近年,由于地面光滑而导致意外伤害事件,使消费者对地面铺贴材料的防滑性能格外关注,陶瓷砖作为一种最广泛应用于各种公共场所和家庭装修的地面铺贴材料,对其防滑性能的关注度更高。国内外对公共人行和工作场所路面的防滑性能非常重视,制定了严格的安全标准要求。北美各国将代表着地面安全标准的静摩擦系数作为工程验收的一项强制内容,对于地面摩擦系数没有达到标准要求的要受到严厉的处罚。目前陶瓷防滑瓷砖主要是通过喷洒或涂抹防滑剂、腐蚀剂或选用特殊干粒材料、凹凸模具、提高釉温等方式,将砖体表面制成具有宏观或微观的凹凸结构,利用这种结构在压力下和鞋底产生的机械咬合作用以及真空吸附作用达到防滑效果。其中采用凹凸设计提升防滑级别是最常用方法;而喷洒或涂抹防滑剂、腐蚀剂的方法,存在使用一定时间后失效的问题,并且因其覆盖在表面装饰图案纹理层上,影响墨水发色,装饰效果差,而提高底釉温度产品在烧成后釉面粗糙,则产品颜色泛白不够饱满,且对窑炉烧成温度等条件要求敏感。申请号为CN201310349396名称为“耐磨防滑干粒陶瓷”、申请号为CN201310605534名称为一种干粒釉装饰表面的陶瓷砖及其制造方法、申请号为CN201410497320名称为一种具有防滑效果的瓷砖及其制造方法均公开了防滑砖的制备方法,但这些方法的共同点是将耐磨防滑干粒层都位于瓷砖面釉层或图案装饰层上,其最大的不足之处在于,其位于瓷砖面釉层或图案装饰层上耐磨防滑干粒层中干粒化学组成、透明度会影响了瓷砖图案颜色效果;同时耐磨防滑层的干粒粒径都相对比较小(60目-325目),在实际生活中容易出现藏脏不易清洁,并且在实际生活运用中,当重物在耐磨防滑层上进行挪动时,容易被磨掉或刮掉。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术缺陷,本发明提供了一种既有较好的耐磨防滑效果,又不会影响陶瓷砖表面图案颜色效果的耐磨防滑陶瓷砖。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下所述:
一种耐磨防滑陶瓷砖,在成型陶瓷基础泥坯体表面施加有一层耐磨防滑粒子和化妆土混合釉层,所述耐磨防滑粒子和化妆土混合釉层由化妆土釉浆和高温耐磨防滑粒子组成的混合釉浆制备而成。
所述混合釉浆中化妆土釉浆重量含量为65%-80%高温耐磨防滑粒子重量含量为20%-35%。
所述化妆土釉浆由化妆土釉料制备而成,所述化妆土釉料含有如下重量含量的组分,SiO2:50%-53%,AL2O3:19%-21%,Fe2O3:0.1%-0.3%,CaO+MgO:2.5%-3%,K2O+Na2O:5%-6.5%,ZnO:0.5%-2%,BaO:7%-10%,ZrO2:4%-8%,TiO2:0.1%-0.5%,所述化妆土釉浆细度为325目筛余0.3%-0.8%,流速为25-40S,比重控制到1.68-1.85。

(4)在图案装饰层表面施加有耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层;
(5)辊道窑烧成温度为:1050℃-1200℃,烧成时间为45-90分钟;烧成温度控制应保证耐磨防滑粒子层中的粒子具有凸起效果。
所述亚光透明釉的釉料含有如下含量的各组分,SiO2:45%-48%,AL2O3:20%-23%,Fe2O3:0.05%-0.2%,CaO+MgO:3.5%-5.5%,K2O+Na2O:8.5%-12.5%,ZnO:4%-8%,BaO:4%-7%。所述的亚光透明釉浆的釉浆细度为325目筛余0.3%-0.8%,比重控制到1.05-1.35,施釉量为40-80g/M2

当然,根据产品使用场所和装饰效果,在产品烧成后也可以直接进行产品磨边或点式抛光。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明的耐磨防滑砖中,由于耐磨防滑干粒镶嵌在化妆土釉层中,位于瓷砖图案装饰层下,其粒子成分、透明度都不会影响到产品图案颜色效果,同时在实际中不容易被磨掉或刮掉,且由于其粒子粒径相对比较大,使产品表面产生更好的防滑、防污效果。
具体实施方式
下面将通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1:
本实施例耐磨防滑陶瓷砖表面由内至外依次施加有耐磨防滑粒子和化妆土混合釉层、图案装饰层、耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层、特殊粒子装饰层的,具体制备方法如下:
(1)对成型陶瓷基础泥坯体表面进行处理,其表面处理包括干燥、清理基础泥坯坯面、吹灰等常规工序。
