Abstract
本发明公开了一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,包括自上而下依次设有的基材层、功能胶层、离型材料层,所述基材层由聚脂薄膜类材料构成,所述功能胶层由高耐候性胶黏剂构成。本发明的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带及制备方法,通过选用耐候性基材层,可达到阻水、绝缘和耐紫外辐射等效果,起到独立背板的作用;对功能胶层选用耐候性胶粘剂,能提高胶带耐候、耐高温、耐黄变性能,胶带粘结强度大、不易脱落,同时胶带便于服帖,施工方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶带技术领域,尤其涉及一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带及制备方法。
背景技术
太阳能背板位于太阳能电池板的背面,对组件中电池片起到保护和支撑作用,具有可靠的绝缘性和阻水性。但是,太阳能组件背板在户外经一段时间使用后,背板会出现黄变、针孔、粉化、微开裂、开裂等逐步老化开裂现象,达不到组件运行时的安规性要求;同时,太阳能组件在运输和安装过程中,部分组件背板会被破损划伤,也会导致组件运行时的安全性失效和功能性失效。
目前,针对太阳能背板破损部位还未找到合适的修补方法,只能对破损的组件进行全部的更换,该方法只能进行少量组件的更换,若大批量更换则成本极高,旧组件回收难,还易造成环境污染;鉴于此背景,开发出一种修补胶带可在现场施工、环保无废弃物、成本低廉,使破损的组件在质保期内能正常运转,具有十分重要意义。
发明内容
鉴于上述现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提出一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带及制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,包括自上而下依次设有的基材层、功能胶层、离型材料层,所述基材层由聚脂薄膜类材料构成,所述功能胶层由高耐候性胶黏剂构成。
进一步的,所述基材层选自复合聚酯型薄膜、涂覆型聚酯薄膜或高分子共挤树脂薄膜中的任一种。
进一步的,所述复合聚酯型薄膜包括位于中间的芯层及粘贴于所述芯层两侧的耐候性高分子薄膜,或是包括位于中间的芯层、粘贴于所述芯层一侧的耐候性高分子薄膜和直接涂布于所述芯层另一侧的高分子耐候涂层,所述耐候性高分子薄膜和所述高分子耐候涂层均具有耐紫外、耐湿热、阻隔紫外功能。
进一步的,所述芯层选自聚酯薄膜、尼龙薄膜、高阻隔膜、聚丙烯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜中的任一种;所述耐候性高分子薄膜为氟膜、耐紫外的聚酯薄膜、耐紫外的聚烯烃薄膜、耐紫外的聚酰胺薄膜中的一种或多种;所述氟膜选自聚氟乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、聚三氟氯乙烯、聚四氟乙烯或乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物中的任一种;所述高分子耐候涂层由氟碳树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚氨酯型树脂或环氧型树脂中的一种或多种,通过固化剂固化或直接淋膜至所述芯层表面形成。
进一步的,所述涂覆型聚酯薄膜包括位于中间的芯层,以及直接涂布在所述芯层的一侧或两侧的涂层;所述芯层选自聚酯薄膜、尼龙薄膜、高阻隔膜、聚丙烯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜中的任一种;所述涂层包括有机树脂、固化剂和无机填料,所述有机树脂选自氟硅树脂、聚二氟乙烯氟碳树脂、聚四氟乙烯氟碳树脂、全氟树脂、含氟丙烯酸树脂、反应型氟碳树脂、聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚氨酯型树脂、环氧型树脂中的一种或多种;所述固化剂选自异氰酸酯系固化剂、咪唑固化剂、二聚氰胺系固化剂、酰肼类固化剂、胺类固化剂、酸酐类固化剂、阳离子型固化剂中的一种或多种;所述无机填料选自钛白粉、云母粉、二氧化二铝、二氧化硅、硫酸钡、浮石粉、碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、炭黑、滑石粉、硅藻土、金刚石粉中一种或多种。
