本发明涉及环保型车用轻烃燃料, 更具体的说, 涉及利用石油化工炼厂或 天然气凝析油中提取的以戊烷及更重的烃类为主要成份的环保型车用轻烃燃 料。 背景技术
国家从 2006年 8月 1 日起, 北京、 上海二市率先实施机动车污染物排放 国家标准 (国 III标准)。 使用汽油的机动车由于馏程分布广, 高沸点组分在燃烧 时易产生 CO、 HC, 不易达到国 III, 由于轻烃馏程低、 沸点也低、 燃烧完全, CO、 HC污染物排放极少。 能达到 (国 III)排放限值。 发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是公开一种环保型车用轻烃燃料,以克服现有 技术存在的上述缺陷及环境污染问题, 满足有关方面的需要。
本发明所要解决的技术问题可以通过以下技术方案来实现- 一种环保型车用轻烃燃料, 其特征在于, 组份的重量份如下:

(4) 阳离子氟碳表面活性剂 0〜0.2重量份

本发明所述的芳烃包括甲苯、 二甲苯或生产甲苯之混合芳烃。
本发明所述的无铅抗爆剂为甲基叔丁基醚 (methyl tert-butyl ether, 简称
MTBE)、 甲基叔戊基醚 (tert-amyl methyl ether、简称 TAME) , 叔丁基醇、异丁 醇、 无水甲醇或无水乙醇。
本发明所述的阳离子氟碳表面活性剂为氟烷基胺盐或季铵盐阳离子氟碳 表面活性剂, 选自式 (1)、 (2)或 (3)中的一种或其混合物。 阳离子氟碳表面活性 剂使用量, 以轻烃 100重量份计算,一般使用量为 0〜0.2重量份;较佳为 0〜0.1 重量份。

权利要求
1. 一种环保型车用轻烃燃料, 其特征在于, 组份的重量份如下:
( 1 ) 轻烃 100重量份
(2)芳烃 4〜60重量份
(3)无铅抗爆剂 0〜20重量份
(4)阳离子氟碳表面活性剂 0〜0. 2重量份
(5)表面活性增标剂 0.001-2重量份
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料,其特征在于,所述的轻烃 是石油化工炼厂或天然气凝析油提取的以戊烷及更重的烃类为主的馏分。
3.根据权利要求 1所述的环保型车用燃料, 其特征在于, 所述的芳烃包括 甲苯、 二甲苯或生产甲苯之混合芳烃。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料,其特征在于,所述的无铅 抗爆剂为甲基叔丁基醚、 甲基叔戊基醚、 叔丁基醇、 异丁醇、 无水甲醇或无水 乙醇。 *
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料,其特征在于,所述的阳离 子氟碳表面活性剂为氟垸基胺盐或季铵盐阳离子氟碳表面活性剂, 选自式 (1)、 (2)或 (3)中的一种或其混合物: ω含氟烷基胺季铵盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂:
(CFs) 2CF (CF2) 6CH2CH (OH) C腿 + (CH3)3r
(2)全氟垸基酰胺季铵盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂 - C7Fi5CONH (CH2) 3N+ (CH3)3r
(3)氟垸基胺盐型阳离子氟碳表面活性剂:

6. 根据权利要求 1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料,其特征在于,所述的表面 活性增标剂为下列组分①〜⑥之一与组分⑦混合而成:

③ .C8F17S02N(CH3)CH2CH2OP(0)(OH)2 ④ . C8F17S02N(CH3)CH2CH2OP(0)( ONa )2
⑤ .C8F17S02N(C2H5)CH2C OP(0)(OH)2
⑥ . C8F17S02N(C2H5)CH2CH2OP(0)( ONa)2
⑦ . C17H35CONH(CH2)2NHCOC17H35
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料,其特征在于,所述的表面 活性增标剂为权利要求 6所述的组分①〜⑥之一与组分⑦之用量比为 100重量 份: 60~80重量份
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料, 其特征在于, 以轻烃 100 重量份计算,其中阳离子氟碳表面活性剂用量,较佳为 0 ~0.1重量份
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料, 其特征在于, 以轻烃 100 重量份计算,其中表面活性增标剂使用量, 较佳为 0.01~0.2重量份。
10. 根据权利要求 1所述的环保型车用轻烃燃料, 其特征在于, 必要时亦可 添加下列组分之一或其混合物:
