Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型醚基汽油,由以下重量份的组分制成:汽油50‑70份,醚基燃料30‑50份;所述醚基燃料为低碳混合醇,煤基二甲醚,添加剂按照8:1:1比例进行混合;先将添加剂按照比例溶混合,然后将低碳混合醇先与添加剂调和均匀成为变性醇燃料,变性醇燃料与煤基二甲醚在常温、常压下合成,最后将合成的醚基燃料与汽油进行混合,本发明可以使汽油燃烧的更充分,大幅度降低降低尾气中有害物质氧化硫,氧化氮,一氧化碳等尾气的排放;本发明能有效预防火花塞、燃烧室、气门、排气管消音器等部位积炭的形成;本发明高温仍能保证加油机和汽车的正常运行,且动力性有所增加;本发明生产工艺简单,生产成本低,效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽油领域,特别涉及一种新型醚基汽油。
背景技术
能源枯竭和环境污染是世界面临的严重问题。随着世界汽车保有量的迅速增长,世界范围内石油系燃料的供需矛盾日益突出,汽车发动机消耗石油总量巨大,废气排放成为当今大气污染的主要来源之一。从资源、环境、经济等方面考虑,目前已使用的燃料中,低碳醇汽油等汽油虽然已经在广泛使用,但是也具有辛烷值不高、抗爆性一般、来源麻烦、成本较高、燃烧完成性不高、动力性不强、保质期短、安全性能低等缺陷,而且汽车尾气中有害物质的排放量减少的相对比例低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型醚基汽油,该醚基汽油燃烧性能好,降低了汽车尾气中有害物质的排放,且成本低,动力性强,保质期长,清洁环保,安全性能高。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种新型醚基汽油,由以下重量份的组分制成:汽油50-70份,醚基燃料30-50份。
所述醚基燃料为低碳混合醇,煤基二甲醚,添加剂的混合物。
将低碳混合醇:煤基二甲醚:添加剂按照8:1:1比例进行混合。
所述添加剂包括清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚,溶剂。
将清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚、溶剂按照1:1:2:2:100:50比例混合。
优选的,所述汽油60份,醚基燃料40份。
优选的,所述低碳混合醇是5种含C1、C2、C3、C4、C5的五种醇类混合的的醇类混合物。
优选的,所述金属钝化剂为苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物或含苯三唑衍生物复合剂的其中任意一种。
优选的,所述抗氧剂为2,6二叔丁基对甲酚。
优选的,所述清净分散剂为高碱值合成磺酸钙、单烯基丁二酰亚胺或双烯基丁二酰亚胺其中的任意一种。
优选的,所述橡胶溶胀抑制剂为二乙二醇丁醚。
优选的,所述溶剂为异辛烷。
所述煤基二甲醚是指生产二甲醚的原料甲醇从煤炭中提炼的,使用的煤基二甲醚符合国标 GB/T26605-2011标准要求。
制作步骤:
先将添加剂中清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚按照比例溶解于溶剂中,然后将低碳混合醇先与添加剂在常温常压下调和均匀成为变性醇燃料,然后将变性醇燃料与煤基二甲醚在常温、常压下合成,最后将合成的醚基燃料与汽油进行混合,即可得到本发明。
有益效果
1.本发明可以使汽油燃烧的更充分,大幅度降低降低尾气中有害物质氧化硫,氧化氮,一氧化碳等尾气的排放;2.本发明能有效预防火花塞、燃烧室、气门、排气管消音器等部位积炭的形成;3.本发明高温仍能保证加油机和汽车的正常运行,且动力性有所增加;4.本发明生产工艺简单, 生产成本低,效果明显。
具体实施方式
实施例 1
一种新型醚基汽油,由以下重量份的组分制成:汽油50份,醚基燃料50份;所述醚基燃料为低碳混合醇:煤基二甲醚:添加剂按照8:1:1比例进行混合;所述添加剂为清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚,溶剂按照1:1:2:2:100:50比例混合。
实施例 2
一种新型醚基汽油,由以下重量份的组分制成:汽油60份,醚基燃料40份;所述醚基燃料为低碳混合醇:煤基二甲醚:添加剂按照8:1:1比例进行混合;所述添加剂为清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚,溶剂按照1:1:2:2:100:50比例混合。实施例 3
一种新型醚基汽油,由以下重量份的组分制成:汽油70份,醚基燃料30份;所述醚基燃料为低碳混合醇:煤基二甲醚:添加剂按照8:1:1比例进行混合;所述添加剂为清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚,溶剂按照1:1:2:2:100:50比例混合。
制作步骤:

Claims (7)
1.一种新型醚基汽油,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分制成 :汽油50-70份,醚基燃料30-50份;所述醚基燃料为低碳混合醇,煤基二甲醚,添加剂的混合物;低碳混合醇:煤基二甲醚:添加剂按照8:1:1比例进行混合;所述添加剂包括清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚,溶剂;将清净分散剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧剂、橡胶溶胀抑制剂、乙基叔丁基醚、溶剂按照1:1:2:2:100:50比例混合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型醚基汽油,其特征是,所述汽油60份,醚基燃料40份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型醚基汽油,所述低碳混合醇是含C1、C2、C3、 C4、C5的五种醇类进行混合后的醇类混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型醚基汽油,所述金属钝化剂为苯三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物或含苯三唑衍生物复合剂的其中任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型醚基汽油,所述抗氧剂为2,6二叔丁基对甲酚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的新型醚基汽油,所述清净分散剂为高碱值合成磺酸钙、单烯基丁二酰亚胺或双烯基丁二酰亚胺其中的任意一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型醚基汽油,所述橡胶溶胀抑制剂为二乙二醇丁醚。
