Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型车用轻烃燃料,其组份的重量份如下:(1)轻烃:100重量份;(2)芳烃:4~60重量份;(3)无铅抗爆剂:0~20重量份;(4)阳离子氟碳表面活性剂:0~0.2重量份;(5)表面活性增标剂:0.001~2重量份。本发明产品可提高燃料的自燃点,改善燃料馏程分布,提高燃料的燃烧速率,提高发动机动力,减少发动机磨损,避免火花塞的积炭现象,降低燃油消耗,热值≥42000KJ/kg,具有节能,环保,低成本的新型汽车替代燃料。

技术领域
本发明涉及环保型车用轻烃燃料,更具体的说,涉及利用石油化工炼厂或天然气凝析油中提取的以戊烷及更重的烃类为主要成份的环保型车用轻烃燃料。
背景技术
国家从2006年8月1日起,北京、上海二市率先实施机动车污染物排放国家标准(国III标准)。使用汽油的机动车由于馏程分布广,高沸点组分在燃烧时易产生CO、HC,不易达到国III,由于轻烃馏程低、沸点也低、燃烧完全,CO、HC污染物排放极少。能达到(国III)排放限值。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是公开一种环保型车用轻烃燃料,以克服现有技术存在的上述缺陷及环境污染问题,满足有关方面的需要。
本发明所要解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种环保型车用轻烃燃料,其特征在于,组份的重量份如下:
(1)轻烃 100重量份
(2)芳烃 4~60重量份
(3)无铅抗爆剂 0~20重量份
(4)阳离子氟碳表面活性剂 0~0.2重量份
(5)表面活性增标剂 0.001~2重量份
本发明所述的轻烃是石油化工炼厂或天然气凝析油提取的以戊烷及更重的烃类为主的馏分,其RON为50~80。
本发明所述的芳烃包括甲苯、二甲苯或生产甲苯之混合芳烃。
本发明所述的无铅抗爆剂为甲基叔丁基醚(methyl tert-butyl ether、简称MTBE)、甲基叔戊基醚(tert-amyl methyl ether、简称TAME),叔丁基醇、异丁醇、无水甲醇或无水乙醇。
本发明所述的阳离子氟碳表面活性剂为氟烷基胺盐或季铵盐阳离子氟碳表面活性剂,选自式(1)、(2)或(3)中的一种或其混合物。阳离子氟碳表面活性剂使用量,以轻烃100重量份计算,一般使用量为0~0.2重量份;较佳为0~0.1重量份。
(1)含氟烷基胺季铵盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂:
(CF3)2CF(CF2)6CH2CH(OH)CH2N+(CH3)3I-
(2)全氟烷基酰胺季铵盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂:

(3)氟烷基胺盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂:

本发明所述的表面活性增标剂为下列组分①~⑥之一与组分⑦混合而成其中组分①~⑥之一与组分⑦之用量比为100重量份:60~80重量份。表面活性增标剂之使用量,以轻烃100重量份计算,一般使用量为0.001~2重量份;较佳为0.01~0.2重量份。

本发明的环保型车用轻烃燃料的制备方法为一种物理混合方法,将各种原料混合,即可。
经添加表面活性增标剂,使本发明环保型轻烃燃料的研究法辛烷值(RON)≥93,适用各种压缩比的汽车发动机,成为环保型车用轻烃燃料。
添加表面活性增标剂的环保型车用轻烃燃料,可提高燃料的自燃点,改善燃料馏程分布,提高燃料的燃烧速率,提高发动机动力,减少发动机磨损,避免火花塞的积碳现象,降低燃油消耗,热值≥42000KJ/kg,具有节能,环保,低成本的新型汽车替代燃料。
本发明产品环保型车用轻烃燃料,经排气污染物CO,HC,NOx的含量测试,其量均低于GB18352.3-2005之标准甚多。
本发明产品环保型车用轻烃燃料,为降低成本,也可使用下列组分⑧、⑨、⑩或其混合物来替代表面活性增标剂之部分

(1)轻烃 100重量份
(2)芳烃 4~60重量份
(3)无铅抗爆剂 0~20重量份
(4)阳离子氟碳表面活性剂 0~0.2重量份
(5)表面活性增标剂 0.001~2重量份
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料,其特征在于,所述的轻烃是石油化工炼厂或天然气凝析油提取的以戊烷及更重的烃类为主的馏分。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型车用燃料,其特征在于,所述的芳烃包括甲苯、二甲苯或生产甲苯之混合芳烃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料,其特征在于,所述的无铅抗爆剂为甲基叔丁基醚、甲基叔戊基醚、叔丁基醇、异丁醇、无水甲醇或无水乙醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料,其特征在于,所述的阳离子氟碳表面活性剂为氟烷基胺盐或季铵盐阳离子氟碳表面活性剂,选自式(1)、(2)或(3)中的一种或其混合物:
(1)含氟烷基胺季铵盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂:
(CF3)2CF(CF2)6CH2CH(OH)CH2N+(CH3)3I-
(2)全氟烷基酰胺季铵盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂:

(3)氟烷基胺盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂:

8.根据权利要求1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料,其特征在于,以轻烃100重量份计算,其中阳离子氟碳表面活性剂用量,较佳为0~0.1重量份。
9.根据权利要求1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料,其特征在于,以轻烃100重量份计算,其中表面活性增标剂使用量,较佳为0.01~0.2重量份。
10.根据权利要求1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料,其特征在于,必要时亦可添加下列组分之一或其混合物:
