白度合格,又保证吸水性好;同时要染色过程染液循环充分,染色均匀,不会出现染料大量聚集出现色花现象;后处理过程对浮色去除干净,不会产生层差。
所述的松纱后染色前要对纱进行前处理,过程为主缸进水后回流副缸,加入精炼剂渗透剂WX-1301(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司) 1-3g/L、2-3g/L枧油WF-AFW-20L、纯碱2-4g/L、烧碱2-4g/L、双氧水6-12g/L升温至100-110℃保温20-45min,在排掉废水,进行90-95℃水洗10-15min,排掉废液,在进行中和,中和用冰醋酸1.5-2.5g/L,时间10-15min,排掉废液后进行一次冷水洗,最后进行脱氧,除去多余的双氧水,脱氧酶用量为0.6-1.0g/L。
所述的染色是根据工艺要求向主缸中染色用助剂并保温后,紧接着副缸2内加入热水,将染料加入副缸2内,搅拌至完全溶解后加入主缸,40-50℃保温10-15min,在升至58-65℃保温10-15min,降温至40-50℃,第一次加盐后先40-50℃保温10-15min,在升至58-65℃保温10-15min然后进行第二次加盐再在58-65℃保温15-20min,在按要求进行加碱,之后进行染色保温即在58-65℃保温30-65min。在染色过程中温度程梯度上升,尤其是第一次加盐后45℃和60℃先后进行保温,保证染料上染速率逐步提升,染色速率均匀,纤维得色量均匀,内中外无层差。
因此,本发明与传统的染色工艺技术相比,本发明的积极效果是运用小浴比染色技术,减少能源消耗,大大降低成本,并且对环境污染降低,是一种环保型技术;并且通过温度梯度变化进行染色,这样能使染料对纤维渗透和上染更彻底均匀,达到内中外无层差,染色一致目的;后处理使用温度梯度裱花皂洗,也能保证纱线上浮色去除的干净,提高染色色牢度。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明。
实施例1:一种在低浴比下解决筒子纱活性深色染色层差的方法,其具体步骤为:
纯棉纤维纱线,规格为32S/1,数量为228Kg,染色泽为上青的筒子纱。
首先是在松筒机上对市场购买的32S/1纯棉纤维以数码卷绕的方式线进行松纱,松纱密度为0.41g/m3,单个筒子单个筒子质量为1000g,染色使用高勋低浴比高温高压染色机。
前处理:先将松好的纱线放置在纱架上,将装置好的纱架放置在染缸内,在程序中调出工艺,设置浴比为1:3.5,即1Kg纱对应3.5Kg水,锁好所盖后进行试水、试压,各项合格后,合上染缸缸盖,运行程式开始,主缸进水后回流副缸,加入枧油WF-AFW-20L(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)2g/L、烧碱2g/L双氧水6g/L升温至105℃保温40min,在排掉废水,进行90℃水洗10min,排掉废液,在进行中和,中和用冰醋酸2.0g/L,时间10min,排掉废液后进行一次冷水洗,最后进行脱氧,除去多余的双氧水,脱氧酶用量为0.6-1.0g/L。
染色:先主缸进水,注泵运行进行试水、试压,合格后主泵停止,管好缸盖,染色程序运行,副缸内加入升温45℃加入高效棉用均染剂WL270(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)2g/L、络合剂WX-C1000(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司) 2g/L,升温至45℃保温5min,副缸内加入染料组合为3.64%(owf,对纱线织物的质量百分比)搅拌至完全溶解后加入主缸,45℃保温10min,在升至60℃保温10min,第一次加盐总量50g/L的一半后60℃保温10min,然后进行第二次加剩余另一半盐再在60℃保温15min,在进行第一次加碱,本次加碱为用碱总量20g/L的40%,后在60℃保温15min,第二次加减为用碱总量剩余的60%,后在60℃保温60min,得到染色为上青色的染色筒子纱,进行取样。
后处理:染色结束后排掉废液,再主缸进水,主泵定时运行10min进行一次冷洗,排掉废液,再加入2g/L 冰醋酸进行中和,排掉废液,再加入枧油WF-AFW-20L(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)进行皂洗98℃ 洗10min,后进行脉流水洗,排掉废液,加入枧油WF-AFW-20L(烟台市文德精细化工有限公司)进行皂洗95℃ 洗10min,后进行脉流水洗,排掉废液,再进行一次90℃热洗10min,后进行脉流水洗,在排掉废液,再进行一次80℃热洗10min,后进行脉流水洗,在排掉废液,再加入1.0g/L 冰醋酸进行中和,排掉废液,最后取样对色,得到染色筒子纱。最后进行固色、上柔、质检、脱水烘干、紧筒、打包、入库工序。
实施例2:本例的一种在低浴比下解决筒子纱活性深色染色层差的方法,其具体步骤为:
纯棉纤维纱线,规格为21S/1,数量为228Kg,染色泽为特黑的筒子纱。
首先是在松筒机上对市场购买的21S/1纯棉纤维以数码卷绕的方式线进行松纱,松纱密度为0.40g/m3,单个筒子单个筒子质量为1000g,染色使用高勋低浴比高温高压染色机。

2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种在低浴比下解决筒子纱活性深色染色层差的方法,其特征在于所述的前处理、染色和后处理过程中均采用低浴比1:3.5,即1Kg纱对应3.5Kg水,既保证前处理白度合格,又保证吸水性好;同时要染色过程染液循环充分,染色均匀,不会出现染料大量聚集出现色花现象;后处理过程对浮色去除干净,不会产生层差。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的一种在低浴比下解决筒子纱活性深色染色层差的方法,其特征在于所述的松纱后染色前要对纱进行前处理,过程为主缸进水后回流副缸,加入1-3g/L精炼剂渗透剂WX-1301、2-3g/L枧油WF-AFW-20L、纯碱2-4g/L、烧碱2-4g/L、双氧水6-12g/L升温至100-110℃保温20-45min,在排掉废水,进行90-95℃水洗10-15min,排掉废液,在进行中和,中和用冰醋酸1.5-2.5g/L,时间10-15min,排掉废液后进行一次冷水洗,最后进行脱氧,除去多余的双氧水,脱氧酶用量为0.6-1.0g/L。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的一种在低浴比下解决筒子纱活性深色染色层差的方法,其特征在于所述的染色是根据工艺要求向主缸中染色用助剂并保温后,紧接着副缸2内加入热水,将染料加入副缸2内,搅拌至完全溶解后加入主缸,40-50℃保温10-15min,在升至58-65℃保温10-15min,降温至40-50℃,第一次加盐后先40-50℃保温10-15min,在升至58-65℃保温10-15min然后进行第二次加盐再在58-65℃保温15-20min,在按要求进行加碱,之后进行染色保温即在58-65℃保温30-65min,在染色过程中温度程梯度上升,尤其是第一次加盐后45℃和60℃先后进行保温,保证染料上染速率逐步提升,染色速率均匀,纤维得色量均匀,内中外无层差。
