Abstract
本发明公开了一种高清洁醚基燃料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分制成:低碳混合醇:76‑84重量份,煤基二甲醚:8‑12份,添加剂:8‑12份;所述添加剂包括清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚;所述的清净分散剂:0.05份、金属钝化剂:0.05份、抗氧剂:0.1份‑0.5份、橡胶溶胀抑制剂:0.1份、乙基叔丁基醚:5份‑8份,溶剂2.3‑3.7份。本发明可燃烧更充分,降低也尾气中有害物质的排放;能有效的消除油箱及油路系统中杂质的沉淀和凝结,有良好的油路疏通作用;抗爆性好、能耗低;动力性好;生产成本低,效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃料领域,特别涉及一种高清洁醚基燃料。
背景技术
能源枯竭和环境污染是世界面临的严重问题。随着世界汽车保有量的迅速增长,世界范围内石油系燃料的供需矛盾日益突出,汽车发动机消耗石油总量巨大,废气排放成为当今大气污染的主要来源之一。从资源、环境、经济等方面考虑, 目前已使用的燃料中,低碳醇汽油,醚基复合汽油等汽油虽然氧化硫,氧化氮,一氧化碳等尾气排放量大幅度降低,但是具有辛烷值不高、抗爆性一般、来源麻烦、成本较高、燃烧完成性不高、动力性不强、保质期短,不可与普通汽油按任意比例混溶掺烧缺陷,不可与普通汽油按任意比例混溶掺烧等缺陷。
因此研究开发清洁替代燃料 以及合理利用资源已成为日益突出的现实性问题。具有现实意义和经济意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高清洁醚基燃料,该醚基燃料燃烧性能好,降低了汽车尾气中有害物质的排放,且成本低,动力性强,保质期长,清洁环保,安全性能高。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案 :
一种高清洁醚基燃料,由以下重量份的组分制成 :低碳混合醇:76-84份,煤基二甲醚:8-12份,添加剂:8-12份。
所述添加剂包括清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚。
所述的清净分散剂:0.05份、金属钝化剂:0.05份、抗氧剂:0.1份-0.5份、橡胶溶胀抑制剂:0.1份、乙基叔丁基醚:5份-8份,溶剂2.3-3.7份。
优选的,低碳混合醇:80份,煤基二甲醚:10份,添加剂:10份,所述的添加剂中清净分散剂:0.05份、金属钝化剂:0.05份、抗氧剂:0.3份、橡胶溶胀抑制剂:0.1份、乙基叔丁基醚:6.5份,溶剂3份。
进一步的,所述煤基二甲醚为从煤炭中提炼的二甲醚(CH3-O-CH3)。
优选的,所述低碳混合醇是5种含C1、C2、C3、 C4、C5的五种醇类混合的的醇类混合物。
优选的,所述金属钝化剂为苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物或含苯三唑衍生物复合剂的其中任意一种。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为2,6二叔丁基对甲酚。
优选的,所述清净分散剂为高碱值合成磺酸钙、单烯基丁二酰亚胺或双烯基丁二酰亚胺其中的任意一种。
优选的,所述橡胶溶胀抑制剂为二乙二醇丁醚。
优选的,所述溶剂为异辛烷。
所述煤基二甲醚是指生产二甲醚的原料甲醇从煤炭中提炼的,使用的煤基二甲醚符合国标 GB/T26605-2011标准要求。
先将添加剂中清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚溶解于溶剂中,然后将低碳混合醇先与添加剂在常温常压下调和均匀成为变性醇燃料,然后将变性醇燃料与煤基二甲醚在常温、常压下合成,即可得到本发明。
有益效果
1、本发明和汽油混合使用,可以增加汽油中的氧含量,使燃烧更充分,降低也尾气中有害物质的排放;2、本发明是一种优良的有机溶剂,能有效的消除油箱及油路系统中杂质的沉淀和凝结,有良好的油路疏通作用;3、本发明燃烧充分的特性,能有效预防和消除火花塞、燃烧室、气门、排气管消音器等部位积炭的形成;3、本发明的辛烷值高、抗爆性好、能耗低;4.本发明高温仍能保证加油机和汽车的正常运行,且动力性有所增加;5.本发明生产工艺简单 , 生产成本低,效果明显,易于推广。