(2)对处理后的成型陶瓷基础泥坯体表面施加一层耐磨防滑粒子和化妆土混合釉层,所述耐磨防滑粒子和化妆土混合釉层由化妆土釉浆和高温耐磨防滑粒子组成的混合釉浆制备而成,其中混合釉浆中化妆土釉浆重量含量为78%,高温耐磨防滑粒子重量含量为22%,所述化妆土釉浆由化妆土釉料制备而成,化妆土釉料中含有如下重量含量的组分,SiO2:53%,AL2O3:20%%,Fe2O3:0.2%,CaO+MgO:3%,K2O+Na2O:6%,ZnO:0.5%,BaO:10%,ZrO2:7%,TiO2:0.3%,所述化妆土浆料的釉浆细度为325目筛余0.7%-0.8%,流速为34±1S,比重控制到1.68±0.03,所述高温耐磨防滑粒子由刚玉、金刚砂组成,其粒子的粒径为100目。
(3)在混合釉层表面施加有图案装饰层,采用6组的辊筒印花设备进行产品图案纹理效果的装饰。
(4)在图案装饰层表面施加有耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层,其中所述亚光透明釉的釉料中含有如下含量的各组分,SiO2:47%,AL2O3:23%,Fe2O3:0.2%,
CaO+MgO:4.8%,K2O+Na2O:12%,ZnO:6%,BaO:7%,所述的亚光透明釉浆的细度为325目筛余0.5%-0.6%,比重控制到1.25±0.03,施釉量为76±5g/M2
(5)在耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层表面施加有特殊粒子装饰层,是在耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层表面施加有一层特殊粒子浆料,所述特殊粒子浆料中特殊粒子重量含量为1%、水重量含量为94%和环保固定剂重量含量为5%,所述特殊粒子重量配方为:SiO2:61%,AL2O3:22%%,Fe2O3:0.1%,CaO:1.3%,MgO:1.5%,K2O:2.2%,Na2O:2.5%,ZnO:0.8%,BaO:5%,ZrO2:1%,Co2O3:1.2%,Pr6O11:0.6%,V2O5:0.8%,其中环保固定剂的粘度82毫帕/秒(25℃),pH值8.5,熔点为400℃-425℃,不会影响特殊粒子的呈色。
(6)辊道窑烧成温度为:1050℃-1169℃,烧成时间为75分钟;烧成温度控制应保证耐磨防滑粒子层中的粒子在陶瓷砖表面具有凸起效果。
当然,根据产品使用场所和装饰效果,在产品烧成后也可以直接进行产品磨边或点式抛光。
实施例2:
本实施例耐磨防滑陶瓷砖表面由内至外依次施加有耐磨防滑粒子和化妆土混合釉层、图案装饰层、耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层、特殊粒子装饰层,具体制备方法如下:
(1)对成型陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面进行处理,其表面处理包括干燥、清理基础泥坯坯面、吹灰等常规工序。
(2)对处理后的成型陶瓷基础泥坯体表面施加一层耐磨防滑粒子和化妆土混合釉层,所述耐磨防滑粒子和化妆土混合釉层由化妆土釉浆和高温耐磨防滑粒子组成的混合釉浆制备而成,其中混合釉浆中化妆土釉浆重量含量为68%%高温耐磨防滑粒子重量含量为32%,所述化妆土釉浆中含有如下重量含量的组分,SiO2:50%,AL2O3:21%,Fe2O3:0.3%,CaO+MgO:2.7%,K2O+Na2O:6.5%,ZnO:1%,BaO:10%,ZrO2:8%,TiO2:0.5%,所述化妆土浆料的釉浆细度为325目筛余0.4%-0.5%,流速为28±1S,比重控制到1.78±0.03,所述高温耐磨防滑粒子为高温陶瓷粒子,其粒子的粒径为60目,所述高温陶瓷粒子中含有如下重量含量的各组分,SiO2:60%,AL2O3:26%,Fe2O3:0.1%,CaO:1.5%,MgO:1%,K2O:3%,Na2O:1%,ZnO:0.5%,BaO:3.7%,ZrO2:2.5%,Co2O3:0.2%,Pr6O11:0.4%,V2O5:0.1%。
(3)在混合釉层表面施加有图案装饰层,采用喷墨打印装饰设备进行产品图案纹理效果的装饰;其中喷墨打印装饰设备为12通道,喷头的孔径GS12/GS40,所安装的陶瓷墨水种类有彩色陶瓷墨水、亮光墨水、凹陷墨水,采用孔径为GS12/喷头进行喷印彩色陶瓷墨水以表现产品图案色彩效果,采用孔径为GS40喷头进行喷印亮光墨水、凹陷墨水以表现产品特殊凹凸纹理彩效果。
(4)在图案装饰层表面施加有耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层,其中所述亚光透明釉浆中含有如下含量的各组分,SiO2:48%,AL2O3:20%,Fe2O3:0.1%,
CaO+MgO:5.5%%,K2O+Na2O:12.5%,ZnO:7.9%,BaO:6%,所述的亚光透明釉浆的釉浆细度为325目筛余0.4%-0.5%,比重控制到1.32±0.03,施釉量为62±4g/M2
