Description

电动缸
本发明涉及一种作为推力缸和/或承受和减震缸的电动缸,用于推动或承受高温重物,例如盛满熔融金属的铸型。
日本实用新型特开昭第5-39821(JP-Y-5-39821)号公开了一种传送充满熔融金属的铸型或框架的电动缸。这种电动缸是作为搬运重物的推力缸或承受和减震缸使用的,在这种缸中,当活塞杆头与铸型或框架接触时,由接触造成的震动传递到螺母和与螺母啮合的推力丝杠上,因此使螺母和/或丝杠受损并缩短了它们的寿命,而且震动也可能使铸型变形因而对产品的质量造成不利影响。
本发明就是从这些问题着眼进行设计的。因此本发明的目的是提供一种电动缸,它能够吸收震动而减少其自身以及被输送物体的损害。
为达到此目的,本发明的电动缸包括一个与拧有一个丝杠的螺母连接的活塞,使丝杠顺时针和逆时针转动的驱动装置,一个与活塞连接的中空活塞杆,一个支撑元件可转动地安装在丝杠的末端使其能够在中空活塞杆上滑动,和一个安装在中空活塞杆末端的杆头,其中杆头包括一个安装在活塞杆末端的法兰,一个安装在法兰圆形前表面上的圆形聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片,和一个安装在聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片前表面上的保护片。圆形聚氨基甲酸酯片的大小适中,以便减少震动。保护片的材料可以是金属的,例如是钢或不锈钢的,或是陶瓷的,例如氧化锆的,用于聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片的绝热和保护。
聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片吸收了杆头与重物间接触造成的震动,因此减少了对推力丝杠和螺母以及重物的冲击。因而对重物的损害,例如变形也就减小了。也防止了在搬运高温重物的过程中杆头的质量变坏。
图1是本发明一个实施例的部分横截面图,
图2是图1的一个局部的截面图。
以下参考附图对本发明的一个实施例进行详细的说明。
在图1中,一个圆柱形的壳体1的两端分别由前盖2和后盖3盖住。前盖2有一个轴向形成的圆形开。一个中空圆柱形活塞杆4安置在壳体1中,使其从前盖2的圆形开口中伸出并能够在其中滑动。一个可以在圆柱形壳体1中滑动的活塞6与活塞杆4的近端连接在一起,杆头8连接在活塞杆4的远端。螺枰9固定地安装在活塞6的背面。螺母9上螺纹连接着一根丝杠10,丝杠10穿过活塞6并伸入到中空活塞杆4中。在靠近丝杠10的近端的部分被后盖3盖住,其通过一个轴承组件把丝杠封闭起来。
一个圆柱形的支撑体11可转动地安装在丝杠10的远端。中空活塞杆4可以在支撑体11上滑动。通过一个传动机构14,丝杠10的远端与一个驱动装置,例如一个电机13相连。电机13安装在一个盖12上,此盖又安装在圆柱形壳体1的后盖3上。
图2中显示了杆头8的细部。杆头8包括一个法兰8D,一个聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片8B,和一个保护片8C。法兰8D有一个连接部分7和一个圆形法兰部分8A。法兰部分8A的直径大于圆柱形连接部分7的外径。法兰8D的连接部分7安装在活塞杆4的远端,并由围绕连接部分7等距离分布的三个止动螺栓7A(图中仅显示了一个螺检)固定。法兰部分8A有一个圆形的前表面8E。圆形聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片8B具有与法兰8D的圆形前表面8E相同的直径,并且由粘结剂或其它任何一种已知的方法固定在表面8E上。同样地,保护片8C安装在聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片8B的前表面上。
聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片适用于吸收震动,而且它具有弹性。因此使用了聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片的杆头8可以起到减震器的作用,并能够使被传送的物体停止在适当的位置上。由于杆头8承受的铸型或框架是在300kgf的推力和100mm/s的速度下运动,或是以这样的推力和速度推动一个物体,在聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片的允许压缩比为20%的情况下,它能够运送最大负载为6.5吨。为做到这点,发现以下的条件适合于聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片:
硬度60-100,较好为85-95(日本工业标准)
厚度10-40mm,较好为15-25mm
直径80-200mm,较好为120-140mm
还发现保护片是热传导率为3-50W/mK的金属或陶。例如热传导率为大约36W/mK的钢,热传导率为大约12W/mK的不锈钢,或热传导率为大约12W/mK的氧化锆于作为保护片。
在上述构造的电动缸中,当电机13驱动丝杠10使螺母9和活塞6以及中空杆4向前时,杆头8的保护片8C接触到充满熔融金属的铸型或框架。当杆头8推动铸型或框架时,接触的震动被聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片8B吸收,因此推力丝杠10和螺母9不会受到有害影响。
当向杆头8输送铸型或框架并接触到杆头8时,杆头8的保护片8C承受铸型或框架,与此同时倒转的电机使活塞杆4向后运动。因此杆头8可以使铸型或框架停止在预定的位置而不对螺母8和丝杠10造成有害的影响。对铸型的震动也被大大地减弱。
因为在本发明的电动缸的杆头中法兰和保护片之间夹着一个聚氨基甲基酸酯片,当电动缸推动一个被输送的物体或承受一个逼近的物体时,物体和杆头间的接触震动可以被聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片吸收,因此减少了对缸体内部和物体的损害。在搬运高温铸型或框架的过程中,聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片8B并不与之接触,并且橡胶的性质也不受热的影响,因此它能够使用很长的时间。
熟知本领域的技术人员应当懂得本发明可以用不同于上述的实施例的任何方法实施,提出上述实施例只是为了说明的目的,而不是限制本发明。

Claims (4)

1.一种电动缸包括:
一个与拧有一根推力丝杠(10)的螺母(9)连接的活塞(6);
用于使所述推力丝杠顺时针和逆时针旋转的驱动装置(13);
一个与所述活塞(6)连接的中空活塞杆(4);
一个安装在所述丝杠远端的支撑元件(11)使得所述中空活塞杆能够在所述元件(11)上滑动;和
一个安装在所述中空杆(4)远端的杆头(8),其特征在于所述杆头(8)包括:
一个连接于所述活塞杆远端的法兰(8D),所述法兰有一个圆形的表面;
一个安装在所述法兰的所述圆形表面上的圆形聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片(8B);和
一个安装在所述聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片前表面上的保护片(8C)。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的电动缸,其特征在于所述聚氨基甲酸酯橡胶片的厚度为15-25mm,所述橡胶片的直径为120-140mm。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的电动缸,其特征在于所述保护片的热传导率为3-50W/mK。
4.一种如权利要求3所述的电动缸,其特征在于所述保护片是由钢,不锈钢,或包括氧化锆在内的陶瓷制造的。
