Abstract
本发明公开了一种可印制夜光光显图案的皮革,基层为超纤,基层的一面由里向外依次涂覆有粘着树脂层、不变黄树脂层和可染树脂层,主料均为聚氨酯树脂。制备方法为,在离型纸上依次涂覆丁酮溶剂溶解的可染树脂、不变黄树脂和粘着树脂从而在离型纸上依次形成可染树脂层、不变黄树脂层和粘着树脂层;最后将粘着树脂层与超纤粘合。本发明还提供了一种印有夜光光显图案的皮革及其制备方法。产品出厂时可选择印制或不印制好夜光光显图案,这样可更加灵活的适应需求,减少库存量。印制好的夜光光显图案可吸收自然光或日光灯中的紫外线储存能量,平时在光源下不易明显看出的图案在暗处或黑夜里可明显看出图案的形状及颜色。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种皮革及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种夜光光显皮革及其制备方法及一种印有夜光光显图案的皮革及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前已有在紫外光照射下显示图案的技术,但一直未能成本低廉的应用到皮革上并取得好的视觉效果和皮革强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种可印制夜光光显图案的皮革,其通过以下技术方案实现:
一种可印制夜光光显图案的皮革,所述皮革的基层为超纤,在所述基层的一面由里向外依次涂覆有粘着树脂层、不变黄树脂层和可染树脂层。
进一步地,所述粘着树脂层、不变黄树脂层和可染树脂层的主料均为聚氨酯树脂。
本发明还提供了一种可印制夜光光显图案的皮革的制备方法,其技术方案为,在离型纸上依次涂覆丁酮溶剂溶解的可染树脂、不变黄树脂和粘着树脂从而在离型纸上依次形成可染树脂层、不变黄树脂层和粘着树脂层;最后将粘着树脂层与所述超纤粘合。
进一步地,在涂覆可染树脂层后、涂覆不变黄树脂后、及将粘着树脂层与所述超纤粘合后,都通过烘干机烘干和冷却机冷却。
进一步地,所述三个烘干机的温度依次为:80-100摄氏度;100-130摄氏度;100-130摄氏度。
进一步地,所述制备方法还包括染色工序。
本发明还提供了一种印有夜光光显图案的皮革,其技术方案为在上述可印制夜光光显图案的皮革的超纤上印有夜光光显图案。
本发明还提供了一种印有夜光光显图案的皮革的制备方法,其技术方案为在上述可印制夜光光显图案的皮革的制备方法中,在所述超纤上事先印制或在所述皮革制成后在所述超纤上印制夜光光显图案。
本发明的有益效果:由于采用了以上技术方案,本发明的皮革质量好,适用范围广,可广泛应用到鞋子、发带、表带、手环等;成品为白色,本产品可在生产过程中染色,也可由购买的生产厂家根据自身产品需求加以开裁、染色加工;本产品出厂前可印制好夜光光显图案,也可由购买的生产厂家根据自身需求选择印制或不印制夜光光显图案,这样可更加灵活的适应需求,减少库存量;印制好的夜光光显图案可吸收自然光或日光灯中的紫外线而储存能量,平时在光源下不易明显看出的图案在暗处或黑夜里可明显看出图案的的形状及颜色。

具体实施方式
本发明的一个较佳实施例,如图2所示,一种可印制夜光光显图案的皮革,皮革的基层1为超纤,基层的一面由里向外依次涂覆有粘着树脂层2、不变黄树脂层3和可染树脂层4;粘着树脂层2、不变黄树脂层3和可染树脂层4的主料均为聚氨酯树脂;其制备方法如图1所示,具体为,在离型纸上涂覆丁酮溶剂溶解的可染树脂,然后经过烘干机烘干,温度为80-100摄氏度,再经过冷却机冷却;烘干冷却后涂覆丁酮溶剂溶解的不变黄树脂,再经过烘干机烘干,温度为100-130摄氏度,再经过冷却机冷却;烘干冷却后再涂覆丁酮溶剂溶解的粘着树脂并与超纤粘合,再经过烘干机烘干,温度控制为100-130摄氏度,再经冷却机冷却,从而在离型纸的一面上形成依次为可染树脂层4、不变黄树脂层3、粘着树脂层2和基层1为超纤的皮革。
一种印有夜光光显图案的皮革及其制备方法,在上述可印制夜光光显图案的皮革及其制备方法中,在超纤上事先印制或在所述皮革制成后在所述超纤上印制夜光光显图案。
Claims (8)
1.一种可印制夜光光显图案的皮革,其特征在于:所述皮革的基层为超纤,在所述基层的一面由里向外依次涂覆有粘着树脂层、不变黄树脂层和可染树脂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可印制夜光光显图案的皮革,其特征在于:所述粘着树脂层、不变黄树脂层和可染树脂层的主料均为聚氨酯树脂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的可印制夜光光显图案的皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:在离型纸上依次涂覆丁酮溶剂溶解的可染树脂、不变黄树脂和粘着树脂从而在离型纸上依次形成可染树脂层、不变黄树脂层和粘着树脂层;最后将粘着树脂层与所述超纤粘合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的可印制夜光光显图案的皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:在涂覆可染树脂层后、涂覆不变黄树脂后、及将粘着树脂层与所述超纤粘合后,都通过烘干机烘干和冷却机冷却。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可印制夜光光显图案的皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述三个烘干机的温度依次为:80-100摄氏度;100-130摄氏度;100-130摄氏度。
6.根据权利要求3所述的可印制夜光光显图案的皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法还包括染色工序。
7.一种印有夜光光显图案的皮革,其特征在于:在权利要求1或2所述皮革的超纤上印有夜光光显图案。
8.根据权利要求7所述的印有夜光光显图案的皮革的制备方法,其特征在于:在权利要求3所述的制备方法中,在所述超纤上事先印制或在所述皮革制成后在所述超纤上印制夜光光显图案。