(5)在耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层表面施加有特殊粒子装饰层,是在耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层表面还施加有一层特殊粒子浆料,所述特殊粒子浆料中特殊粒子重量含量为2%、水重量含量为95%和环保固定剂重量含量为3%,所述特殊粒子重量配方为:SiO2:58%,AL2O3:24%%,Fe2O3:0.3%,CaO:1%,MgO:2%,K2O:3%,Na2O:1%,ZnO:1.5%,BaO:4.5%,ZrO2:2.5%,Co2O3:1%,Pr6O11:0.9%,V2O5:0.3%,其中环保固定剂的粘度88毫帕/秒(25℃),pH值8.7,熔点为350℃-370℃。采用甩釉柜设备进行特殊干粒装饰,甩釉轴工作频率为:54HZ。
(6)辊道窑烧成温度为:1050℃-1178℃,烧成时间为90分钟;烧成温度控制应保证耐磨防滑粒子层中的粒子在陶瓷砖表面具有凸起效果。
当然,根据产品使用场所和装饰效果,在产品烧成后也可以直接进行产品磨边或点式抛光。
综上所述,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种耐磨防滑陶瓷砖,其特征在于:在成型陶瓷基础泥坯体表面施加有一层耐磨防滑粒子和化妆土混合釉层,所述耐磨防滑粒子和化妆土混合釉层由化妆土釉浆和高温耐磨防滑粒子组成的混合釉浆制备而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐磨防滑陶瓷砖,其特征在于:所述混合釉浆中化妆土釉浆重量含量为65%-80%,高温耐磨防滑粒子重量含量为20%-35%。
3.如权利要求2所述的耐磨防滑陶瓷砖,其特征在于:所述化妆土釉浆由化妆土釉料制备而成,所述化妆土釉料含有如下重量含量的组分,SiO2:50%-53%,AL2O3:19%-21%,Fe2O3:0.1%-0.3%,CaO+MgO:2.5%-3%,K2O+Na2O:5%-6.5%,ZnO:0.5%-2%,BaO:7%-10%,ZrO2:4%-8%,TiO2:0.1%-0.5%。
4.如权利要求1所述的耐磨防滑陶瓷砖,其特征在于:所述高温耐磨防滑粒子由刚玉、金刚砂、金刚石、石英砂、高温陶瓷粒子中一种或几种高温耐磨防滑粒子组成,高温耐磨防滑粒子的粒径为40目-150目。
5.如权利要求4所述的耐磨防滑陶瓷砖,其特征在于:所述高温陶瓷粒子中含有如下重量含量的各组分,SiO2:54%-64%,AL2O3:22%-26%,Fe2O3:0-0.3%,CaO:0.5-1.5%,MgO:1%-5%,K2O:2-6%,Na2O:1-3%,ZnO:0.5%-1.5%,BaO:3%-5%,ZrO2:0-10%,Co2O3:0-5%,Pr6O11:0-5%,V2O5:0-5%。
6.如权利要求1所述的耐磨防滑陶瓷砖,其特征在于:所述耐磨防滑陶瓷砖表面由内至外依次施加有耐磨防滑粒子和化妆土混合釉层、图案装饰层、耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层、特殊粒子装饰层。
7.如权利要求1所述的耐磨防滑陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)对成型陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面进行处理;
(2)对处理后的成型陶瓷砖基础泥坯体表面施加一层耐磨防滑粒子和化妆土混合釉层;
(3)在混合釉层表面施加有图案装饰层;
(4)在图案装饰层表面施加有耐磨亚光透明釉层;
(5)烧成。
8.如权利要求7所述的耐磨防滑陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述耐磨亚光透明釉的釉料含有如下重量含量的各组分,SiO2:45%-48%,AL2O3:20%-23%,Fe2O3:0.05%-0.2%,CaO+MgO:3.5%-5.5%,K2O+Na2O:8.5%-12.5%,ZnO:4%-8%,BaO:4%-7%。
9.如权利要求7所述的耐磨防滑陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于:在耐磨亚光透明釉装饰层表面还施加有一层特殊粒子浆料后再进行烧成,所述特殊粒子浆料中特殊粒子重量含量为1%-5%、水重量含量为92%-96%,环保固定剂重量含量为3%-5%,所述特殊粒子重量配方为:SiO2:54%-64%,AL2O3:22%-26%,Fe2O3:0%-0.3%,CaO:0.5%-1.5%,MgO:1%-5%,K2O:2%-6%,Na2O:1%-3%,ZnO:0.5%-1.5%,BaO:3%-5%,ZrO2:0%-10%,Co2O3:0%-5%,Pr6O11:0%-5%,V2O5:0%-5%。
10.如权利要求7所述的耐磨防滑陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述烧成温度为1050℃-1200℃,烧成时间为45-90分钟,烧成后耐磨防滑粒子在陶瓷砖表面具有凸起效果。
