本发明涉及一种针织内衣面料的制备方法,包括:以40S莫代尔精密紧密纺结合30D伊拉斯邦氨纶为原料,以单面高速多跑道大圆机为织机,织造后进行毛坯布松布、预定型、去油、开幅染色、烘干、浸轧、定型,得到针织内衣面料。该面料具有棉的柔软,丝的光泽,色泽鲜艳,耐洗;面料尺寸稳定性好,弹性佳,内衣保型性好,具有良好的抗皱性和免烫性能,以及抗起毛起球性能,同时具体保湿吸湿功能,穿着无静电发生,舒适,是理想的内衣面料之一。

技术领域
本发明属于内衣面料领域,特别涉及一种针织内衣面料的制备方法。
背景技术
针织内衣面料选择的好坏对穿着舒适性有很大关系。一般来说,内衣面料必须柔软,吸湿,透气,耐洗,穿着没有束缚感,但是在秋冬季节,由于天气干燥,相对湿度低,身体往往会感到干燥甚至发痒,特别在北方供暖季节尤甚。为此,开发生产一种具有吸湿功能的内衣面料,具有很好的市场前景。
传统内衣面料大多选用棉,丝等天然纤维,尽管吸湿性能良好,穿着也比较舒适,但是最大缺点是不耐洗,易变色变形。因此,选择新型再生纤维素纤维-----莫代尔,可以很好解决这个问题。
莫代尔纤维是兰精公司是从树木中提取的一种新型再生纤维素纤维,是已知纤维中最柔软的纤维素纤维,由于来源于树木,具有生物可降解性,是一种环保纤维,它的公定回潮率为11%,吸湿性大于全棉,干强大于棉,湿强大于普通再生纤维素纤维,如黏胶。但由于莫代尔纤维过于柔软,用传统环锭纺仿制的纱线织成面料后,易产生起毛起球现象,影响外观。
专利CN102454025A公开了一种内衣面料及其生产方法,包括发热纤维、腈纶纤维、莫代尔纤维、棉纤维、氨纶弹性纤维,经过纺纱、织造、后处理编织成内衣面料。虽然该专利制得的面料能够获得较好的抗起球性、亲肤性、舒适的弹性、同时具有良好的保暖效果;但是由于面料包含有5种不同纤维,组成过于复杂,且加大了织造和染整的难度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种针织内衣面料的制备方法,克服了利用传统环锭纺仿制的纱线织成的内衣面料易产生起毛起球现象从而影响外观的缺陷。
本发明的一种针织内衣面料的制备方法,包括:
以40S莫代尔精密紧密纺结合30D伊拉斯邦氨纶为原料,以单面高速多跑道大圆机为织机,织造后进行毛坯布松布、预定型、去油、开幅染色、烘干、浸轧、定型,得到针织内衣面料。
所述织造的组织为40S莫代尔精密紧密纺盖30D伊拉斯邦氨纶的添纱平纹组织。
所述毛坯布松布的工艺条件为:堆放松弛24小时。毛坯布松布工序是让打卷的针织毛坯布有一个张力松弛的过程,避免打卷造成的前后张力不一致导致后续工序产生克重不一。
所述预定型的工艺条件为:190℃定型60sec,门幅175cm,超喂+45%,预定型后下机克重210g/m2。预定型工序是保证布面平整,克重稳定,门幅稳定的重要工序。
由于本发明的原料莫代尔和氨纶都是化学纤维,不需要煮漂,只需要在染色前去油渍即可。
所述去油的工艺条件为:加入高效除油剂DS-1114 2g/l,Na2CO3 2g/l,60℃运行30min,然后清洗。
所述开幅染色的工艺条件为:60℃恒温染色,加入工艺优化剂AB-55 0.5g/l,润滑剂c 1g/l,运转5min后,20min线性加入染料,运转5min后,30min线性加入元明粉,运转10min后,30min递增加入纯碱(1/10,2/10,7/10),最后运转45min,排液,水洗,皂洗,中和,水洗,出缸,脱水,平幅烘干。
