Abstract

本发明公开一种蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料及其制造方法。本发明的制造方法包括以下步骤:(a)在粘合衬上面放置蕾丝面料后压粘;(b)在与蕾丝面料粘合的粘合衬上面放置转印纸后压粘,使得只通过蕾丝面料的通孔区域在粘合衬上转印转印材料;及(c)从蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料去除转印纸反面纸。

蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及将蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料及其制造方法,更详细地涉及通过与粘合衬粘合的蕾丝面料通孔区域而去除向外部裸露的粘合衬的粘合剂的复合材料及其制造方法。
背景技术
一般而言,用于服饰类产品的粘合衬是在外面料的内侧附着加固,而提高外面料的功能性、稳定性及饱和性。
并且,蕾丝面料是通过由线相互扭结并在表面形成网状的孔和眼而表现纹理的技法制成的面料,形成包括针织组织的原丝形成表面的覆盖度区域和针织组织的原丝未形成表面的通孔区域的设计图案。此类的蕾丝面料只是在现有的时装商品上面粘附或搭接,而作为直接与皮肤接触的服饰材料,具有局限性。
为了摆脱如上所述的局限性,考虑到通过粘合衬给予蕾丝面料各种功能的方式,但,涂覆于粘合衬的前面的热熔胶粘合剂在蕾丝面料的通孔区域向外部裸露,而使得在该粘合剂上粘附异物,并且,产生无需的立体效果或反射效果,因此,将蕾丝面料粘合于粘合衬的方式被人们所忽视。
发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的为提供一种将蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料及其制造方法,通过与粘合衬的粘合,以立体感为主而制成,使得针织组织的原丝未形成表面的区域即通孔区域较多的蕾丝面料所具有的不安的形态稳定化,并且,使得与皮肤接触的蕾丝面料的反面的触感柔软,赋予隐隐的透视或粘合衬的各种功能,而且,能够降低涂覆于粘合衬的前面的热熔胶粘合剂通过蕾丝面料的通孔区域而向外部裸露而发生的负面影响。
用于解决的问题的技术手段
为了实现上述的目的,根据本发明的将蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料的制造方法的一侧面,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(a)在粘合衬上面放置蕾丝面料后压粘;
(b)在与蕾丝面料粘合的粘合衬上面放置转印纸后压粘,使得只通过所述蕾丝面料的通孔区域在所述粘合衬上转印转印材料;及
(c)从蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料去除转印纸反面纸。
一种将蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料的制造方法,作为将所述蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述(a)步骤之前还包括:将所述粘合衬进行加热的步骤。
将偶数蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料的制造方法,其特征在于,在所述(b)步骤之前还包括:向与蕾丝面料粘合的粘合衬供应热风的步骤。
为了实现上述的目的,根据本发明的将蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料的制造方法的另一侧面,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:(a)在平板压烫机的下板上面按顺序放置粘合衬、蕾丝面料及转印纸;(b)从平板压烫机的上板同时压粘所述平板压烫机的下板上面的粘合衬、蕾丝面料及转印纸,使得所述蕾丝面料与所述粘合衬粘合,同时只通过所述蕾丝面料的通孔区域向所述粘合衬转印转印材料;及(c)从蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料去除转印纸反面纸。
为了达到上述的另一目的,根据本发明的蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料通过将所述蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料的制造方法而制造。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
首先,为了制造根据本发明的蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料,需要粘合衬(FusibleInterlining)(10),蕾丝面料(LaceFabric)(20)及转印纸(Foil)(30)。
如图1中示例,粘合衬(10)是单独使用聚酯纤维(Polyester)、尼龙(Nylon)、棉(Cotton)、人造丝(V.Rayon),毛料(Wool)、竹纤维(Bamboo)或以混合材料在梭织物(Woven)、经编针织布(Warpknit)、圆筒针织布(Circularknit)等组织构成的面料(12)上通过适当的涂覆方式涂覆粉末、液状、熔融状态的热熔胶粘合剂(HotMeltAdhesive)(14)而形成的。图1中示例了热熔胶粘合剂(14)以一定的规则分布的网点形状(DotShape)形成,但,本发明的范围并非限定于此。