具体实施方式
实施例 1
一种高清洁醚基燃料,由以下重量份的组分制成:低碳混合醇:76重量份,煤基二甲醚:10份,添加剂:12份;所述的添加剂中高碱值合成磺酸钙:0.05份、噻二唑衍生物:0.05份、2,6二叔丁基对甲酚:0.1份、二乙二醇丁醚:0.1份、乙基叔丁基醚:8份,异辛烷3.7份。
先将添加剂中清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚溶解于溶剂中,然后将低碳混合醇先与添加剂在常温常压下调和均匀成为变性醇燃料,然后将变性醇燃料与煤基二甲醚在常温、常压下合成,即可得到本发明
实施例 2
一种高清洁醚基燃料,由以下重量份的组分制成:低碳混合醇:84重量份,煤基二甲醚:10份,添加剂:8份;所述的添加剂中单烯基丁二酰亚胺:0.05份、含苯三唑衍生物复合剂:0.05份、2,6二叔丁基对甲酚:0.5份、二乙二醇丁醚:0.1份、乙基叔丁基醚:5份,异辛烷2.3份。
先将添加剂中清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚溶解于溶剂中,然后将低碳混合醇先与添加剂在常温常压下调和均匀成为变性醇燃料,然后将变性醇燃料与煤基二甲醚在常温、常压下合成,即可得到本发明。
实施例 3
一种高清洁醚基燃料,由以下重量份的组分制成 :低碳混合醇:80份,煤基二甲醚:10份,添加剂:10份;所述添加剂包括双烯基丁二酰亚胺0.05份、苯三唑衍生物0.05份、2,6二叔丁基对甲酚0.3份、二乙二醇丁醚0.1份、乙基叔丁基醚:6.5份,异辛烷3份。
先将添加剂中清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚溶解于溶剂中,然后将低碳混合醇先与添加剂在常温常压下调和均匀成为变性醇燃料,然后将变性醇燃料与煤基二甲醚在常温、常压下合成,即可得到本发明;使用时,可将本发明直接作为燃料使用,也可将本发明与汽油等燃料进行混合使用。

1.一种高清洁醚基燃料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分制成 :低碳混合醇:76-84重量份,煤基二甲醚:8-12份,添加剂:8-12份;所述添加剂包括清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚;所述的清净分散剂:0.05份、金属钝化剂:0.05份、抗氧剂:0.1份-0.5份、橡胶溶胀抑制剂:0.1份、乙基叔丁基醚:5份-8份,溶剂2.3-3.7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高清洁醚基燃料,其特征是,低碳混合醇:80份,煤基二甲醚:10份,添加剂:10份,所述的添加剂中清净分散剂:0.05份、金属钝化剂:0.05份、抗氧剂:0.3份、橡胶溶胀抑制剂:0.1份、乙基叔丁基醚:6.5份,溶剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高清洁醚基燃料,所述低碳混合醇是含C1、C2、C3、 C4、C5的五种醇类进行混合后的醇类混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高清洁醚基燃料,所述金属钝化剂为苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物或含苯三唑衍生物复合剂的其中任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高清洁醚基燃料,所述抗氧剂为2,6二叔丁基对甲酚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高清洁醚基燃料,所述清净分散剂为高碱值合成磺酸钙、单烯基丁二酰亚胺或双烯基丁二酰亚胺其中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高清洁醚基燃料,所述橡胶溶胀抑制剂为二乙二醇丁醚。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高清洁醚基燃料,所述溶剂为异辛烷。