进一步的,所述高分子共挤树脂薄膜是由改性聚烯烃类材质构成的多层共挤薄膜,所述改性聚烯烃材质为将聚烯烃用含有酰胺基团、环氧基团、马来酸酐基团或聚醚基团的高分子接枝共聚物进行共混或动态交联,并同时加入填料改性,以增强抗断裂拉伸、阻水、易粘接性和反光性;所述填料选自硅藻土、二氧化二铝、氢氧化铝、钛白粉、云母粉、二氧化硅、硫酸钡、浮石粉、碳酸钙、炭黑、滑石粉、金刚石粉中一种或多种。
进一步的,所述功能胶层包括聚氨酯型压敏胶、硅胶压敏胶、丙烯酸型压敏胶、天然橡胶基体的压敏胶、合成橡胶基体的压敏胶、热固型结构胶、热塑型结构胶中的任意一种或多种构成;所述功能胶层中的固化剂选自环氧型固化剂、异氰酸酯系固化剂、咪唑固化剂、酰肼类固化剂、胺类固化剂中的一种或多种;所述功能胶层中的增粘树脂选自松香及其松香衍生物树脂系列、萜烯树脂系列、聚合树脂系列、缩合树脂系列中的任意一种或多种;所述功能胶层中的抗氧剂选自芳香胺类抗氧剂、受阻酚类抗氧剂、辅助抗氧剂中的任意一种或多种;所述功能胶层中的紫外吸收剂选自水杨酸酯类、苯酮类、苯并三唑类、取代丙烯腈类、三嗪类与受阻胺类复配中的任意一种或多种。
根据上述的任一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:取选自于聚氨酯型压敏胶、硅胶压敏胶、丙烯酸型压敏胶、天然橡胶基体的压敏胶、合成橡胶基体的压敏胶、热固型结构胶、热塑型结构胶中的任意一种或多种原料,使用溶剂混合搅拌均匀,得到母树脂;
S2:取步骤S1制备出的母树脂,加入选自环氧型固化剂、异氰酸酯系固化剂、咪唑固化剂、酰肼类固化剂、胺类固化剂中的一种或多种的固化剂,加入松香及其松香衍生物树脂系列、萜烯树脂系列、聚合树脂系列、缩合树脂系列中的任意一种或多种的增粘树脂,加入选自芳香胺类抗氧剂、受阻酚类抗氧剂、辅助抗氧剂中的任意一种或多种的抗氧剂,加入选自水杨酸酯类、苯酮类、苯并三唑类、取代丙烯腈类、三嗪类与受阻胺类复配中的任意一种或多种的紫外吸收剂,进行混合搅拌均匀后制得胶黏剂混合液;
S3:将步骤S2制得的胶黏剂混合液涂布于基材层,得到功能胶层的干胶厚度为20μm-150μm,并将涂布有胶黏剂混合液一面的基材层与离型材料层贴合,置于30℃-80℃下,熟化大于等于24小时。
进一步的,所述基材层为涂覆型聚酯薄膜,包括如下步骤:
S1:将所述涂层涂布于厚度为25μm-250μm的所述芯层上,涂布厚度为2μm-50μm;
S2:取选自于丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯中的一种或几种化合物,与丙烯酸丁酯混合均匀,加入至反应容器中,加入EAC溶剂,加入偶氮二异丁腈引发剂,在通氮气的条件下,加热反应,反应结束后,用反应溶剂稀释调整固含量,得合成胶水;
S3:取步骤S2制备出的100份的合成胶水,加入0.2-0.3份异氰酸酯类固化剂L-75或环氧类固化剂NX-100E,加入20-25份松香树脂PR-12603、氢化松香KS2100或石油树脂FTR-6100,加入0.03份抗氧剂1010,0.2份紫外吸收剂TINUVIN326,用乙酸乙酯稀释到20%的固含量,涂布于基材层中涂布有所述涂层的芯层的背面上,干胶厚度为45μm-55μm,在40℃-50℃下熟化60-小时80小时。
进一步的,所述芯层的厚度为50μm,所述涂层的厚度为5μm。
本发明的突出效果为:
1.本发明的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带及制备方法,通过选用耐候性基材层,可达到阻水、绝缘和耐紫外辐射等效果,起到独立背板的作用;对功能胶层选用耐候性胶粘剂,能提高胶带耐候、耐高温、耐黄变性能,胶带粘结强度大、不易脱落,同时胶带便于服帖,施工方便。
