背景技术
通常一岁以后三岁以内的小孩子被称为幼儿,这一阶段的幼儿生长发育快,饮食处于过度阶段,饮食结构复杂多样,通常以牛奶和辅食相结合的饮食结构。而这一阶段宝宝体内免疫系统尚未发育完善,抵抗力差,易生病,需要精心照料。扁桃腺又叫扁桃体,是宝宝免疫系统的第一道防线,是最容易发炎感染的腺体,宝宝扁桃体发炎后容易引发咽喉肿痛、支气管炎、气管炎、肺炎等其他上呼吸道疾病,因此保护幼儿的嗓子,有效预防扁桃体发炎可提高宝宝抵抗力,降低幼儿患病风险。

枇杷果准备,将枇杷果洗净去皮,去核,果肉打浆,得枇杷果浆备用,果核用破碎机破碎至20-40目细,得枇杷果核粉,备用;
枇杷叶准备,新鲜枇杷叶去除表面绒毛;
(2)熬制:
洗净的枇杷叶、枇杷果核粉按料液质量比1:20-30:500-1000加入纯净水,熬煮至水量减少至原来体积的1/4,过滤50目筛,得枇杷浆,备用;
(3)混合提取液制备:
金银花清洗干净,清水浸泡2-3h后沥干水分,备用;桔梗洗净粉碎40-80目筛;金银花、桔梗粉、薄荷混合后用温水超声波浸泡3-5h,过滤,取上清液得混合提取液备用;
(4)马蹄粉制备:
马蹄去皮,清洗干净,切小丁,料液质量比1:2-3磨浆,过80目以上筛,过滤,滚筒干燥得马蹄粉备用;
(5)苦杏仁粉的制备:
苦杏仁粉碎至40目,酶解,过滤,弃上层漂浮液,取下层苦杏仁渣,加入料水质量比1:2磨浆,过100目筛,滚筒干燥,得苦杏仁粉,备用;
(6)二次熬制:
将步骤(3)制备的混合提取液加入步骤(2)熬制的枇杷浆中,熬煮至微沸,加入枇杷果浆、苦杏仁粉、川贝粉、冰糖,微火慢熬,熬煮15-20min,备用;
(7)真空干燥:
将步骤(6)熬煮后的物料自然冷却后-80℃冷冻24-48h,取出冷冻干燥2天;
(8)包装:
步骤(7)冷冻干燥后的物料粉碎后包装即得所需幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料。
本发明针对幼儿特殊的生理需要,制备了一款具有润喉润肺功能的固体饮料,该固体饮料配方合理,不含生粉性物质,产品易消化吸收,符合幼儿肠胃功能特点。本发明制备过程中将各组原料根据原料自身的特性合理制备制备方法,分组制备,分批混合,保证各物料在加工过程中不被损坏,有效保护产品配方中的有效成分。本发明具有以下技术效果:
清火祛燥、润喉润肺
本发明采用枇杷、川贝、桔梗、冰糖、金银花、马蹄、薄荷、枇杷叶、苦杏仁作为主要成分,各个配料均具有清火、消炎、润喉、润肺的功能,各种成分复配后保证产品中有益成分更能得到有效的发挥。
口味好、容易接受
幼儿期味觉系统已开始发育但未发育完善,因此食品本身的味道不能太浓容易刺激幼儿味觉系统,影响其正常生长发育;而味道太淡会使得幼儿对食品的喜爱度降低,无法接受食品,造成拒绝食用。本发明选用口感及风味较清淡的物料作为主要成分,仅通过加入少量的冰糖进行调味,充分融合多种食物本身的味道,保证幼儿的可接受性。同时产品加工过程中将各物料进行熟化,降低产品原料本身的涩味及苦味,而又避免过分加工导致产品口感及营养的下降,因此本发明是一款口味好,营养丰富,幼儿容易接受的固体饮料。

为进一步说明本发明的技术效果,下面结合具体实施方式以例举的形式对本发明做进一步的说明,需要指出的是以下实施例仅是对本发明所做的解释性说明,但本发明的保护范围并不仅限于此,所有本领域的技术人员以本发明的精神对本发明所做的等效的替换均落入本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料,包括以下重量份的物料组成:枇杷300-500份、川贝1-3份、桔梗3-10份、冰糖60-100份、金银花10-20份、马蹄100-150份、薄荷3-10份、枇杷叶1-3份、苦杏仁50-80份。
实施例2
一种幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料,包括以下重量份的物质组成:枇杷500份、川贝2份、桔梗3份、冰糖100份、金银花20份、马蹄100份、薄荷3份、枇杷叶3份、苦杏仁80份。
实施例3
一种幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料,包括以下重量份的物质组成:枇杷300份、川贝1份、桔梗10份、冰糖60份、金银花10份、马蹄150份、薄荷3份、枇杷叶3份、苦杏仁80份。
实施例4
一种幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料,枇杷350kg、川贝2kg、桔梗6kg、冰糖80kg、金银花15kg、马蹄125kg、薄荷6.5kg、枇杷叶2.2kg、苦杏仁56kg。
具体制备方法如下:
(1)原料准备:
枇杷果准备,将枇杷果洗净去皮,去核,果肉打浆得枇杷果浆备用,果核用破碎机破碎至20-40目细,得枇杷果核粉,备用;
枇杷叶准备,新鲜枇杷叶清洗干净,去除表面绒毛;
(2)熬制:
洗净的枇杷叶、枇杷果核粉按料液质量比1:20-30:500-1000加入纯净水,熬煮至水量减少至原来体积的1/4,过滤50目筛,得枇杷浆,备用;
(3)混合提取液制备:

将步骤(3)制备的混合提取液加入步骤(2)熬制的枇杷浆中,熬煮至微沸,加入枇杷果浆、苦杏仁粉、川贝粉、冰糖,微火慢熬,熬煮15-20min,备用;
(7)真空干燥:
将步骤(6)熬煮后的物料自然冷却后-80℃冷冻24-48h,取出冷冻干燥2天;
(8)包装:
步骤(7)冷冻干燥后的物料粉碎后包装即得所需幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料。
实施例5
一种幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料,枇杷420kg、川贝2.8kg、桔梗5.5kg、冰糖75kg、金银花12kg、马蹄115kg、薄荷4.3kg、枇杷叶2kg、苦杏仁63kg。
具体制备方法如下:
(1)原料准备:
枇杷果准备,将枇杷果洗净去皮,去核,果肉打浆得枇杷果浆,放入超低温冰箱中,低温处理10-20h备用,果核用破碎机破碎至20-40目细,得枇杷果核粉,备用;
枇杷叶准备,新鲜枇杷叶清洗干净,清洗之后将枇杷叶放入超低温冰箱中-80℃冷冻2-4h,取出,用干抹布擦拭表面,以去掉表面绒毛;
(2)熬制:
洗净去掉表面绒毛的枇杷叶、枇杷果核粉按料液质量比1:20-30:500-1000加入纯净水,熬煮至水量减少至原来体积的1/4,过滤50目筛,得枇杷浆,备用;
(3)混合提取液制备:
金银花清洗干净,清水浸泡2-3h后沥干水分,备用;桔梗洗净粉碎40-80目筛;金银花、桔梗粉、薄荷混合后用温水超声波浸泡3-5h,过滤,取上清液得混合提取液备用;
(4)马蹄粉制备:
马蹄去皮,清洗干净,切小丁,冷冻后按料液质量比1:2-3磨浆,过80目以上筛,过滤,滚筒干燥得马蹄粉备用;冷冻方法为马蹄放入0℃冰盐水中超声波处理20min,迅速放入-20℃冰箱中冷冻1天,取出放入-80℃冰箱中继续冷冻1天;
(5)苦杏仁粉的制备:
苦杏仁粉碎至40目,纤维素酶、果胶酶混合酶酶解,过滤,弃上层漂浮液,取下层苦杏仁渣,加入料水质量比1:2磨浆,过100目筛,滚筒干燥,得苦杏仁粉,备用;
(6)二次熬制:
将步骤(3)制备的混合提取液加入步骤(2)熬制的枇杷浆中,熬煮至微沸,加入枇杷果浆、苦杏仁粉、川贝粉、冰糖,微火慢熬,熬煮15-20min,备用;
(7)真空干燥:
将步骤(6)熬煮后的物料自然冷却后-80℃冷冻24-48h,取出冷冻干燥2天;
(8)包装:
步骤(7)冷冻干燥后的物料粉碎后包装即得所需幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料。

1.一种幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的物料组成:枇杷300-500份、川贝1-3份、桔梗3-10份、冰糖60-100份、金银花10-20份、马蹄100-150份、薄荷3-10份、枇杷叶1-3份、苦杏仁50-80份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的物质组成:枇杷500份、川贝2份、桔梗3份、冰糖100份、金银花20份、马蹄100份、薄荷3份、枇杷叶3份、苦杏仁80份。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的物质组成:枇杷300份、川贝1份、桔梗10份、冰糖60份、金银花10份、马蹄150份、薄荷3份、枇杷叶3份、苦杏仁80份。
4.一种制备如权利要求1-3任一所述的幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)原料准备:
枇杷果准备,将枇杷果洗净去皮,去核,果肉打浆得枇杷果浆备用,果核用破碎机破碎至20-40目细,得枇杷果核粉,备用;
枇杷叶准备,新鲜枇杷叶去除表面绒毛;
(2)熬制:洗净的枇杷叶、枇杷果核粉按料液质量比1:20-30:500-1000加入纯净水,熬煮至水量减少至原来体积的1/4,过滤50目筛,得枇杷浆,备用;
(3)混合提取液制备:金银花清洗干净,清水浸泡2-3h后沥干水分,备用;
桔梗洗净粉碎40-80目筛;金银花、桔梗粉、薄荷混合后用温水超声波浸泡3-5h,过滤,取上清液得混合提取液备用;
(4)马蹄粉制备:马蹄去皮,清洗干净,切小丁,料液质量比1:2-3磨浆,过80目以上筛,过滤,滚筒干燥得马蹄粉备用;
(5)苦杏仁粉的制备:苦杏仁粉碎至40目,酶解,过滤,弃上层漂浮液,取下层苦杏仁渣,加入料水质量比1:2磨浆,过100目筛,滚筒干燥,得苦杏仁粉,备用;
(6)二次熬制:将步骤(3)制备的混合提取液加入步骤(2)熬制的枇杷浆中,熬煮至微沸,加入枇杷果浆、苦杏仁粉、川贝粉、冰糖,微火慢熬,熬煮15-20min,备用;
(7)真空干燥:将步骤(6)熬煮后的物料自然冷却后-80℃冷冻24-48h,取出冷冻干燥2天;
(8)包装:步骤(7)冷冻干燥后的物料粉碎后包装即得所需幼儿专用润喉润肺固体饮料。