所述浸轧的工艺条件为:采用双浸双轧,室温加入保湿功能助剂AM-W 50g/l浸扎,轧余率80%,然以后110℃干燥30min。保湿功能助剂采用浸轧工艺均匀施加在面料上,然后烘干,产生交链,其中AM-W助剂是日本大原株式会社生产的一种具有保温功能的助剂,它是由丝蛋白氨基酸(来自天然真丝)和特殊变性有机硅树脂组成,经功能试验,该助剂具有吸湿保湿功能,是肌肤的天然保湿成分,赋予肌肤湿润特性。经过该助剂整理后的面料呈现丝绸手感。
所述定型的工艺条件为:160℃定型2min,超喂25%,成品门幅170cm,成品克重200g/m2。定型时间较长是为了保湿助剂AM-W与面料的充分结合,提高助剂与面料的结合力,经此工序处理后,耐洗次数提高,经过40次洗涤后,面料仍具有保湿功能。
有益效果
本发明的面料由于莫代尔精密紧密纺和氨纶的加入,具有棉的柔软,丝的光泽,色泽鲜艳,耐洗。面料尺寸稳定性好,弹性佳,内衣保型性好,具有良好的抗皱性和免烫性能;以及抗起毛起球性能;同时具体保湿吸湿功能,穿着无静电发生,舒适,是理想的内衣面料之一。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种针织内衣面料的制备方法,包括:
原料选择:40S莫代尔精密紧密纺(德州华源公司),30D伊拉斯邦氨纶(英威达公司)。
织机:S296单面高速多跑道大圆机(德国Terrot公司),规格30"*28G*2640N。
织造工艺:采用40S莫代尔精密紧密纺盖30D伊拉斯邦氨纶的添纱平纹组织,40S莫代尔精密紧密纺的50个线圈长度L50为14cm,30D伊拉斯邦氨纶的L50为5cm。为确保添纱正确,氨纶喂入用导论方式,且张力控制在3g左右。由于是圆筒布,为了避免后道工序产生皱纹,死痕,在每匹布下布后,应及时剖幅,同时在张力状态下平幅打卷放置。
染整工艺流程:毛坯布松布-----预定型-----去油-----开幅染色-----烘干-----浸轧-----定型。
毛坯布松布工艺:正常堆放松弛24小时。坯布松布是让打卷的针织毛坯布有一个张力松弛的过程,避免打卷造成的前后张力不一致导致后续工序产生克重不一。
预定型工艺:在门富士定型机上190℃定型60sec,门幅175cm(比成品门幅大5cm),超喂+45%,预定型后下机克重210g/m2。预定型工序是保证布面平整,克重稳定,门幅稳定的重要工序。
去油工艺:加入高效除油剂DS-1114(德美公司)2g/l,Na2CO3 2g/l,60℃运行30min,然后清洗干净即可染色,该工序是在平幅水洗机上完成。
开幅染色工艺:60℃恒温染色,加入工艺优化剂AB-55(亨斯迈公司)0.5g/l,润滑剂c(亨斯迈公司)1g/l,运转5min后,20min线性加入染料,运转5min后,30min线性加入元明粉,运转10min后,30min递增加入纯碱(1/10,2/10,7/10),最后运转45min,排液,水洗,皂洗,中和,水洗,出缸,脱水,平幅烘干。染机选用AFE气雾染色机(德国Then公司),该机可直接开幅染色,不会造成边差。