2.本发明的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带及制备方法,所使用的丙烯酸压敏胶的配方与定位胶带所使用的压敏胶配方不同,其主要是两者用途不同所致,修补胶带作用是与破损背板相连接,初始粘接力大,在各种耐老化测试过程中要保持与破损背板的粘接力、不起泡,胶带的胶粘剂层能够填补到破损背板空隙处,同时胶带具有与太阳能组件背板相近的耐电气绝缘特性;定位胶带所使用的压敏胶作用是初始其与胶膜及电池片具有一定的粘接力,经热压后粘接力变大、不起泡,在老化测试过程中胶带要耐黄变和热斑试验不鼓泡。
3.本发明的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带及制备方法,所使用涂层环境是长期暴露在空气环境中,在各种环境中保护基材层不黄变;定位胶带的氟涂层作用则是在组件热压过程中氟涂层与胶膜粘接力大,同时老化后剥离力衰减极小,而且修补胶带使用了氟涂层也是为了减少使用离型膜的目的,实现性能更优和成本更低的目的。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,包括自上而下依次设有的基材层1、功能胶层2、离型材料层3,基材层1为300μm的复合聚酯型薄膜,包括位于中间的芯层及粘贴于芯层两侧的耐候性高分子薄膜,其中芯层为聚酯薄膜,耐候性高分子薄膜为氟膜,氟膜为50μm的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)。功能胶层2包括丙烯酸压敏胶,添加固化剂为环氧型固化剂,增粘树脂为松香,抗氧剂为芳香胺类抗氧剂,紫外吸收剂为水杨酸酯类紫外吸收剂。
根据上述的任一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:取选自于固含量30%的丙烯酸压敏胶100g,使用50g有机溶剂混合搅拌均匀,得到母树脂;
S2:取步骤S1制备出的母树脂,加入固化量50%的环氧型固化剂0.2g,搅拌5min后制得混合液,再加入松香增粘树脂10g、加入芳香胺类抗氧剂1g、加入水杨酸酯类紫外吸收剂0.5g,进行搅拌5min后制得胶黏剂混合液;
S3:将步骤S2制得的胶黏剂混合液涂布于基材层1,涂布的干胶厚度为50μm,并将涂布有胶黏剂混合液一面的基材层1与离型材料层3贴合,置于60℃熟化72小时。
实施例2
如图1所示,本实施例的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,包括自上而下依次设有的基材层1、功能胶层2、离型材料层3,基材层2为250μm复合聚酯型薄膜,包括位于中间的芯层、粘贴于芯层一侧的耐候性高分子薄膜和直接涂布于芯层另一侧的高分子耐候涂层,芯层为尼龙薄膜,耐候性高分子薄膜为50μm耐紫外的聚烯烃薄膜,高分子耐候涂层由氟碳树脂通过固化剂固化至芯层表面形成。功能胶层2包括丙烯酸压敏胶和热固型结构胶构成,添加的固化剂为环氧型固化剂和异氰酸酯系固化剂,增粘树脂为松香衍生物树脂,抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂,紫外吸收剂为苯酮类。
根据上述的任一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:取选自于固含量30%的丙烯酸压敏胶100g和热固型结构胶10g,使用有机溶剂50g混合搅拌均匀10min,得到母树脂;
S2:取步骤S1制备出的母树脂,加入固化量50%的环氧型固化剂0.2g和异氰酸酯固化剂0.05g,搅拌5min后制得混合液,再加入松香衍生物树脂10g、加入受阻酚类抗氧剂1g、加入苯酮类紫外吸收剂0.5g,进行搅拌5min后制得胶黏剂混合液;
S3:将步骤S2制得的胶黏剂混合液涂布于基材层1,涂布的干胶厚度为20μm,并将涂布有胶黏剂混合液一面的基材层1与离型材料层3贴合,置于80℃熟化24小时。
实施例3
