本发明公开了一种鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料及其制备工艺,鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料包括基层、胶水层和固定于所述胶水层上的珠片,所述珠片上设置有一层烫金层。鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料制备工艺包括步骤1,面料上胶;步骤2,转移珠片;步骤3,烫金。本发明具有以下优点和效果:采用先将面料上胶,再将珠片固定在面料上的涂层胶上,再加温后将珠片软化,通过热转移将烫金膜上的图案转移到软化的珠片上,冷却后即可获得鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料,不需要人工将多个珠片校准和拼凑形成完整图案,达到了降低工作量和劳动强度、缩短制作流程、珠片上的图案附着牢固不易磨损、鳄鱼纹不易变形的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品领域,特别涉及一种鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
鳄鱼纹面料是指通过后处理工艺将鳄鱼纹做到面料或牛皮上形成的面料,美观大方。如通过压花工艺制作鳄鱼纹面料时,将鳄鱼纹刻制在钢板上,再用压花机压出鳄鱼纹在面料表面。但是通过压花工艺压制出来的鳄鱼纹面料,在使用过程中鳄鱼纹面料的容易磨损,导致鳄鱼纹路变形。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鳄鱼纹不易变形的鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料,包括基层、胶水层和固定于所述胶水层上的珠片,所述珠片上设置有一层烫金层。
通过采用上述技术方案,珠片又称亮片,是常见的饰品,通常用PET、PET制作而成。采用胶水层将珠片附着固定在面料上,再通过烫金将图案热转移到珠片上,在珠片表面形成一层烫金层,获得鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料,珠片在基层上形成鳄鱼纹路,在使用过程中固体的珠片不易磨损和变形,达到了鳄鱼纹不易变形的效果。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述烫金层上设置有一层热固性树脂层。
通过采用上述技术方案,热固性树脂是指树脂加热后产生化学变化,逐渐硬化成型,再受热也不软化,也不能溶解的一种树脂。在烫金层上设置一层热固性树脂层,热固性树脂层硬化成型后,在烫金层表面形成不溶不熔的保护层,避免烫金层被磨损。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种上述鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料制备工艺,具有用珠片制作而成、制作方便、劳动强度低的效果。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:包括,步骤1,面料上胶,在面料上涂覆一层涂层胶;步骤2,转移珠片,加热熔化涂层胶,将珠片放置于面料上的涂层胶上固定;步骤3,烫金,继续加热升温,珠片软化后,将烫金膜上图案热转移到珠片表面,在珠片上形成一层烫金层,冷却后获得鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料。
通过采用上述技术方案,首先将涂层胶涂覆在面料上,涂层胶是指纺织涂层胶,是一种用于凃布在织物表面的高分子类化合物,粘合在面料表面。其次,加热升温后使涂层胶保持熔化状态,将珠片放置在涂层胶上固定。然后在步骤3中继续升温,使得珠片软化,将烫金膜上的图案热转移到软化后的珠片,如果直接在硬化的珠片上烫金,图案附着在珠片上连接并不牢固,容易从珠片上脱落。因此先将珠片软化,使烫金膜上的图案转移到软化的珠片上,再冷却后重新凝固的珠片将图案固定在珠片上,在珠片表面形成一层结合牢固的烫金层,冷却后即可得到具有完成图案的鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料,达到了珠片上的图案附着牢固不易磨损、鳄鱼纹不易磨损和变形的效果。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述涂层胶内包含热固性树脂。
通过采用上述技术方案,热固性树脂位于涂层胶中,热固性树脂硬化成型后形成一层不溶不熔的膜,使得涂层胶凝固后不再熔化,避免温度升高后珠片从面料上脱落。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述涂层胶为PU胶、热固性的PA胶中的一种。
通过采用上述技术方案,PU胶是指聚氨酯类涂层胶,是一种常见的涂层胶。热固性的PA胶是指用热固性聚丙烯酸酯类制作而成的涂层胶。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述步骤2中的珠片为PET珠片;所述步骤3,烫金,继续加热升温至180℃-190℃,珠片软化后,将烫金膜上图案热转移到珠片表面,在珠片上形成一层烫金层,冷却后获得鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料。
通过采用上述技术方案,PET是指聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,PET珠片是一种常见的珠片,玻璃化温度80℃,热变形温度为98℃,熔点为250-255°C。当PET珠片加热到180℃-190℃时,珠片受热变形和软化,但是不会被熔化呈液态,在180℃-190℃下进行烫金工艺,PET珠片软化过度而发粘,又能附着烫金膜上的图案。
本发明的进一步设置为:所述步骤3,烫金,继续加热升温,保持温度在185℃,珠片软化后,将烫金膜上图案热转移到珠片表面,在珠片上形成一层烫金层,冷却后获得鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料。
通过采用上述技术方案,将热固性树脂涂覆在珠片上的烫金层上,热固性成型后形成不溶不熔的保护层,避免珠片上的烫金层被磨损,延长珠片的使用寿命。
本发明的进一步设置为:步骤3,烫金,继续加热升温,珠片软化后,将烫金膜上图案热转移到珠片表面,在珠片上形成一层烫金层,再在烫金层上涂覆一层热固性树脂,冷却后获得鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料。
通过采用上述技术方案,热固性树脂涂覆在珠片上的烫金层上后,硬化成型形成一层不溶不熔的保护层,能够起到保护珠片上的烫金层不易磨损,延长珠片的使用寿命。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:采用先将面料上胶,再将珠片固定在面料上的涂层胶上,再加温后将珠片软化,通过热转移将烫金膜上的图案转移到软化的珠片上,冷却后即可获得鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料,选固定珠片再印上图案,不需要人工将多个珠片校准和拼凑形成完整图案,达到了珠片上的图案附着牢固不易磨损、鳄鱼纹不易磨损和变形的效果。

步骤3:烫金,继续加热升温,使面料温度保持在180℃-190℃,珠片受热软化后,通过烫金机将烫金膜上的图案加热转移到软化的珠片上,冷却后获得鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料。
在步骤2中,将珠片排布形成鳄鱼纹状,烫金膜上的图案转转移到珠片上后,形成幻彩的效果。

1.一种鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料,其特征在于:包括面料、胶水层和固定于所述胶水层上的珠片,所述珠片上设置有一层烫金层,鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料制备工艺包括,步骤1,面料上胶,在面料上涂覆一层涂层胶;步骤2,转移珠片,加热熔化涂层胶,将珠片放置于面料上的涂层胶上固定;步骤3,烫金,继续加热升温,珠片软化后,将烫金膜上图案热转移到珠片表面,在珠片上形成一层烫金层,冷却后获得鳄鱼纹幻彩烫金面料。