浸轧工艺:保湿功能助剂采用浸轧工艺均匀施加在面料上,然后烘干,产生交链。该工序采用双浸双轧,室温加入保湿功能助剂AM-W(日本大原株式会社)50g/l浸扎,轧余率80%,然以后110℃干燥30min。其中保湿功能助剂AM-W是由丝蛋白氨基酸(来自天然真丝)和特殊变性有机硅树脂组成,经功能试验,该助剂具有吸湿保湿功能,是肌肤的天然保湿成分,赋予肌肤湿润特性。经过该助剂整理后的面料呈现丝绸手感。
定型工艺:160℃定型2min,超喂25%,成品门幅170cm,成品克重200g/m2。定型时间较长是为了保湿助剂AM-W与面料的充分结合,提高助剂与面料的结合力。经此工序处理后,耐洗次数提高,经过40次洗涤后,面料仍具有保湿功能。
抗起毛起球性能测试:按照GB/T 4802.1-2008《织物起毛起球性能的测定第1部分:圆轨迹法》对处理前后织物进行起毛起球测试,具体评价方法如下:
5级:无变化。
4级:表面轻微起毛和(或)轻微起球。
3级:表面中度起毛和(或)中度起球,不同大小和密度的球覆盖试样的部分表面。
2级:表面明显起毛和(或)起球,不同大小和密度的球覆盖试样的大部分表面。
1级:表面严重起毛和(或)起球,不同大小和密度的球覆盖试样的整个表面。
经测试可知,本实施例制得的织物的抗起毛起球性能可达到5级。
柔软性、弹性测试:闭目触摸所得面料,以20人为一小组,进行评级,根据不同的手感将面料进行手感评定,具体评价及表示方法如下:
◎非常柔软,富有弹性。
○柔软,有较好弹性。
▽较柔软,还具有动物纤维或其织物的部分弹性。
×手感明显干涩,基本没有弹性。
测试结果如表1所示,可知本实施例制得的织物的手感非常柔软舒适,富有弹性。

吸湿性能测试:参考FZ/T01071-1999《纺织毛细效应实验方法》试样准备:每份样品在织物左、中、右部位沿横向和纵向各剪一条,共6条,试样大小为30cm×2.5cm;试验方法:试样上端固定在毛细效应测试仪上,保持试样下端在自然垂直时置于水中1cm,水深6cm。下端1cm处夹上8g张力夹以保持布面垂直,使试样下端入水,水温为22℃,记录30分钟时的爬升高度。芯吸高度总值=横向芯吸高度×纵向芯吸高度。最终测得本实施例制得的织物的横向芯吸高度为67mm,纵向芯吸高度72mm,总值为4824,说明具有较好的保湿吸湿功能。
抗皱性测试:参考GB/T 3819-1997《纺织品织物折痕回复性的测定回复角法》,采用YG541D全自动数字式织物褶皱弹性仪对整理前后织物的褶皱性能进行测定,测试结果通过褶皱回复角来表示,折皱回复角越大,织物的抗皱性越好,反之则差。经测试可知,本实施例制得的织物的经向折皱回复角为78.65°,纬向折皱回复角为69.73°,可知折皱回复角较大,说明面料的抗皱性较好。
抗静电性能测试:根据国家标准GB/T12703-91《纺织品静电测试方法》进行针织物抗静电性能测试,使试样在高压静电场中带电至稳定后,断开高压电源使其电压自然衰减,测定其电压衰减为一半所需时间。经测试可知,本实施例制得的的织物的静电电压为450V时,静电压半衰期值为4s,说明具有较好的抗静电性能测试。
综上可知,本实施例制得的面料由于莫代尔精密紧密纺和氨纶的加入,具有棉的柔软,丝的光泽,色泽鲜艳,耐洗。面料尺寸稳定性好,弹性佳,内衣保型性好,具有良好的抗皱性和免烫性能,以及抗起毛起球性能;同时具体保湿吸湿功能,穿着无静电发生,舒适,是理想的内衣面料之一。

以40S莫代尔精密紧密纺结合30D伊拉斯邦氨纶为原料,以单面高速多跑道大圆机为织机,织造后进行毛坯布松布、预定型、去油、开幅染色、烘干、浸轧、定型,得到针织内衣面料。