如图1所示,本实施例的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,包括自上而下依次设有的基材层1、功能胶层2、离型材料层3,基材层1为涂覆型聚酯薄膜,包括位于中间的芯层,以及直接涂布在芯层的两侧的涂层;芯层为高阻隔膜,涂层包括有机树脂、固化剂和无机填料,有机树脂为氟硅树脂,固化剂为异氰酸酯系固化剂,无机填料为钛白粉。功能胶层2为聚氨酯压敏胶,添加的固化剂为咪唑固化剂,增粘树脂为萜烯树脂,抗氧剂为辅助抗氧剂,紫外吸收剂为苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂。
根据上述的任一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:取选自于固含量30%的聚氨酯压敏胶100g,使用有机溶剂50g混合搅拌均匀10min,得到母树脂;
S2:取步骤S1制备出的母树脂,加入固化量50%的咪唑固化剂0.1g,搅拌5min后制得混合液,再加入萜烯树脂10g、加入辅助抗氧剂1g、加入苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂0.5g,进行搅拌5min后制得胶黏剂混合液;
S3:将步骤S2制得的胶黏剂混合液涂布于基材层1,涂布的干胶厚度为150μm,并将涂布有胶黏剂混合液一面的基材层1与离型材料层3贴合,置于30℃熟化96小时。
实施例4
如图1所示,本实施例的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,包括自上而下依次设有的基材层1、功能胶层2、离型材料层3,基材层1为涂覆型聚酯薄膜,包括位于中间的芯层,以及直接涂布在芯层的一侧的涂层;芯层为聚丙烯薄膜;涂层包括有机树脂、固化剂和无机填料,有机树脂为聚二氟乙烯氟碳树脂和聚四氟乙烯氟碳树脂;固化剂为咪唑固化剂;无机填料为云母粉和滑石粉。功能胶层2为硅胶压敏胶构成,添加的固化剂为酰肼类固化剂,添加的增粘树脂为聚合树脂,添加的抗氧剂为辅助抗氧剂,添加的紫外吸收剂为取代丙烯腈类紫外吸收剂。
根据上述的任一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:取选自于固含量30%的硅胶压敏胶100g,使用有机溶剂50g混合搅拌均匀10min,得到母树脂;
S2:取步骤S1制备出的母树脂,加入固化量50%的酰肼类固化剂0.1g,搅拌5min后制得混合液,再加入聚合树脂10g、加入辅助抗氧剂1g、加入取代丙烯腈类紫外吸收剂0.3g,进行搅拌5min后制得胶黏剂混合液;

S1:取选自于固含量30%的丙烯酸压敏胶50g和丁基橡胶50g,使用有机溶剂50g混合搅拌均匀10min,得到母树脂;

如图1所示,本实施例的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,包括自上而下依次设有的基材层1、功能胶层2、离型材料层3,基材层2为复合聚酯型薄膜,包括位于中间的芯层、粘贴于芯层一侧的耐候性高分子薄膜和直接涂布于芯层另一侧的高分子耐候涂层,芯层为聚乙烯薄膜,耐候性高分子薄膜为耐紫外的聚酯薄膜,高分子耐候涂层由丙烯酸树脂直接淋膜至芯层表面形成。功能胶层2为天然橡胶压敏胶和热塑型结构胶构成,添加的固化剂为环氧型固化剂和异氰酸酯系固化剂,增粘树脂为松香衍生物树脂,抗氧剂为受阻酚类抗氧剂,紫外吸收剂为苯酮类。
根据上述的任一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:取选自于固含量30%的天然橡胶压敏胶100g和热塑型结构胶10g,使用有机溶剂50g混合搅拌均匀10min,得到母树脂;
S2:取步骤S1制备出的母树脂,加入固化量50%的环氧型固化剂0.2g和异氰酸酯固化剂0.05g,搅拌5min后制得混合液,再加入松香衍生物树脂10g、加入受阻酚类抗氧剂1g、加入苯酮类紫外吸收剂0.5g,进行搅拌5min后制得胶黏剂混合液;
S3:将步骤S2制得的胶黏剂混合液涂布于基材层1,涂布的干胶厚度为20μm,并将涂布有胶黏剂混合液一面的基材层1与离型材料层3贴合,置于80℃熟化24小时。
实施例10
