Abstract

本发明涉及一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其由以下质量分数的各原料组成:直馏汽油40‑60%,烷基化汽油20‑30%,石油醚8‑20%,混合醇5‑10%,C4‑C5醚类化合物0.5‑2.8%,C2‑C3二胺类化合物0.1‑0.5%。优点为,本发明以炼油厂的副产品(直馏汽油、烷基化汽油和石油醚)为主要原料,添加适量的醇类、醚类及二胺类抗爆剂,不含包含了金属元素的添加剂,相对于传统的单纯添加甲基叔丁基醚的汽油,仅添加较少量的二胺类抗爆剂就可使醚类抗爆剂的比例大大降低,且甲基异丙基醚和乙二胺组合使用时在抗爆方面具有意想不到的协同增强效果。

一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油
技术领域
本发明属于石油化工领域,涉及一种清洁燃油,具体涉及一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油。
背景技术
汽油发动机产生爆震与汽油的质量有关,如:汽油易氧化,形成的过氧化物不易分解,自燃点低等,所以汽油抗爆性是汽油质量最重要的指标之一,汽油的抗爆性通过辛烷值标识即汽油标号。
汽油抗爆剂根据其化学性质可分为不同种类,目前常见的主要有:醇类、醚类、金属类和胺类。现有技术中醚类抗爆剂的应用较为普及,MTBE(甲基叔丁基醚)为其主要代表,MTBE在国内多数炼厂具有生产,但受限于氧含量过高和热值较低,在汽油中的掺兑量通常不超过10%;金属类抗爆剂常见的主要有四乙基铅、二茂铁、MMT(甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰)或CMT,由于在发动机内部会产生金属沉积物,导致汽缸磨损、火花塞点火不良、氧传感器和三元催化器中毒等严重故障,目前已被禁止或限制,其中四乙基铅和二茂铁的添加列为国标明确禁止,锰系抗爆剂则被加以严格限制使用(检出限量低于0.018g/L)。目前,市场上容易见到的主要是锰系抗爆剂,亦有少量二茂铁抗爆剂。胺类抗爆剂则碱性较强,容易产生腐蚀,同时由于价格较高,较少有市场应用。现有技术中目前主流的清洁汽油,还是添加MTBE的醚基清洁汽油,但MTBE除了氧含量高和热值低的问题外,还存在更严重的致癌及因不能把芳烃、烯烃、C4-C12有效的组合到一起而燃烧不充分,导致废气多和引发PM2.5的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,旨在克服现有的单纯添加MTBE的醚基清洁汽油存在的燃烧不充分、废气多、引发PM2.5、致癌以及热值相对较低等不足。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其由以下质量分数的各原料组成:直馏汽油40-60%,烷基化汽油20-30%,石油醚8-20%,混合醇5-10%,C4-C5醚类化合物0.5-2.8%,C2-C3二胺类化合物0.1-0.5%。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以有如下更优选择或具体选择。
优选的,上述车用醇醚基清洁汽油由以下质量分数的各原料组成:直馏汽油45-55%,烷基化汽油20-25%,石油醚15-20%,混合醇5-7%,C3-C5醚类化合物0.8-1.2%,C2-C3二胺类化合0.2-0.3%。
具体的,所述混合醇由甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇和叔丁醇中的两种或两种以上混合而成。
具体的,所述混合醇由甲醇和叔丁醇按照1:2-3的质量比混合而成。
具体的,所述醚类化合物为甲基叔丁基醚或甲基异丙基醚。
具体的,所述胺类化合物为乙二胺或丙二胺。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明以炼油厂的副产品(直馏汽油、烷基化汽油和石油醚)为主要原料,添加适量的醇类、醚类及二胺类抗爆剂,不含包含了金属元素的添加剂,相对于传统的单纯添加甲基叔丁基醚的汽油,仅添加较少量的二胺类抗爆剂就可使醚类抗爆剂的比例大大降低,且甲基异丙基醚和乙二胺组合使用时在抗爆方面具有意想不到的协同增强效果;本发明获得的车用醇醚基清洁汽油各项指标均高于在售的92号汽油,其热值高且辛烷值在93以上,经尾气检测发现比传统的单纯添加甲基叔丁基醚的汽油,本发明得到的车用醇醚基清洁汽油的燃烧更充分。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其由以下质量分数的各原料组成:
直馏汽油60%,烷基化汽油20%,石油醚10%,混合醇(甲醇和乙醇1:1,为质量比,下同)8%,甲基叔丁基醚1.5%,乙二胺0.5%。
实施例2
一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其由以下质量分数的各原料组成:
直馏汽油40%,烷基化汽油30%,石油醚20%,混合醇(甲醇、乙醇和异丙醇1:1:1)7%,甲基叔丁基醚2.8%,乙二胺0.2%。
实施例3
一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其由以下质量分数的各原料组成:
直馏汽油50%,烷基化汽油30%,石油醚9%,混合醇(乙醇和异丙醇1:1)10%,甲基叔丁基醚0.9%,丙二胺0.1%。
实施例4
一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其由以下质量分数的各原料组成:
直馏汽油55%,烷基化汽油25%,石油醚10%,混合醇(甲醇和异丙醇1:1)9%,甲基叔丁基醚0.5%,乙二胺0.5%。
实施例5
一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其由以下质量分数的各原料组成:
直馏汽油45%,烷基化汽油25%,石油醚20%,混合醇(甲醇和叔丁基醇1:2)8.6%,甲基异丙基醚1.2%,乙二胺0.3%。
实施例6
一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其由以下质量分数的各原料组成:
直馏汽油55%,烷基化汽油20%,石油醚17%,混合醇(甲醇和叔丁基醇1:3)7%,甲基异丙基醚0.8%,乙二胺0.2%。