如图2及3中示例,,蕾丝面料(20)是通过由线相互扭结并在表面形成网状的孔和眼而表现纹理的技法制成的面料,也被定义为在底布上面制造透明纹理的面料而非加工纹理。在图2(a)中示例图示了蕾丝面料(20)的表面(a)构成,(b)示例了蕾丝面料(20)的反面构成,图3示例图示了蕾丝面料(20)的截面构成。
蕾丝面料(20)形成包括针织组织的原丝形成表面的覆盖度区域(22)和针织组织的原丝未形成表面的通孔区域(24)的设计图案。一般而言,蕾丝面料(20)的通孔区域(24)占据全体区域的5~90%的区域。以下,优选地,根据本发明的蕾丝面料(20)是通过提花花边机生产的蕾丝面料。
如图4中示例,根据本发明的转印纸(30)是在由聚乙烯形成的薄膜(32)上涂覆转印材料(34)而构成。在此,不言而喻,薄膜(34)的厚度可根据用途而进行各种调整,转印材料(34)由纤维的染色时使用的各种颜料或金、银箔中选择使用。将如上所述的颜料通过高温、高压转印时,使得衣物具有耐洗涤性。以转印材料(34)使用的颜料可表现各种颜色,或由对人体无害的成分构成。
图5示例图示了根据本发明的蕾丝面料(20)与粘合衬(10)粘合的状态,图6示例图示了根据本发明的在与蕾丝面料(20)粘合的粘合衬(10)上面放置转印纸(30)的状态,图7示例图示了通过本发明的蕾丝面料(20)的通孔区域(24)在粘合衬(10)上转印由金箔形成的转印材料(34)的状态。图7的a表示了热熔胶粘合剂(14)和转印纸(30)的金箔只在通孔区域(24)的一定部分(即,热熔胶粘合剂(14)也一同分布的部分)结合的状态。但,根据热熔胶粘合剂(14)的分布方式,转印材料(34)可在通孔区域(24)的一定部分转印,但,转印材料(34)也可在通孔区域(24)的全体区域均匀地转印。
参照图8,根据本发明的蕾丝面料(20)和粘合衬(10)粘合的复合材料的制造方法的第1实施例利用辊带压烫机(40)的方式。
辊带压烫机(40)由下端辊带(41)、上前端辊带(42)及上后端辊带(43)构成。在此,虽然在图8中未图示,可形成有包裹上前端辊带(42)及上后端辊带(43)的各个腔室,并且,在各个腔室内设置单独的加热装置,而将腔室内部的温度维持80℃至200℃范围的高温状态。
首先,在下端辊带(41)上面放置粘合衬(10),并在上面放置蕾丝面料(20),粘合衬(10)和蕾丝面料(20)将通过下端辊带(41)和上前端辊带(42)被压粘而如同在图8中向右侧移动。
然后,在与蕾丝面料粘合的粘合衬上面放置转印纸(30),并通过下端辊带(41)和上后端辊带(43)压粘而向右侧移动时,通过蕾丝面料的通孔区域(24),在粘合衬(10)上转印转印材料(34)。
此时,虽未在图8中图示,优选地,向与蕾丝面料(20)粘合的粘合衬(10)供应80℃至95℃范围的热风(HotAir)。在与蕾丝面料(20)粘合的粘合衬(10)上,位于蕾丝面料的通孔区域(24)的热熔胶粘合剂(14)通过压粘过程而变成扁扁地压粘的形态,在此进行热风处理时,使得热熔胶粘合剂(14)再次膨胀而变成立体,而使得易于与转印材料(34)粘接。
本发明中生成热风的技术性原理类似于吹风机的原理,此为脱离本发明的范围,因此,省略有关于此的详细说明。
最后,从蕾丝面料(20)和粘合衬(10)粘合的复合材料上去除完成转印的转印纸反面纸。
参照图9,根据本发明的蕾丝面料(20)和粘合衬(10)粘合的复合材料的制造方法的第2实施例是利用平板压烫机(50)的方式。
平板压烫机(50)由下板(52)及上板(54)构成。在此,虽未在图9中图示,可形成有包裹下板(52)及上板(54)的腔室,并且,在腔室内设置有单独的加热装置,而使得腔室内部的温度维持80℃至200℃的范围的高温状态。
首先,在平板压烫机(50)的下板(52)上面按顺序放置粘合衬(10)、蕾丝面料(20)及转印纸(30)。
然后,通过平板压烫机上板(54)同时压粘平板压烫机下板(52)上的粘合衬(10)、蕾丝面料(20)及转印纸(30),而将蕾丝面料(20)与粘合衬(10)粘合,与此同时,通过蕾丝面料(20)的通孔区域(24)在粘合衬(10)上转印转印材料(34)。
最后,从蕾丝面料(20)和粘合衬(10)粘合的复合材料上去除完成转印的转印纸反面纸。
参照图10,根据本发明的蕾丝面料(20)和粘合衬(10)粘合的复合材料的制造方法的第3实施例是利用滚筒压烫机(60)的方式。
滚筒压烫机(60)由下端辊带(61)、上端辊带(62),下端辊(63)及上端辊(64)构成。在此,可形成有包裹下端辊带(61)及上端辊带(62)的腔室(66),并且,在腔室(66)内设置单独的加热装置,而使得腔室内部的温度维持80℃至200℃的范围的高温状态。
优选地,向下端辊带(61)及上端辊带(62)提供之前,粘合衬(10)经过在另外的加热区域(65)被加热的预热过程。在加热区域(65)被加热的温度在80℃至200℃的范围内,根据粘合衬(10)的种类而选择适当的温度。
然后,在下端辊带(61)上面放置预热的粘合衬(10),在其上面放置蕾丝面料(20),从而,预热的粘合衬(10)和蕾丝面料(20)将通过下端辊带(61)和上端辊带(62)被压粘,而如同图10中向右侧移动。
然后,优选地,与蕾丝面料(20)粘合的粘合衬(10)上通过热风供应机(67)供应80℃至95℃范围的热风(HotAir)。在与蕾丝面料(20)粘合的粘合衬(10)上,位于蕾丝面料的通孔区域(24)的热熔胶粘合剂(14)通过压粘过程而变成扁扁地压粘形态,在此进行热风处理时,使得热熔胶粘合剂(14)再次膨胀而变成立体,从而,易于与转印材料(34)粘接。

