技术领域
本发明涉及油料领域,尤其涉及一种氧基、醇醚清洁燃料。
背景技术
汽油是汽车最常用的燃料。汽油和空气混合后被吸入发动机汽缸中,通过压缩使气体混合物升压,达到一定程度后点火便会剧烈燃烧,但一部分汽油不等点火就超前发生了爆炸式燃烧,这种不能控制的燃烧过程称为爆震。汽油的爆震既损失能量、浪费燃料,又损坏汽缸。爆震现象与汽油的化学组成有关,汽油中直链烷烃在燃烧时发生的爆震程度比较大,而芳香烃和带有支链的烷烃则不易发生爆震。经过比较发现,汽油中以正庚烷的爆震程度最大,而异辛烷的爆震程度最小。人们把衡量爆震程度大小的标准叫做辛烷值,把正庚烷的辛烷值定为 0,异辛烷的辛烷值定为100。汽油的辛烷值越高,汽油的抗爆震性能越好。当前世界各国非常重视提高燃料的质量,推荐使用清洁汽油, 其中,车用醇醚燃料技术已在国内外开始不断研发、推广,其经济性、环保性、清洁可再生等优点已得到国内外能源化工行业的广泛认同。车用醇醚燃料的推广应用,不仅可以缓解我国石油资源紧张局面,而且可以有效降低二氧化碳等污染物的排放,符合我国节能减排的基本国策。
现在市面上有很多醇醚汽油,多采用添加大量的添加剂以减少汽油的使用量,降低生产使用成本,但是这种汽油通常油品较低,实际使用过程中,容易造成汽车的发动机损坏或者寿命降低,不利于推广。

本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足而提供一种氧基、醇醚清洁燃料,成本低,使用效果好,环保清洁。

