Abstract

本发明公开了一种速干面料,采用下述方法制备而成:(1)将40‑60重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、5‑15重量份改性聚乙烯醇乳液、10‑30重量份柔软剂加入1000重量份水中混合均匀,得到亲水整理液;(2)将面料在亲水整理液中浸渍20‑30min,脱水、烘干。本发明速干面料可以使身上的汗水更快的排到衣物的表面;穿着舒服,完全感觉不到运动时汗水带来的不适。

速干面料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其涉及一种速干面料。
背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料。作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
随着生产发展和生活水平的提高,人们对服装的舒适性要求也越来越高,比如说要求服装即便汗流浃背也不会产生粘贴皮肤的感觉。众所周知,天然纤维面料虽然吸湿性能好,穿着舒适性佳,但是当人体大量出汗时,由于汗液中的水分子与天然纤维的亲水基团之间的氢键作用力强,水分子不容易脱离纤维,且吸湿后纤维膨胀,阻塞气孔,面料的速干性能比较差。而涤纶、锦纶等合成纤维面料虽然速干性好,但吸水性却比较差,大大降低了穿着舒适性。为了解决上述问题,市场上出现了合纤/纤维素纤维混纺的面料,此种面料在一定的程度上实现了吸水速干的目的,但纤维素纤维含量在30%以上时,面料的速干性则不太理想。
为了改善纤维素纤维高含量混纺面料的吸水速干性,考虑了很多方法。比如专利文献CN103835130A中公开了一种含纤维素纤维的吸水速干性面料,采用酰胺甲醛与多元酸的树脂混合物对纤维素纤维类面料进行处理,但是所用树脂混合物没有亲水基团,没有办法提高面料的水分扩散面积而加快速干性。又如专利文献CN103541138A中公开了采用直链有机硅-聚醚-氨基三元共聚高分子化合物对纤维素纤维类面料进行整理,所得面料手感柔软、不易黄变,但是其速干性以及吸水洗涤耐久性还有待进一步提高。再如CN105463859A公开了一种吸水速干面料,该面料中至少30%以上的纤维为纤维素纤维,其中纤维素纤维通过改性有机硅封闭部分羟基而得到,但是其速干性以及吸水洗涤耐久性也有待进一步提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种速干面料,排汗速干。
具体采用下述技术方案得以实现:
一种速干面料,采用下述方法制备而成:
(1)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、改性聚乙烯醇乳液和柔软剂加入水中混合均匀,得到亲水整理液;
(2)将面料在亲水整理液中浸渍,脱水,烘干,得到所述速干面料。
优选的,一种速干面料,采用下述方法制备而成:
(1)将40-60重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、5-15重量份改性聚乙烯醇乳液、10-30重量份柔软剂加入1000重量份水中混合均匀,得到亲水整理液;
(2)在温度为75-85℃条件下,将面料在亲水整理液中浸渍20-30min,脱水后,在85-95℃条件下烘干10-20min,得到所述速干面料。优选的,浴比为1:(2-10),即亲水整理液的重量为面料重量的2-10倍。
所述改性聚乙烯醇乳液由下述方法制备:将聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇三甲氧基硅丙基醚、巯基乙酸乙酯、水按质量比为(35-45):(50-60):(0.3-0.5):(95-105)混合均匀后,在温度为75-85℃下反应4-6小时。
所述柔软剂为羟丙基壳聚糖和/或双(棕榈基羧乙基)羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵。
在本发明一个实施方式中所述柔软剂由羟丙基壳聚糖、双(棕榈基羧乙基)羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵按质量比为(1.5-2.5):1组成。
所述面料的原料为棉纤维、涤纶纤维、麻纤维、粘胶纤维、铜氨纤维、甲壳素纤维、Modal纤维、竹纤维中的一种或其混合物。
本发明速干面料可以使身上的汗水更快的排到衣物的表面;穿着舒服,完全感觉不到运动时汗水带来的不适。
具体实施方式
聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,CAS号:9003-39-8。实施例中采用阿美斯K30聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP。
聚乙烯醇,CAS号:9002-89-5。实施例中采用上海石化牌号PVA2099的聚乙烯醇。
聚乙二醇三甲氧基硅丙基醚,CAS号:98358-37-3。
巯基乙酸乙酯,CAS:623-51-8。
羟丙基壳聚糖,CAS:104673-29-2。
双(棕榈基羧乙基)羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵,CAS:91995-81-2,英文名称:
Fatty acids,C10-20and C16-18-unsatd.,reaction products withtriethanolamine,di-Me sulfate-quaternized。
