本发明涉及燃料油技术领域,特别涉及一种燃料油添加剂。
背景技术
目前在实际应用中,燃料油添加剂很少应用于醇油燃料中,究其原因主要有两个方面:一、没有全面考虑整个燃料油在汽油发动机的气缸中的燃烧过程,从而未能很好地解决燃料油的抗爆性能;二、现有的燃料油添加剂价格昂贵,运用于燃料油中会大幅度提高燃料油的成本。
发明内容
为了解决上诉问题,本发明提供一种燃料油添加剂。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种燃料油添加剂,包括以下按质量百分数计算的成分:
棕腐酸25%~45%;植酸0.5%~4%;增溶剂1%~4%;防冻分散剂3%~10%;稳定剂8%~25%;防腐防溶胀剂1%~4%;降耗剂8%~28%;辛烷值提高剂2%~5%;抗氧化剂0.1%~0.2%。
进一步限定,包括以下按质量百分数计算的成分:棕腐酸37.5%;植酸1.8%;增溶剂2%;防冻分散剂6.3%;稳定剂20%;防腐防溶胀剂1.65%;降耗剂27%;辛烷值提高剂3.6%;抗氧化剂0.13%。
进一步限定,该燃料油添加剂还包括质量百分数为0.02%的增效剂。
进一步限定,所述增溶剂为甲缩醛。
进一步限定,所述防冻分散剂为异丙醇。
进一步限定,所述稳定剂为碳十二。
进一步限定,所述防腐防溶胀剂为异丙醚。

本发明的工作原理/有益效果为:棕腐酸、防冻分散剂、稳定剂、防腐防溶胀剂、降耗剂、辛烷值提高剂以及抗氧化剂均是价格低廉且来源丰富的物质、各物质的性能稳定且燃烧后产生的气体能够达到排放标准,对环境友好;该燃料油添加剂能够运用于燃料油的实际调和中能够提高燃料油的抗爆性能,使得燃料油能够稳定燃烧。
该燃料油添加剂能够提高燃料油的燃烧性能,延长了燃料油的存储时间,且使得燃料油不易分层和不易变质。

一种燃料油添加剂,包括以下按质量百分数计算的成分:棕腐酸25%;植酸0.5%;甲缩醛1%;异丙醇3%;碳十二8%;二氧化钛0.02%;异丙醚1%;石脑油8%;甲基叔丁基醚2%;液体石蜡0.1%。将该燃料油添加剂添加至与对照组相同的甲醇汽油中,分析甲醇汽油的性能如表1所示。
实施例2
一种燃料油添加剂,包括以下按质量百分数计算的成分:棕腐酸37.5%;植酸1.8%;甲缩醛2%;异丙醇6.3%;碳十二20%;二氧化钛0.02%;异丙醚1.65%;石脑油27%;甲基叔丁基醚3.6%;液体石蜡0.13%。将该燃料油添加剂添加至与对照组相同的甲醇汽油中,分析甲醇汽油的性能如表1所示。
实施例3
一种燃料油添加剂,包括以下按质量百分数计算的成分:棕腐酸45%;植酸4%;甲缩醛4%;异丙醇10%;碳十二25%;二氧化钛0.02%;异丙醚4%;石脑油28%;甲基叔丁基醚5%;液体石蜡0.2%。将该燃料油添加剂添加至与对照组相同的甲醇汽油中,分析甲醇汽油的性能如表1所示。

由表1得出的结论为:通过加入了本申请的燃料油添加剂的甲醇汽油的抗爆性能得到了大幅度的提升,有利于甲醇汽油的稳定燃烧。

1.一种燃料油添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下按质量百分数计算的成分:
棕腐酸25%~45%;植酸0.5%~4%;增溶剂1%~4%;防冻分散剂3%~10%;稳定剂8%~25%;防腐防溶胀剂1%~4%;降耗剂8%~28%;辛烷值提高剂2%~5%;抗氧化剂0.1%~0.2%。
