本发明涉及燃料技术领域,特别涉及一种复合汽油。
背景技术
汽油是汽油发动机工作所需的燃料。目前,汽油主要是通过石油提炼得到的,原料来源较单一,成本高,燃烧不完全,动力不能完全释放,尾气排放有害物质多,对环境造成污染。另一方面,随着经济发展,我国石油后备资源不足的问题已充分显现,面对石油危机的威胁,如何提高汽油燃烧性能是当前汽车工业十分关注的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的启动性、动力性、抗爆性、抗腐性、安定性,燃烧完全,尾气排放有害物质少,节能环保的复合汽油。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种复合汽油,是由下述重量百分比的原料组成:甲醇15-35%,汽油50-80%,抗爆剂0.6-3%,抗氧剂0.2-1%,醇类物质4-12%,苯类物质3-9%,醚类物质3-10%,表面活性剂5-18%,腐蚀抑制剂0.2-2%。所述的抗爆剂为二茂铁、甲基叔丁基醚、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰、乙基叔丁基醚、碳酸二甲酯、二异丙醚中的至少一种。所述的抗氧剂为对氨基苯酚、邻叔丁基对苯二酚、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的至少一种。所述的醇类物质为异丙醇、异丁醇、叔丁醇、正丁醇中的至少一种。所述的苯类物质为苯、甲苯、二甲苯中的至少一种。所述的醚类物质为二甲醚、乙醚中的至少一种。所述的表面活性剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。所述的腐蚀抑制剂为乙二胺、三乙胺、三乙醇胺、环己胺、六亚甲基四胺、N,N'-二亚水杨基丙二胺中的至少一种。
本发明取得的有益效果在于:可直接用于各类汽油发动机,无需改变现有车辆发动机系统结构。燃烧充分,动力强劲,尾气排放清洁。

一种复合汽油,其组分的重量配比为:甲醇25%,汽油70%,二茂铁0.5%,二异丙醚0.5%,甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰0.5%,对氨基苯酚0.3%,硫磷丁辛基锌盐0.3%,异丙醇2%,异丁醇2%,叔丁醇2%,正丁醇2%,甲苯3%,二甲苯3%,二甲醚3%,乙醚3%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯6%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚6%,六亚甲基四胺0.6%,乙二胺0.5%。将上述原料加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀,过滤除杂,即可得到上述复合汽油。

Claims (8)

1.一种复合汽油,其特征在于,是由下述重量百分比的原料组成:甲醇15-35%,汽油50-80%,抗爆剂0.6-3%,抗氧剂0.2-1%,醇类物质4-12%,苯类物质3-9%,醚类物质3-10%,表面活性剂5-18%,腐蚀抑制剂0.2-2%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合汽油,其特征在于,所述的抗爆剂为二茂铁、甲基叔丁基醚、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰、乙基叔丁基醚、碳酸二甲酯、二异丙醚中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合汽油,其特征在于,所述的抗氧剂为对氨基苯酚、邻叔丁基对苯二酚、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、2、6-二叔丁基对甲酚中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合汽油,其特征在于,所述的醇类物质为异丙醇、异丁醇、叔丁醇、正丁醇中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合汽油,其特征在于,所述的苯类物质为苯、甲苯、二甲苯中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合汽油,其特征在于,所述的醚类物质为二甲醚、乙醚中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合汽油,其特征在于,所述的表面活性剂为失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合汽油,其特征在于,所述的腐蚀抑制剂为乙二胺、三乙胺、三乙醇胺、环己胺、六亚甲基四胺、N,N'-二亚水杨基丙二胺中的至少一种。