水滴吸收时间测试:按照AATCC79-2000标准测试。将速干面料(在空气中回潮12h)平整地固定在绷布圈上,用管口直径为1mm的滴定管,在离布面高度1cm处滴下一滴水,并开始计时;当水珠反光度逐渐减少到一个完全不反光的水印时,停止计时。
耐洗性测定:按照GB/T3921.1-1997标准测试。在SW-12A型耐洗色牢度试验机中进行。将速干面料浸渍在2g/L的皂液中,40℃振荡水洗10min,清水洗2min,即完成一次水洗。
织物的悬垂性是织物服用性能的一个重要指标,具有良好悬垂性的服装能够形成光滑流畅的曲面造型,并能与人体恰当地贴合,给人视觉上的舒适性。速干面料的悬垂性测试参考FZ/T 01045-1996进行,测试仪器采用武汉国量仪器有限公司提供的型号为YG811E的织物悬垂性能测定仪;试验前将速干面料在温度为20℃、相对湿度为65%的条件下调湿24小时。悬垂系数,是反映织物悬垂程度的指标,悬垂系数小则悬垂性好。
实施例1
速干面料的生产工艺:
(1)将50重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、10重量份改性聚乙烯醇乳液、20重量份柔软剂羟丙基壳聚糖加入1000重量份水中混合均匀,得到亲水整理液;
(2)在温度为80℃条件下,将200重量份纯棉面料在上述亲水整理液中浸渍25min,取出,脱水后,在90℃条件下烘干15min,得到本实施例的速干面料。
其中,所述改性聚乙烯醇乳液由下述方法制备:将聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇三甲氧基硅丙基醚、巯基乙酸乙酯和水按照质量比为40:55:0.4:100混合均匀后,在温度为80℃下反应5小时,得到所述改性聚乙烯醇乳液。
实施例2
速干面料的生产工艺:
(1)将50重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、10重量份改性聚乙烯醇乳液、20重量份柔软剂双(棕榈基羧乙基)羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵加入1000重量份水中混合均匀,得到亲水整理液;
(2)在温度为80℃条件下,将200重量份纯棉面料在上述亲水整理液中浸渍25min,取出,脱水后,在90℃条件下烘干15min,得到本实施例的速干面料。
其中,所述改性聚乙烯醇乳液由下述方法制备:将聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇三甲氧基硅丙基醚、巯基乙酸乙酯和水按照质量比为40:55:0.4:100混合均匀后,在温度为80℃下反应5小时,得到所述改性聚乙烯醇乳液。
实施例3
速干面料的生产工艺:
(1)将50重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、10重量份改性聚乙烯醇乳液、20重量份柔软剂加入1000重量份水中混合均匀,得到亲水整理液;
(2)在温度为80℃条件下,将200重量份纯棉面料在上述亲水整理液中浸渍25min,取出,脱水后,在90℃条件下烘干15min,得到本实施例的速干面料。
其中,所述改性聚乙烯醇乳液由下述方法制备:将聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇三甲氧基硅丙基醚、巯基乙酸乙酯和水按照质量比为40:55:0.4:100混合均匀后,在温度为80℃下反应5小时,得到所述改性聚乙烯醇乳液。
所述柔软剂为羟丙基壳聚糖和双(棕榈基羧乙基)羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵的混合物,羟丙基壳聚糖和双(棕榈基羧乙基)羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵质量比为2:1。
实施例4
速干面料的生产工艺,与实施例3基本相同,区别之处在于:用3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(CAS号:919-30-2)替代聚乙二醇三甲氧基硅丙基醚。
实施例5
速干面料的生产工艺,与实施例3基本相同,区别之处在于:用聚乙二醇三甲氧基硅丙基醚和3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷质量比为1:1的混合物替代聚乙二醇三甲氧基硅丙基醚。
测试例1
对实施例制备的速干面料性能进行测试。具体测试结果见表1。

本发明速干面料可以使身上的汗水更快的排到衣物的表面;穿着舒服,完全感觉不到运动时汗水带来的不适。

Claims (1)

1.一种速干面料,其特征在于,采用下述方法制备而成:
(1)将40-60重量份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、5-15重量份改性聚乙烯醇乳液、10-30重量份柔软剂加入1000重量份水中混合均匀,得到亲水整理液;
(2)在温度为75-85℃条件下,将面料在亲水整理液中浸渍20-30min,脱水后,在85-95℃条件下烘干10-20min,得到所述速干面料;
所述改性聚乙烯醇乳液由下述方法制备:将聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇三甲氧基硅丙基醚、巯基乙酸乙酯、水按质量比为(35-45):(50-60):(0.3-0.5):(95-105)混合均匀后,在温度为75-85℃下反应4-6小时;
所述柔软剂由羟丙基壳聚糖、双(棕榈基羧乙基)羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵按质量比为(1.5-2.5):1组成。
