一种汽车用低油耗费托合成粗液蜡醇醚燃料
技术领域
本发明涉及节能环保燃料技术,具体是一种汽车用低油耗费托合成粗液蜡醇醚燃料。
背景技术
目前因石油进口额度高达57%,其安全限度大幅超过30%,以及中国“煤多油少”格局,煤制甲醇费托合成石脑油供大于求等大环境因素,甲汽油汽油掺甲醇方式的“甲醇汽油”以其环保,节省石油资源等优势,已成为新能源投资热点,全国各地的甲醇汽油项目已多见报道,但目前成功者寥寥无几,由于甲醇汽油地方标准的缺陷缺少“热值”项目的检测,就导致了甲醇汽油发展路线多支,配方千变万化,专利技术花样繁多,每个都可以使用,而且都可以符合“标准”,能否被市场认可,实际上则必须应具备两大“硬”指标:一是“油耗”问题:能否做到和国标水汽油持平,二是成本问题:即甲醇比例是否足够高,“油耗”必须做到和国标示汽油持平。如果油耗大于汽油,则导致发动机空燃比的降低,空燃比是发动机正常工作的关键指标,改变空燃比,就会导致发动机不能正常工作,在最佳状态,如果甲醇汽油热值低,则油耗大,发动机空燃比降低,动力提速弱,反之,则油耗小,空燃比增加,动力强劲,但会使燃料燃烧不全,出现积碳后果更严重。最佳热值依然是做到和国标汽油持平,成本问题:已知甲醇市场价格是成品汽油的三分之一,约等于25-30%,显然,甲醇比例越高,成本越低,但甲醇热值只有汽油50%,甲醇比例越高,热值越低,油耗越大,甲醇比例低,成本高,市场竞争力不佳,投资失败概率高,M15已有失败的例证。甲醇比例高,成本低,优势显著,但难度在于解次“油耗”,已知在同一发明人的20121053559专利中,已经就解决“油耗”原理阐述,但是其中的原料轻油“石脑油”作为乙烯裂解原料,供不应求,采购困难,或者运输距离太远,造成成本增加,对于南方缺油地区,更是显著。实际运作中,较高的运输成本制约了发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服现有技术的不足,提供一种汽车用低油耗费托合成粗液蜡醇醚燃料。这种醇醚燃料成本低,油耗低。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种汽车用低油耗费托合成粗液蜡醇醚燃料,所述醇醚燃料由以下重量百分比的原料制成:变性甲醇35-45%、轻芳烃10-15%、200#溶剂油15-20%、费托合成石脑油25-35%。
所述变性甲醇由以下质量份的原料混合制成:甲醇90份,添加剂10份。
所述添加剂以下质量份的原料混合制成:丙醇20份,乙酸乙酯10份,丁酸丁酯20份,司盘10份,碳酸二甲酯10份,异丙醚20份,二甲醚10份,偏二甲肼0.5份,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.5份。
上述汽车用低油耗费托合成粗液蜡醇醚燃料的制备方法,所述醇醚燃料制备方法的制备过程为:在常温常压下按重量百分比加入变性甲醇35-45%、轻芳烃10-15%、200#溶剂油15-20%、费托合成石脑油30-35%到容器中混合,所得的混合物即为醇醚燃料,所得醇醚燃料的相对密度为076-0.77,辛烷值在93-100之间可调。
使用时,本技术方案的产品可与国标汽油以任意比例混合使用,也可单独作为车用燃料使用。
这种醇醚燃料成本低,油耗低。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明的内容作进一步的阐述,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
一种汽车用低油耗费托合成粗液蜡醇醚燃料,所述醇醚燃料由以下重量百分比的原料制成:变性甲醇35-45%、轻芳烃10-15%、200#溶剂油15-20%、费托合成石脑油25-35%。
上述汽车用低油耗费托合成粗液蜡醇醚燃料的制备方法,所述醇醚燃料制备方法的制备过程为:在常温常压下按重量加入变性甲醇40公斤、轻芳烃10公斤、200#溶剂油20公斤、费托合成石脑油30公斤到容器中混合,得到100公斤的醇醚燃料,所得醇醚燃料的相对密度为076-0.77,辛烷值为94。
实施例2:
一种汽车用低油耗费托合成粗液蜡醇醚燃料,所述醇醚燃料由以下重量的原料制成:变性甲醇45公斤、轻芳烃10公斤、200#溶剂油18公斤、费托合成石脑油28公斤。其余同实施例1,得到100公斤的醇醚燃料,所得醇醚燃料的辛烷值为96。
使用实施例1和实施例2所得醇醚燃料与国标93#汽油进行对比测试,在相同的小型汽车加入1000毫升的燃料,运行120分钟,测试结果显示,实施例1和实施例2所得的醇醚燃料与国标93#汽油油耗相同,动力提速略大于汽油,冷启动与汽油相同,然后分别在行驶1000公里、2000公里、5002公里时拆检气缸,汽车气缸积碳环境正常。

1.一种汽车用低油耗费托合成粗液蜡醇醚燃料,其特征在于,所述醇醚燃料由以下重量百分比的原料制成:变性甲醇35-45%、轻芳烃10-15%、200#溶剂油15-20%、费托合成石脑油25-35%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用低油耗费托合成粗液蜡醇醚燃料,其特征在于,所述变性甲醇由以下质量份的原料混合制成:甲醇90份,添加剂10份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车用低油耗费托合成粗液蜡醇醚燃料,其特征在于,所述添加剂以下质量份的原料混合制成:丙醇20份,乙酸乙酯10份,丁酸丁酯20份,司盘10份,碳酸二甲酯10份,异丙醚20份,二甲醚10份,偏二甲肼0.5份,聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺0.5份。
4.权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的汽车用低油耗费托合成粗液蜡醇醚燃料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述醇醚燃料制备方法的制备过程为:在常温常压下按重量百分比加入变性甲醇35-45%,轻芳烃10-15%,200#溶剂油15-20%,费托合成石脑油30-35%到容器中混合,所得的混合物即为醇醚燃料。
