背景技术
石油作为一种不可再生资源,过度的开发和使用,特别在车用燃料上的使用,已经造成环境的严重污染,如果以目前的消耗速度计算在不久的将来石油资源会消耗殆尽。在目前的严峻形势下,如何节省汽油,减少汽油燃烧排放物对环境的污染,成为本领域的热点。
目前,机动车辆尾气排放已成为世界各大城市的主要污染源。而汽车发动机随着车辆的持续运行,会不知不觉的在发动机内部的节气门体、喷油嘴、气缸等部门产生油泥、积碳等影响汽车正常运行的物质。如果忽略油泥和积碳的存在,他们慢慢吞噬发动机动力,降低燃油经济性,增加污染环境的物质排放,并可导致一系列的发动机故障。
随着我国经济发展和人民生活质量的提高,社会对清洁能源的需求越来越大,醇基液体燃料因其清洁环保,而逐步成为新型替代燃料。醇基燃料是指以醇类(主要是乙醇或粗醇)为主调制的液体燃料,是一种廉价、环保的清洁能源。由于醇基燃料本身含氧,燃烧时需氧较少,燃料燃烧充分。目前市场上醇基燃料名称不一、成分繁杂,以乙醇或粗醇为主掺加许多石化副产物,造成尾气燃烧醇基燃料后的烟气排放污染物超标。现有技术中,还不能完全使用醇基燃料全部替代汽油使用,一般是将醇基燃料掺入汽油中使用。因此,研究开发一种部分掺入乙醇的汽油燃料能够达到汽油的使用标准且具有多种功能的燃料变得非常重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能燃料,该燃料燃烧性能好,具有良好抗冻性、防腐性和抗氧化性,尾气排放量低,辛烷值较高,可节约成本。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明提供一种多功能燃料,包括以下重量份的原料:汽油75~95份,乙醇15~35份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑0.01~0.06份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.01~0.06份,石油磺酸钠0.01~0.07份,助燃剂0.02~0.08份,抗氧化剂0.01~0.05份。
本发明所述的助燃剂为5~15重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,3~11重量份乙基叔丁基醚和2~10重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
本发明所述的抗氧化剂为8~18重量份3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸丙酯,6~14重量份二乙基对苯二胺和4~8重量份磷酸甲苯二苯酯的混合物。
优选地,本发明所述的一种多功能燃料,包括以下重量份的原料:汽油80~90份,乙醇20~30份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑0.02~0.05份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.02~0.05份,石油磺酸钠0.02~0.05份,助燃剂0.03~0.06份,抗氧化剂0.02~0.04份。

本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的燃料燃烧性能好,能迅速、完全地燃烧,从而降低油耗、减少燃烧室内的积炭和顶部活塞环的结焦,还能够提高热效率,降低颗粒物排放,同时也能够显著降低有害气体排放,同时尾气排放没有黑烟,节能环保,经试验,CO、HC、NOX和颗粒物排放分别显著降低52~78%、54~82%、56~92%、76~91%,燃烧值提高1300~2800千卡/kg。
2、本发明的燃料良好抗冻性和抗水性,经试验,即使在-35℃(72h)也不发生分层,能够正常使用,抗水率达36~43%。
3、本发明的燃料具有较好的防腐性能,与金属表面强烈作用,产生化学和物理吸附作用,形成良好的保护膜,从一定程度上隔离了腐蚀物质与金属件的接触,达到抑制腐蚀的目的,保护发动机燃料系统,延长使用期。经试验,铜片腐蚀(50℃,3h)为1a级。
4、本发明的燃料具有良好抗氧化性,防止燃料在贮存过程中氧化生成的胶质沉渣,在使用过程中溶在燃料中的胶质因燃料汽化与雾化而沉积吸入系统,影响发动机的正常运转,提高燃料贮存稳定性,经试验,本发明燃料贮存至少20个月不出现分层和沉淀物。
5、本发明的燃料具有良好的抗爆性,提高辛烷值,经试验,本发明燃料相对所使用的汽油辛烷值提高8~12个单位。

一种多功能燃料,包括以下重量份的原料(常温下,搅拌均匀即可):90#汽油75份,乙醇35份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑0.01份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.06份,石油磺酸钠0.01份,助燃剂0.08份,抗氧化剂0.01份。
上述的助燃剂为15重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,3重量份乙基叔丁基醚和10重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
上述的抗氧化剂为8重量份3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸丙酯,14重量份二乙基对苯二胺和4重量份磷酸甲苯二苯酯的混合物。

一种多功能燃料,包括以下重量份的原料(常温下,搅拌均匀即可):90#汽油95份,乙醇15份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑0.06份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.01份,石油磺酸钠0.07份,助燃剂0.02份,抗氧化剂0.05份。
上述的助燃剂为5重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,11重量份乙基叔丁基醚和2重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
上述的抗氧化剂为18重量份3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸丙酯,6重量份二乙基对苯二胺和8重量份磷酸甲苯二苯酯的混合物。

Claims (7)

1.一种多功能燃料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:汽油75~95份,乙醇15~35份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑0.01~0.06份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.01~0.06份,石油磺酸钠0.01~0.07份,助燃剂0.02~0.08份,抗氧化剂0.01~0.05份;
所述的助燃剂为5~15重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,3~11重量份乙基叔丁基醚和2~10重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物;
所述的抗氧化剂为8~18重量份3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸丙酯,6~14重量份二乙基对苯二胺和4~8重量份磷酸甲苯二苯酯的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能燃料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:汽油80~90份,乙醇20~30份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑0.02~0.05份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.02~0.05份,石油磺酸钠0.02~0.05份,助燃剂0.03~0.06份,抗氧化剂0.02~0.04份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的的多功能燃料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:汽油85份,乙醇25份,2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑0.03份,2-乙基-6-甲基苯酚0.03份,石油磺酸钠0.04份,助燃剂0.05份,抗氧化剂0.03份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能燃料,其特征在于:所述的助燃剂为8~12重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,5~9重量份乙基叔丁基醚和4~8重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能燃料,其特征在于:所述的助燃剂为10重量份3-叔丁基-4-羟基苯甲醚,7重量份乙基叔丁基醚和6重量份二乙二醇单丁醚的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的多功能燃料,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂为10~15重量份3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸丙酯,8~12重量份二乙基对苯二胺和5~7重量份磷酸甲苯二苯酯的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的多功能燃料,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂为13重量份3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸丙酯,10重量份二乙基对苯二胺和6重量份磷酸甲苯二苯酯的混合物。
