Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of facilities by reducing the sectional area of a center post by varying force, operating on the center post, only in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:Tundish mounting car truck 11 receives the moment of inversion around swivel rail 2 as a fulcrum by the own weight of a tundish supporting arm part and the load of tundish 6, but the force is transferred to center post 1 via coupling shaft 13, fork end 9 and trunnion ring 7, so that bush 8 supporting trunnion ring 7 release the moment in the axial line direction of lug shaft 7'. Therefore, a load operates on center post 1 only in its axial direction. Further, the moment which affects to orthogonal direction to the lug shaft axial line direction due to the thermal strain deformation of tundish mounting car truck 11 and the unevenness of swivel rail 2, etc., is not transferred to center post 1 because of a slip between coupling shaft 13 and bush 9.
