一种抑菌速干衣面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯纤维25~35份、发热纤维22~28份、超高强力尼龙66纤维20~24份、氨纶纤维18~22份、棉麻纤维10~16份。本发明的有益效果为:本发明不仅具有良好的速干效果,同时还具有良好的抑菌效果;本发明的面料保暖性强,穿着舒适,制备方法简单成本低,并且环保无有害气味。

技术领域
本发明属于户外服装面料领域,具体涉及一种抑菌速干衣面料。
背景技术
户外环境复杂多变,为抵御恶劣环境对人体的伤害,保护身体热量不被散失以及快速排出运动时所产生的汗水,在登山、攀岩及其他户外运动时,应该做到分层着装。
所谓的分层着装是指在户外运动中穿着不同材质的衣服,以适应野外各种天气变化对人体所带来的影响,例如冲锋衣裤、抓绒衣裤、保暖衣裤、防晒衣裤、速干衣裤等等。
为了保证衣服表面汗渍的快速挥发,一般都会选用速干面料,经常出汗会容易导致细菌的滋生,现有的速干面料在抑菌方面效果比较差。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:经常出汗会容易导致细菌的滋生,现有的速干面料在抑菌方面效果比较差。为此,提供一种抑菌速干衣面料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种抑菌速干衣面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯纤维25~35份、发热纤维22~28份、超高强力尼龙66纤维20~24份、氨纶纤维18~22份、棉麻纤维10~16份。
进一步的,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯纤维25份、发热纤维22份、超高强力尼龙66纤维20份、氨纶纤维18份、棉麻纤维10份。
进一步的,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯纤维35份、发热纤维28份、超高强力尼龙66纤维24份、氨纶纤维22份、棉麻纤维16份。
进一步的,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯纤维30份、发热纤维25份、超高强力尼龙66纤维22份、氨纶纤维20份、棉麻纤维13份。
进一步的,上述抑菌速干衣面料的制备方法为:(1)初品面料的制备:将上述重量份数的原料经过混纺制成面料;(2)抑菌整理液的准备:将重量份数为22~26份甲壳素、12~16份壳聚糖、15~25份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、4~5份柔软剂、9~13份聚乙烯醇乳液、40~46份去离子水加以混合均匀之后并调节其PH值为5.9~6.3,即得抑菌整理液;(3)维持温度为65~75℃,将步骤(1)所得的初品面料在步骤(2)中所得的抑菌整理液中浸渍45~55min,再脱水后,在85~95℃温度下烘干30~40min,得上述抑菌速干衣面料。
进一步的,上述柔软剂为双羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵及双棕榈基羧乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵按照重量份数比为1:1的混合物。
壳聚糖,是由自然界广泛存在的几丁质(chitin)经过脱乙酰作用得到的,化学名称为聚葡萄糖胺(1-4)-2-氨基-B-D葡萄糖。壳聚糖可用于织物整理、保健内衣、造纸助剂等。还可用作香料、染料和活性剂胶囊的成膜剂,核酸清除剂,降低胆醇制剂,抗菌剂,植物种子涂覆粘接剂,以及用作固相合成和酶固定化载体。在本发明中加入壳聚糖可以有效的增加面料的抗菌性。
甲壳素,甲壳素应用范围很广泛,在工业上可做布料、衣物、染料、纸张和水处理等。在农业上可做杀虫剂、植物抗病毒剂。渔业上做养鱼饲料。它是一种线型的高分子多糖,即天然的中性粘多糖,若经浓碱处理去掉乙酰基即得脱乙酰壳多糖。甲壳质化学上不活泼,不与体液发生变化,对组织不起异物反应,无毒,具有抗血栓、耐高温消毒等特点。甲壳素的吸水率高达1300%,1克的甲壳素吸饱水后可以达到13克,甲壳素具有天然抑菌功效,广谱抗菌率非常高,90%以上的常见细菌在甲壳素纤维上不能存活;因此甲壳素纤维与彩棉货纯棉等纤维制成的面料特别适合做婴幼儿服装及男女高档内衣。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明不仅具有良好的速干效果,同时还具有良好的抑菌效果;本发明的面料保暖性强,穿着舒适,制备方法简单成本低,并且环保无有害气味。