一种氧基、醇醚清洁燃料,它包括以下重量百分比的组分:93# 汽油55%,添加剂45%;
添加剂包括以下重量份数的组分:甲醇25份、乙醇15份、乙二醇8份、丙三醇5份、异丙醇4份、石油醚2份、二甲醚8份、苯甲醚4份、异丙醚3份、甲基叔丁基醚4份、聚山梨酯5份、乙酸乙酯 6份、碳酸二甲酯5份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯2份、液态轻烃18 份、二甲氧基甲烷3份、环戊二烯3份、四氯乙烯0.25份、四氢呋喃3份、月桂醛4份、苯甲醛3份。
甲醇采用工业甲醇,成本低,纯度(wt%)大于99.5%。
乙醇,俗称酒精,应用最广泛的一类醇,采用工业乙醇,纯度(wt%) 大于99.5%。
乙二醇,是最简单和重要的二元醇,为带有甜味的黏稠状无色液体,可作为防冻剂。
丙三醇,俗称甘油,是无色具有甜味的黏稠性液体,能与水混合,用作润滑剂。
异丙醇是重要的化工产品和原料,作为溶剂使用。
石油醚是无色透明液体,有煤油气味。主要为戊烷和己烷的混合物。不溶于水,溶于无水乙醇、苯、氯仿、油类等多数有机溶剂。易燃易爆,与氧化剂可强烈反应。主要用作溶剂和油脂处理。
二甲醚是本产品的最重要的添加剂,是一种无色、具有轻微醚香味的气体,具有惰性、无致癌性但有神经毒性。还具有优良的混溶性,能同大多数极性和非极性有机溶剂混溶。在100ml水中可溶解 3.700ml二甲醚气体,且二甲醚易溶于汽油、四氯化碳、丙酮、氯苯和乙酸甲酯等多种有机溶剂,加入少量助剂后就可与水以任意比互溶。
苯甲醚具有防腐蚀的作用。
异丙醚可提高辛烷值,减少尾气排放,还具有助溶的作用甲基叔丁基醚在该燃料中是抗爆剂。
聚山梨酯黄至橙黄色粘稠液体,它是非离子型亲水性表面活性剂,微有特臭、味微苦、略涩,有温热感,它在水、乙醇、甲醇或醋酸乙酯中易溶,在矿物油中极微溶解,它在该燃料中作为表面活性剂。
乙酸乙酯和苯甲酸甲酯具有防腐蚀作用,与金属表面强烈作用,产生化学和物理吸附作用,形成良好的保护膜,从一定程度上隔离了甲醇与金属件的接触,达到抑制腐蚀的目的,保护发动机燃料系统,延长使用期。
碳酸二甲酯具有高氧含量(分子中氧含量高达53%)、优良的提高辛烷值作用((R+M)/2=105)、无相分离、低毒和快速生物降解性等性质,使汽油达到同等氧含量时使用的DMC的量比甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)少4.5倍,从而降低了汽车尾气中碳氢化合物、一氧化碳和甲醛的排放总量,此外还克服了常用汽油添加剂易溶于水、污染地下水源的缺点。
液态轻烃是一种洁净、价廉的新型液体燃料,属石化行业的副产品。轻烃作为燃料可替代燃煤和燃油,对我国的环境保护和能源可持续发展有着战略意义。液态轻烃是碳原子数从C7至C12的液态石油冶炼产品,又称碳五、拨头油、石脑油、凝析液,中国年产近千万吨,产量巨大,可确保本发明所述的燃料有充足的原料,降低本产品燃烧使用时产生的固废颗粒。
二甲氧基甲烷、环戊二烯主要用作溶剂,有助于各项物质的溶解。其中,四氢呋喃可有效降低本产品的粘性,增强流动性,便于在发动机内爆燃燃烧。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯用作抗静电剂。
月桂醛、苯甲醛作为改性剂。
本发明组份的组合是经过反复试验得出的,与传统汽油相比,具有如下优点:
1.采用甲醇为主要添加剂,中国煤碳资源丰富,甲醇是可由煤生产的大宗化工产品,可生产大量的甲醇,而甲醇是本发明所述燃料的主要成分,价格便宜。使用甲醇可大幅降低一氧化碳、碳氢化合物和氮氧化物的排放量。甲醇的辛烷值大,辛烷值(MON)为106,远高于普通汽油;甲醇与液态轻烃混溶后可大幅提高轻烃的辛烷值,可以提高汽车发动机的压缩比,起到抗爆剂的作用,可有效地防止汽油机出现爆震现象。
2.本产品的其它添加剂中含N、S元素极少,并且添加高燃值的液态烃,具有燃烧速度快,燃时无烟、氮化物、硫化物排放低的优点,因此,该燃料具有巨大的生产潜力,可有效地缓解中国燃油资源紧张的问题。
3.本产品在常温常压下相互混合加工,加工工艺简单,加工耗能低无污染,符合国家产业政策,适合广泛的推广应用。
4.包含氧基脂类添加物,具备自供氧的能力,可以燃烧充分,产生固废颗粒少,具有污染小的优点。
显然,本发明的上述实施方式仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。

1.一种氧基、醇醚清洁燃料,其特征在于:它包括以下重量百分比的组分:93#汽油35—75%,添加剂25—65%;
所述添加剂包括以下重量份数的组分:甲醇10—40份、乙醇10—20份、乙二醇1—12份、丙三醇1—7份、异丙醇1—5份、石油醚1—3份、二甲醚5—13份、苯甲醚2—6份、异丙醚1—4份、甲基叔丁基醚2—5份、聚山梨酯1—9份、乙酸乙酯2—8份、碳酸二甲酯1—8份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯1—3份、液态轻烃15—22份、二甲氧基甲烷1—5份、环戊二烯1—6份、四氯乙烯0.2—0.32份、四氢呋喃2—4份、月桂醛1—6份、苯甲醛1—5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧基、醇醚清洁燃料,其特征在于:它包括以下重量百分比的组分:93#汽油35%,添加剂65%;
所述添加剂包括以下重量百分比的组分:甲醇40份、乙醇10份、乙二醇1份、丙三醇7份、异丙醇1份、石油醚1份、二甲醚13份、苯甲醚2份、异丙醚1份、甲基叔丁基醚2份、聚山梨酯1份、乙酸乙酯8份、碳酸二甲酯1份、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯1份、液态轻烃22份、二甲氧基甲烷5份、环戊二烯1份、四氯乙烯0.2份、四氢呋喃2份、月桂醛6份、苯甲醛1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种氧基、醇醚清洁燃料,其特征在于:它包括以下重量百分比的组分:93#汽油75%,添加剂25%;