与实施例6相比,仅不含甲基异丙基醚,其余组分之间的比例保持不变。

与实施例6相比,仅不含乙二胺,其余组分之间的比例保持不变。

按照相应的标准测试方法,对上述各实施例得到的车用醇醚基清洁汽油进行相应的测试,测得的主要数据如下表所示:
由上表可知,本发明提供的车用醇醚基清洁汽油完全符合国标要求,满足实用要求,其品质相对较高,优于当前普遍使用的92号汽油及93号汽油,尤其是选用乙二胺和甲基异丙基醚按一定量配比作为抗爆剂时,两者在抗爆方面的协同作用非常明显,相比于单独使用,组合使用时可使研究法辛烷值提升2至3个数值,大大超过了乙二胺和甲基叔丁基醚组合使用时的抗爆协同作用,也即二胺类与醚类抗爆剂组合使用在抗爆性方面有协同增强作用,尤其是二胺和甲基异丙基醚的组合使用,具有意想不到的协同效果,可大大减少两者的用量,从而降低成本。
此外,本发明还对上述各实施例对应的汽油进行实际使用试验并测试了尾气成份并对检查了其对积碳清理的作用,测试结果表明,其尾气中有害成份的含量明显低于市售的92号汽油,同时对发动机积碳有一定的清理效果,清除比例在60%以上。

1.一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其特征在于,由以下质量分数的各原料组成:直馏汽油40-60%,烷基化汽油20-30%,石油醚8-20%,混合醇5-10%,C4-C5醚类化合物0.5-2.8%,C2-C3二胺类化合物0.1-0.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其特征在于,由以下质量分数的各原料组成:直馏汽油45-55%,烷基化汽油20-25%,石油醚15-20%,混合醇5-7%,C3-C5醚类化合物0.8-1.2%,C2-C3二胺类化合0.2-0.3%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其特征在于,所述混合醇由甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇和叔丁醇中的两种或两种以上混合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其特征在于,所述混合醇由甲醇和叔丁醇按照1:2-3的质量比混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其特征在于,所述C4-C5醚类化合物为甲基叔丁基醚或甲基异丙基醚。
6.根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种车用醇醚基清洁汽油,其特征在于,所述C2-C3胺类化合物为乙二胺或丙二胺。