为使对本发明的结构特征及所达成的功效有更进一步的了解与认识,用以较佳的实施例配合详细的说明,说明如下:
实施例1
一种抑菌速干衣面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯纤维25份、发热纤维22份、超高强力尼龙66纤维20份、氨纶纤维18份、棉麻纤维10份。
上述抑菌速干衣面料的制备方法为:(1)初品面料的制备:将上述重量份数的原料经过混纺制成面料;(2)抑菌整理液的准备:将重量份数为22份甲壳素、12份壳聚糖、15份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、4份柔软剂、9份聚乙烯醇乳液、40份去离子水加以混合均匀之后并调节其PH值为5.9,即得抑菌整理液;(3)维持温度为65℃,将步骤(1)所得的初品面料在步骤(2)中所得的抑菌整理液中浸渍45min,再脱水后,在85℃温度下烘干30min,得上述抑菌速干衣面料。
其中,上述柔软剂为双羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵及双棕榈基羧乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵按照重量份数比为1:1的混合物。
实施例2
一种抑菌速干衣面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯纤维35份、发热纤维28份、超高强力尼龙66纤维24份、氨纶纤维22份、棉麻纤维16份。
上述抑菌速干衣面料的制备方法为:(1)初品面料的制备:将上述重量份数的原料经过混纺制成面料;(2)抑菌整理液的准备:将重量份数为26份甲壳素、16份壳聚糖、25份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、5份柔软剂、13份聚乙烯醇乳液、46份去离子水加以混合均匀之后并调节其PH值为6.3,即得抑菌整理液;(3)维持温度为75℃,将步骤(1)所得的初品面料在步骤(2)中所得的抑菌整理液中浸渍55min,再脱水后,在95℃温度下烘干40min,得上述抑菌速干衣面料。
其中,上述柔软剂为双羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵及双棕榈基羧乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵按照重量份数比为1:1的混合物。
实施例3
一种抑菌速干衣面料,由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯纤维30份、发热纤维25份、超高强力尼龙66纤维22份、氨纶纤维20份、棉麻纤维13份。
上述抑菌速干衣面料的制备方法为:(1)初品面料的制备:将上述重量份数的原料经过混纺制成面料;(2)抑菌整理液的准备:将重量份数为24份甲壳素、14份壳聚糖、20份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、4.5份柔软剂、11份聚乙烯醇乳液、43份去离子水加以混合均匀之后并调节其PH值为6.1,即得抑菌整理液;(3)维持温度为60℃,将步骤(1)所得的初品面料在步骤(2)中所得的抑菌整理液中浸渍50min,再脱水后,在90℃温度下烘干35min,得上述抑菌速干衣面料。
其中,上述柔软剂为双羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵及双棕榈基羧乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵按照重量份数比为1:1的混合物。
使用上述实施例1至3中所得抑菌速干衣面料比普通的速干面料水分挥发速度要快2~3倍,在抑菌测试上,使用上述实施例1至3中所得抑菌速干衣面料和普通的速干面料经过相同处理之后,检测面料表面细菌含量,发现上述实施例1至3中所得抑菌速干衣面料比普通的速干面料细菌含量要低80~90%。

1.一种抑菌速干衣面料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯纤维25~35份、发热纤维22~28份、超高强力尼龙66纤维20~24份、氨纶纤维18~22份、棉麻纤维10~16份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌速干衣面料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯纤维25份、发热纤维22份、超高强力尼龙66纤维20份、氨纶纤维18份、棉麻纤维10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌速干衣面料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯纤维35份、发热纤维28份、超高强力尼龙66纤维24份、氨纶纤维22份、棉麻纤维16份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌速干衣面料,其特征在于:由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚酯纤维30份、发热纤维25份、超高强力尼龙66纤维22份、氨纶纤维20份、棉麻纤维13份。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的一种抑菌速干衣面料,其特征在于:上述抑菌速干衣面料的制备方法为:(1)初品面料的制备:将上述重量份数的原料经过混纺制成面料;(2)抑菌整理液的准备:将重量份数为22~26份甲壳素、12~16份壳聚糖、15~25份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、4~5份柔软剂、9~13份聚乙烯醇乳液、40~46份去离子水加以混合均匀之后并调节其PH值为5.9~6.3,即得抑菌整理液;(3)维持温度为65~75℃,将步骤(1)所得的初品面料在步骤(2)中所得的抑菌整理液中浸渍45~55min,再脱水后,在85~95℃温度下烘干30~40min,得上述抑菌速干衣面料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种抑菌速干衣面料,其特征在于:上述柔软剂为双羟乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵及双棕榈基羧乙基甲基硫酸甲酯铵按照重量份数比为1:1的混合物。
