技术领域
本发明属于燃料技术领域,特别涉及节能型燃料油。
背景技术
石油作为一种不可再生资源,过度的开发和使用,特别在车用燃料上的使用,已经造成环境的严重污染,如果以目前的消耗速度计算在不久的将来石油资源会消耗殆尽。在目前的严峻形势下,如何节省汽油,减少汽油燃烧排放物对环境的污染,成为本领域的热点。
目前,机动车辆尾气排放已成为世界各大城市的主要污染源。而汽车发动机随着车辆的持续运行,会不知不觉的在发动机内部的节气门体、喷油嘴、气缸等部门产生油泥、积碳等影响汽车正常运行的物质。如果忽略油泥和积碳的存在,他们慢慢吞噬发动机动力,降低燃油经济性,增加污染环境的物质排放,并可导致一系列的发动机故障。
为了解决上述问题,市面上推出多种燃油添加剂,汽车功能助剂可以保护发动机的燃油系统、进气系统、润滑系统等部位,让发动机发挥持续的、可信赖的性能,通过清除积碳、油泥,可以提升动力,节省燃油,降低噪音,减少环境污染、降低因燃油导致的发动机故障。但现有的燃油功能助剂有些虽能在一定程度上改善汽油在内燃机中的燃烧性能,但会造成内燃机生锈、积碳严重,大大降低内燃机的正常运行,且同样污染环境;有些虽能减少环境污染,但却并不能很好的提高汽油在内燃机中的燃烧效率,造成油耗增加;有些即便能提高汽油在内燃机中的燃烧效率并对环境污染有所改善,但效果也并不是很理想,且使用的原料成本较高、制作工艺较为复杂。因此,研究开发一种节能燃料由变得非常重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供节能型燃料油,该燃料油燃烧性能好,可充分燃烧且燃烧效率高,节省燃料,降低成本,还具有良好抗冻性、防腐性和抗爆性,尾气排放量低。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供节能型燃料油,包括以下重量份的原料:汽油75~95份,甲醇15~35份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.01~0.06份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.01~0.06份,碳酸环己胺0.01~0.07份,助燃剂0.02~0.08份,分散剂0.01~0.05份。
本发明所述的助燃剂为5~15重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,3~11重量份甲基叔丁基醚和2~10重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
本发明所述的分散剂为8~18重量份石油磺酸钠,6~14重量份十二烷基苯磺酸和4~8重量份乙二醇丁醚的混合物。
优选地,本发明所述的节能型燃料油,包括以下重量份的原料:汽油80~90份,甲醇20~30份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.02~0.05份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.02~0.05份,碳酸环己胺0.02~0.05份,助燃剂0.03~0.06份,分散剂0.02~0.04份。
更优选地,本发明所述的节能型燃料油,包括以下重量份的原料:汽油85份,甲醇25份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.03份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.03份,碳酸环己胺0.04份,助燃剂0.05份,分散剂0.03份。
优选地,本发明所述的助燃剂为8~12重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,5~9重量份甲基叔丁基醚和4~8重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
更优选地,本发明所述的助燃剂为10重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,7重量份甲基叔丁基醚和6重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
优选地,本发明所述的分散剂为10~15重量份石油磺酸钠,8~12重量份十二烷基苯磺酸和5~7重量份乙二醇丁醚的混合物。
更优选地,本发明所述的分散剂为13重量份石油磺酸钠,10重量份十二烷基苯磺酸和6重量份乙二醇丁醚的混合物。
本发明所述的汽油可以是90#、93#或97#汽油中的一种。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的燃料油原料清洁溶解性强,可方式积炭生成,增加点火强度,提高汽车动力,利于冷启动,增加进、出气门的密封度。
2、本发明的燃料油燃烧性能好,可充分燃烧且燃烧效率高,节省燃料,降低成本,经试验,燃烧值提高1200~2100千卡/kg,节约成本29.8%~36.2%。
3、本发明的燃料油具有良好的互溶性,存放至少一年半不分层,不变质,且抗冻性好,即使在-35℃(72h)也不发生分层,能够正常使用。
4、本发明的燃料油减缓汽车设备部件的腐蚀,同时抑制对橡胶等部件的腐蚀,延长了设备的维修周期,经试验,铜片腐蚀(50℃,3h)为1a级。
5、本发明的燃料油具有良好的抗爆性,提高辛烷值,经试验,本发明燃料相对所使用的汽油辛烷值提高7~10个单位。
6、本发明的燃料油可以大大改善和减少尾气排放,清洁环保。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
节能型燃料油,包括以下重量份的原料(常温下,搅拌均匀即可):90#汽油75份,甲醇35份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.01份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.06份,碳酸环己胺0.01份,助燃剂0.08份,分散剂0.01份。
上述的助燃剂为15重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,3重量份甲基叔丁基醚和10重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
上述的分散剂为8重量份石油磺酸钠,14重量份十二烷基苯磺酸和4重量份乙二醇丁醚的混合物。
实施例2
节能型燃料油,包括以下重量份的原料(常温下,搅拌均匀即可):97#汽油80份,甲醇30份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.02份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.05份,碳酸环己胺0.02份,助燃剂0.06份,分散剂0.02份。
上述的助燃剂为12重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,5重量份甲基叔丁基醚和8重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
上述的分散剂为10重量份石油磺酸钠,12重量份十二烷基苯磺酸和5重量份乙二醇丁醚的混合物。
实施例3
节能型燃料油,包括以下重量份的原料(常温下,搅拌均匀即可):93#汽油85份,甲醇25份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.03份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.03份,碳酸环己胺0.04份,助燃剂0.05份,分散剂0.03份。
上述的助燃剂为10重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,7重量份甲基叔丁基醚和6重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
上述的分散剂为13重量份石油磺酸钠,10重量份十二烷基苯磺酸和6重量份乙二醇丁醚的混合物。

节能型燃料油,包括以下重量份的原料(常温下,搅拌均匀即可):93#汽油90份,甲醇20份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.05份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.02份,碳酸环己胺0.05份,助燃剂0.03份,分散剂0.04份。
上述的助燃剂为8重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,9重量份甲基叔丁基醚和4重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
上述的分散剂为15重量份石油磺酸钠,8重量份十二烷基苯磺酸和7重量份乙二醇丁醚的混合物。
实施例5
节能型燃料油,包括以下重量份的原料(常温下,搅拌均匀即可):90#汽油95份,甲醇15份,椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.06份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.01份,碳酸环己胺0.07份,助燃剂0.02份,分散剂0.05份。
上述的助燃剂为5重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,11重量份甲基叔丁基醚和2重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
上述的分散剂为18重量份石油磺酸钠,6重量份十二烷基苯磺酸和8重量份乙二醇丁醚的混合物。

所述的助燃剂为5~15重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,3~11重量份甲基叔丁基醚和2~10重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物;
所述的分散剂为8~18重量份石油磺酸钠,6~14重量份十二烷基苯磺酸和4~8重量份乙二醇丁醚的混合物。
