本发明涉及燃料添加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种多功能柴油添加剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:溴化1‑己基‑3‑甲基咪唑8~24份,二乙醇单异丙醇胺5~21份,1,5‑二硝基戊烷2~10份,二甲苯磺酸钠1~5份,醇醚羧酸钠1~7份,硬脂酸单甘油酯2~10份,甲基硅油1~5份,3‑羟基苯甲酸4~14份,乙酸异丙酯1~9份。本发明的多功能柴油添加剂具有清洁净化和防腐作用,提高燃烧性能和燃烧效率作用,有效节省汽油并降低尾气排放。

技术领域
本发明涉及燃料添加剂技术领域,特别涉及一种多功能柴油添加剂。
背景技术
目前,机动车辆尾气排放已成为世界各大城市的主要污染源。相比汽油车,柴油车对环境的污染更为严重,而越来越多的车辆及各种内燃机使用的燃油都是柴油。柴油是碳原子数C10-C22之间的碳氢化合物,由于含碳量高,燃烧过程中仅仅依靠空气中的氧作为助燃剂并不能使之完全燃烧,因而冒出大量黑烟,造成油耗增加,浪费资源并对环境有很大的污染。
为了提高柴油的燃烧效率,市面上推出多种燃油添加剂,但现有的燃油添加剂有些虽能在一定程度上改善柴油在内燃机中的燃烧性能,但会造成内燃机生锈、积碳严重,大大降低内燃机的正常运行,且同样污染环境;有些虽能减少环境污染,但却并不能很好的提高柴油在内燃机中的燃烧效率,造成油耗增加;有些即便能提高柴油在内燃机中的燃烧效率并对环境污染有所改善,但效果也并不是很理想,且使用的原料成本较高、制作工艺较为复杂。现有技术的很多添加剂,功能较为单一。因此,研究一种具有多功能柴油添加剂变得非常重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种多功能柴油添加剂,该添加剂具有清洁净化和防腐作用,提高燃烧性能和燃烧效率作用,有效节省汽油并降低尾气排放。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:

本发明的多功能柴油添加剂在柴油燃料配制时的应用时,可以使用常规的添加量,但优选地,本发明的多功能柴油添加剂在柴油燃料配制时的应用,所述添加剂占柴油燃料质量的0.02~0.08%,所述的柴油燃料质量为不含有添加剂的量。
更优选地,本发明的多功能柴油添加剂在柴油燃料配制时的应用,所述添加剂占柴油燃料质量的0.06%
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的溴化1-己基-3-甲基咪唑、二乙醇单异丙醇胺起到保洁和清除积碳的作用,同时还起到助溶的作用,防止柴油储存分层,还能提高柴油的低温性能,改善燃料冷启动问题。
2、本发明的硬脂酸单甘油酯和甲基硅油起到良好的润滑作用,保护发动机设备,节约发动机燃油,同时也有利于燃料充分燃烧减少尾气排放量。
3、本发明的二甲苯磺酸钠和醇醚羧酸钠起到很好的分散作用,防止分层,提高柴油的贮存稳定性和燃烧性能,可以使柴油尽可能充分燃烧,并降低废气排放,经测试,储存时间可达一年半以上,稳定不分层。
4、本发明的3-羟基苯甲酸和乙酸异丙酯能促使柴油迅速、完全地燃烧,从而降低油耗、减少燃烧室内的积炭和顶部活塞环的结焦,提高热效率,降低烟度,降低有害物质的排放,同时还能够较好地节约燃油。
5、本发明的1,5-二硝基戊烷提高了柴油的十六烷值,起到了减少喷嘴积碳和助燃的作用,加强保洁,节省柴油,经试验可提高柴油十六烷值提高7~9个单位。
6、本发明的配方协同作用,使柴油还具有防腐作用和抗水性,且有效节省柴油并降低尾气排放,显著减少黑烟和颗粒物的排放。

注:上述0#柴油为纯柴油,未加添加剂;油耗增加率是指外在因素不变的情况下,车辆行驶50km,柴油相对配制柴油的国标柴油重量的百分比增加率。

从上面可以看出,:(1)用本发明多功能柴油添加剂制成的柴油低温抗相分离性能稳定,在-30℃下放置72h仍澄净透明,均未发生相分离现象。(2)所配制的不同比例的柴油,抗水性均在21%以上,有效地提高了柴油的稳定性,能够满足柴油贮存、运输、使用的需求。(3)经实际路试检测,油耗比国标柴油少,汽车动力性不减。(4)尾气排放清洁,尾气排放量明显降低。
