背景技术

本发明乙醇汽油稳定性强,性能良好,长久放置不易出现沉淀分离,使用中油量的消耗与普通汽油消耗基本无差异,有效减少尾气碳排放,降低pm2.5等细颗粒物排放,本发明乙醇汽油组分的成本比普通汽油低,可混合普通汽油使用,无腐蚀、安全可靠,节能环保。

Claims (7)
1.一种乙醇汽油,其特征在于,包括以下体积份原料:乙醇10-15份、汽油75-85份、助溶剂25-35份、表面活性剂18-24份、助燃剂7-12份、金属腐蚀抑制剂6-11份、清净分散剂3-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种乙醇汽油,其特征在于,所述助溶剂包括以下体积份组料:芳烃油1-3份、多元异戊醇3-5份、异丙醚8-12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种乙醇汽油,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括以下体积份组料:单硬脂酸甘油酯3-7份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚10-13份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种乙醇汽油,其特征在于,所述助燃剂包括以下体积份组料:二茂铁4-6份、甲基叔丁基醚3-5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种乙醇汽油,其特征在于,所述金属腐蚀抑制剂包括以下体积份组料:苯丙三唑3-5份、N-甲基吗啉4-6份、油酸乙二酯1-3份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种乙醇汽油,其特征在于,所述清洁分散剂包括以下体积份组料:聚异丁烯二酰亚胺6-8份、丁二酰亚胺2-4份。
7.如权利要求1-6任一所述一种乙醇汽油的制备方法,其特征在于,按比例取各组分原料,将助溶剂、表面活性剂、助燃剂、金属腐蚀抑制剂、清净分散剂加入到乙醇中混合搅拌均匀,再加入汽油混合均匀,得到乙醇汽油。
