目前,机动车辆尾气排放已成为世界各大城市的主要污染源。而汽车发动机随着车辆的持续运行,会不知不觉的在发动机内部的节气门体、喷油嘴、气缸等部门产生油泥、积碳等影响汽车正常运行的物质。如果忽略油泥和积碳的存在,他们慢慢吞噬发动机动力,降低燃油经济性,增加污染环境的物质排放,并可导致一系列的发动机故障。
为了解决上述问题,市面上推出多种燃油添加剂,汽车功能助剂可以保护发动机的燃油系统、进气系统、润滑系统等部位,让发动机发挥持续的、可信赖的性能,通过清除积碳、油泥,可以提升动力,节省燃油,降低噪音,减少环境污染、降低因燃油导致的发动机故障。但现有的燃油功能助剂有些虽能在一定程度上改善汽油在内燃机中的燃烧性能,但会造成内燃机生锈、积碳严重,大大降低内燃机的正常运行,且同样污染环境;有些虽能减少环境污染,但却并不能很好的提高汽油在内燃机中的燃烧效率,造成油耗增加;有些即便能提高汽油在内燃机中的燃烧效率并对环境污染有所改善,但效果也并不是很理想,且使用的原料成本较高、制作工艺较为复杂。

本发明所述的辛烷值促进剂为8~18重量份季戊四醇、5~15重量份偶氮二甲酰胺和15~25重量份二烷基二苯胺的混合物。本发明的辛烷值促进剂可以提高车用汽油的辛烷值,防止汽缸中的爆震现象,减少能耗,还有利于减排。
本发明所述的抗氧化剂为10~18重量份2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、10~20重量份磷酸三甲苯酯和8~18重量份特丁基对苯二酚的混合物。本发明的抗氧化剂可防止汽油油在贮存过程中氧化生成的胶质沉渣,在使用过程中溶在燃料中的胶质因燃料汽化与雾化而沉积吸入系统,影响发动机的正常运转,显著改善汽油的贮存稳定性。
本发明所述的分散剂为15~25重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、7~17重量份葡萄糖酸钠和6~14重量份硬脂酸单甘油酯的混合物。本发明的分散剂能使不溶性物质在汽油中保持分散悬浮状态,以免在发动机的关键部位行成漆状沉积物,同时也能保证燃烧性能良好,降低排气量,减少污染。
本发明所述的腐蚀抑制剂为10~20重量份二乙二醇单己醚、15~25重量份2-甲基吡啶和5~15重量份乙二胺四乙酸的混合物。汽油中通常有微量水分或空气,在贮罐、管线及发动机油箱中可引起金属腐蚀或者锈蚀,缩短设备、机件寿命,生成的锈粒还可能阻塞燃料滤网和喷嘴等,影响发动机的正常运转,而添加腐蚀抑制剂可以避免这种情况的发生,延长设备的使用寿命。
本发明所述的润滑剂为10~20重量份羟基硬脂酸和15~25重量份甲基硅油的混合物。所述的润滑剂避免发动机出现磨损和损坏,延长发动机的寿命,且能够较为有效的降低硫含量。
优选地,本发明所述的多功能燃料油添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:

优选地,本发明所述的抗氧化剂为14重量份2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、15重量份磷酸三甲苯酯和13重量份特丁基对苯二酚的混合物。
优选地,本发明所述的分散剂为20重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、12重量份葡萄糖酸钠和10重量份硬脂酸单甘油酯的混合物。
在实际应用中,本发明的多功能燃料油添加剂的添加量为汽油质量的0.01%~0.06%。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的添加剂具有助燃,提高辛烷值,清净,抗氧化,降低有害物质排放,防腐等多种功能。
2、本发明的添加剂原料科学合理配伍,能够显著提高汽油的燃烧性能,提高燃烧效率,显著降低有害物的排放,经试验,有害物排放远小于标准。
3、本发明的添加剂能够显著提高汽油的贮存稳定性,使汽油贮存至少20个月不出现分层和沉淀物。
4、本发明的添加剂还能够显著提高汽油的辛烷值,提高抗爆性能,经试验,可提高汽油辛烷值9~15个单位。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
实施例1
多功能燃料油添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:
上述的清净剂为5重量份聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、15重量份3-羟基苯甲酸和20重量份对二乙胺基吡啶的混合物。
上述的辛烷值促进剂为18重量份季戊四醇、5重量份偶氮二甲酰胺和25重量份二烷基二苯胺的混合物。
上述的抗氧化剂为10重量份2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、20重量份磷酸三甲苯酯和8重量份特丁基对苯二酚的混合物。
上述的分散剂为25重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、7重量份葡萄糖酸钠和6~14重量份硬脂酸单甘油酯的混合物。
上述的腐蚀抑制剂为20重量份二乙二醇单己醚、15重量份2-甲基吡啶和15重量份乙二胺四乙酸的混合物。
上述的润滑剂为10重量份羟基硬脂酸和25重量份甲基硅油的混合物。

