Abstract

전동실린더 자체에 대한 충격 및 이송되는 물체에 대한 충격을 감소시킬 수 있는 전동실린더간 개시되었다. 본 발명의 전동실린더는 개선된 로드헤드(8)를 포함하고 있는데, 이러한 로드헤드(8)는 중공형 피스톤로드(4)의 밑단부상에 장착되어 있는 플랜지(8D)와, 이 플랜지의 원형 전방면상에 장착되어 있는 원형의 폴리우레탄 고무판(8B)과, 그리고 폴리우레탄 고무판의 전방면상에 장착되어 있는 보호판(8C)을 갖추고 있다.

제2도는 제1도에 도시된 전동실린더의 부분 확대횡단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 볼 형태의 스크류(10)와 나사식으로 결합되는 너트(9)에 부착되어 있는 피스톤(6), 상기 스크류(10)를 시계방향 및 반시계방향으로 회전시키기 위한 구동수단(13), 상기 피스톤(6)에 부착되어 있는 중공형 피스톤로드(4), 상기 스크류(10)의 말단부상에 회전가능하게 장착되어 있으며 상기 중공형 피스톤로드(4)가 그 위에서 미끄럼식으로 이동할 수 있도록 구성되어 있는 지지부재(11), 그리고 상기 중공형 피스톤로드(4)의 말단부상에 장착되어 있는 로드헤드(8)를 포함하고 있는 전동실린더에 있어서, 상기 로드헤드(8)가, 상기 피스톤로드(4)의 말단부에 장착되어 있으며 원형 전방면을 갖추고 있는 플랜지(8D), 상기 플랜지(8D)의 상기 원형 전방면상에 장착되어 있는 원형의 폴리우레탄 고무판(8B), 및 상기 폴리우레탄 고무판(8B)의 전방면상에 장착되어 있는 보호판(8C)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동실린더.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 고무탄의 두께가 15 내지 25mm이고 직경은 120 내지 140mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동실린더.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 보호판의 열전도율이 3 내지 50W/mK인 것을 특징으로 하는 전동실린더.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 보호판이 강이나 스테인레스강 등의 금속, 또는 지르코니아 등의 세라믹으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동실린더.