最后,在蕾丝面料(20)和粘合衬(10)粘合的复合材料(80)上完成转印时,去除转印纸反面纸(70)。
工业上的利用性
根据本发明,能够使得针织组织的原丝未形成表面的通孔区域较多的蕾丝面料所具有的不安的形态稳定化,并且,使得与皮肤接触的蕾丝面料的反面触感柔软,而能够提供赋予隐隐的透视或粘合衬的各种功能的复合材料。
并且,在涂覆于粘合衬的前面的热熔胶粘合剂向外部裸露的蕾丝面料的通孔区域转印转印纸的转印材料,从而,能够消除向外部裸露的热熔胶粘合剂的负面效果,同时能够提供具有新的功能特性的时装材料的复合材料。

Claims (5)

1.一种将蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(a)在粘合衬上面放置蕾丝面料后压粘;
(b)在与蕾丝面料粘合的粘合衬上面放置转印纸后压粘,使得只通过所述蕾丝面料的通孔区域在所述粘合衬上转印转印材料;及
(c)从蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料中去除转印纸的反面纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的将蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料的制造方法,其特征在于,
在所述(a)步骤之前,还包括将所述粘合衬进行加热的步骤。
3.根据权利要求1所述的将蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料的制造方法,其特征在于,
在所述(b)步骤之前,还包括向与蕾丝面料粘合的粘合衬供应热风的步骤。
4.一种将蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(a)在平板压烫机的下板上面按顺序放置粘合衬、蕾丝面料及转印纸;
(b)用平板压烫机的上板同时压粘所述平板压烫机的下板上面的粘合衬、蕾丝面料及转印纸,使得所述蕾丝面料与所述粘合衬粘合,并且只通过所述蕾丝面料的通孔区域向所述粘合衬转印转印材料;及
(c)从蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料去除转印纸反面纸。
5.一种蕾丝面料与粘合衬粘合的复合材料,根据权利要求1至4中的任一种制造方法制造。