上述的润滑剂为12重量份羟基硬脂酸和22重量份甲基硅油的混合物。

实施例3
多功能燃料油添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:

上述的抗氧化剂为16重量份2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、12重量份磷酸三甲苯酯和15重量份特丁基对苯二酚的混合物。
上述的分散剂为18重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、15重量份葡萄糖酸钠和6~14重量份硬脂酸单甘油酯的混合物。
上述的腐蚀抑制剂为12重量份二乙二醇单己醚、22重量份2-甲基吡啶和8重量份乙二胺四乙酸的混合物。
上述的润滑剂为18重量份羟基硬脂酸和18重量份甲基硅油的混合物。
本发明的多功能燃料油添加剂在汽油燃料配制时的应用,所述添加剂占汽油燃料质量的0.05%。
实施例5
多功能燃料油添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:
上述的清净剂为15重量份聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、5重量份3-羟基苯甲酸和30重量份对二乙胺基吡啶的混合物。
上述的辛烷值促进剂为8重量份季戊四醇、15重量份偶氮二甲酰胺和15重量份二烷基二苯胺的混合物。
上述的抗氧化剂为18重量份2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、10重量份磷酸三甲苯酯和18重量份特丁基对苯二酚的混合物。
上述的分散剂为15重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、17重量份葡萄糖酸钠和6~14重量份硬脂酸单甘油酯的混合物。
上述的腐蚀抑制剂为10重量份二乙二醇单己醚、25重量份2-甲基吡啶和5重量份乙二胺四乙酸的混合物。
上述的润滑剂为20重量份羟基硬脂酸和15重量份甲基硅油的混合物。
本发明的多功能燃料油添加剂在汽油燃料配制时的应用,所述添加剂占汽油燃料质量的0.06%。
将实例1~5中所制备的多功能燃料油添加剂按照实施例中的添加量添加到93#汽油中,结果见表1:

注:上述93#汽油为纯汽油,未加添加剂;油耗增加率是指外在因素不变的情况下,车辆行驶50km,汽油相对配制汽油的国标汽油重量的百分比增加率。
将实例1~5中所制备的多功能燃料油添加剂按照实施例中的添加量添加到93#汽油中,使用本发明汽车燃料添加剂发动机排放与欧Ⅲ标准的比较结果,见表2:

Claims (6)

1.多功能燃料油添加剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:
所述的清净剂为5~15重量份聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺、5~15重量份3-羟基苯甲酸和20~30重量份对二乙胺基吡啶的混合物;
所述的辛烷值促进剂为8~18重量份季戊四醇、5~15重量份偶氮二甲酰胺和15~25重量份二烷基二苯胺的混合物;
所述的抗氧化剂为10~18重量份2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、10~20重量份磷酸三甲苯酯和8~18重量份特丁基对苯二酚的混合物;
所述的分散剂为15~25重量份二甲苯磺酸钠、7~17重量份葡萄糖酸钠和6~14重量份硬脂酸单甘油酯的混合物;
所述的腐蚀抑制剂为10~20重量份二乙二醇单己醚、15~25重量份2-甲基吡啶和5~15重量份乙二胺四乙酸的混合物;
所述的润滑剂为10~20重量份羟基硬脂酸和15~25重量份甲基硅油的混合物。