如图1所示,本实施例的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,包括自上而下依次设有的基材层1、功能胶层2、离型材料层3,基材层1为涂覆型聚酯薄膜,包括位于中间的芯层,以及直接涂布在芯层的一侧的涂层;芯层为聚酯薄膜;涂层包括有机树脂、固化剂和无机填料,有机树脂为氟硅树脂和聚二氟乙烯氟碳树脂的组合物,二者所占的重量为1:1;固化剂为异氰酸酯系固化剂和咪唑固化剂的组合物,二者所占的重量为1:3;无机填料为钛白粉、云母和二氧化铝的混合物,三者所占的重量比为1:2:3。功能胶层2为硅胶压敏胶构成,添加的固化剂为酰肼类固化剂,添加的增粘树脂为聚合树脂,添加的抗氧剂为辅助抗氧剂,添加的紫外吸收剂为取代丙烯腈类紫外吸收剂。

如图1所示,本实施例的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,包括自上而下依次设有的基材层1、功能胶层2、离型材料层3,基材层1为涂覆型聚酯薄膜,包括位于中间的芯层,以及直接涂布在芯层的一侧的涂层;芯层为尼龙薄膜;涂层包括有机树脂、固化剂和无机填料,有机树脂为聚四氟乙烯氟碳树脂;固化剂为异氰酸酯系固化剂、咪唑固化剂、二聚氰胺系固化剂的组合物,三者所占的重量比为1:2:3;无机填料为二氧化硅、硫酸钡、浮石粉的混合物,三者所占的重量比为2:2:5。功能胶层2为硅胶压敏胶构成,添加的固化剂为酰肼类固化剂,添加的增粘树脂为聚合树脂,添加的抗氧剂为辅助抗氧剂,添加的紫外吸收剂为取代丙烯腈类紫外吸收剂。

如图1所示,本实施例的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,包括自上而下依次设有的基材层1、功能胶层2、离型材料层3,基材层1为涂覆型聚酯薄膜,包括位于中间的芯层,以及直接涂布在芯层的一侧的涂层;芯层为高阻隔膜;涂层包括有机树脂、固化剂和无机填料,有机树脂为全氟树脂;固化剂为异氰酸酯系固化剂、咪唑固化剂、二聚氰胺系固化剂的组合物,三者所占的重量比为2:2:2;无机填料为碳酸钙、炭黑和滑石粉的混合物,三者所占的重量比为2:2:5。功能胶层2为硅胶压敏胶构成,添加的固化剂为酰肼类固化剂,添加的增粘树脂为聚合树脂,添加的抗氧剂为辅助抗氧剂,添加的紫外吸收剂为取代丙烯腈类紫外吸收剂。
根据上述的任一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

实施例13
如图1所示,本实施例的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,包括自上而下依次设有的基材层1、功能胶层2、离型材料层3,基材层1为涂覆型聚酯薄膜,包括位于中间的芯层,以及直接涂布在芯层的一侧的涂层;芯层为聚丙烯薄膜;涂层包括有机树脂、固化剂和无机填料,有机树脂为全氟树脂、含氟丙烯酸树脂和氟硅树脂,三者所占的重量比为4:2:3;固化剂为咪唑固化剂固化剂和二聚氰胺系固化剂的组合物,二者所占的重量为1:2;无机填料为硅藻土、金刚石粉的混合物,两者所占的重量比为1:1。功能胶层2为硅胶压敏胶构成,添加的固化剂为酰肼类固化剂,添加的增粘树脂为聚合树脂,添加的抗氧剂为辅助抗氧剂,添加的紫外吸收剂为取代丙烯腈类紫外吸收剂。

S3:取步骤S2制备出的100份的合成胶水,加入0.3份环氧类固化剂NX-100E(日本综研),加入30份氢化松香KS2100(科茂),加入0.03份抗氧剂1010,0.2份紫外吸收剂TINUVIN326,用乙酸乙酯稀释到20%的固含量,涂布于基材层中涂布有涂层的芯层的背面,干胶厚度为45μm,40℃熟化72小时。

如图1所示,本实施例的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,包括自上而下依次设有的基材层1、功能胶层2、离型材料层3,基材层1为涂覆型聚酯薄膜,包括位于中间的芯层,以及直接涂布在芯层的一侧的涂层;芯层为聚乙烯薄膜;涂层包括有机树脂、固化剂和无机填料,有机树脂为含氟丙烯酸树脂;固化剂为异氰酸酯固化剂;无机填料为钛白粉。功能胶层2为硅胶压敏胶构成,添加的固化剂为酰肼类固化剂,添加的增粘树脂为聚合树脂,添加的抗氧剂为辅助抗氧剂,添加的紫外吸收剂为取代丙烯腈类紫外吸收剂。
根据上述的任一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将涂层涂布于厚度为250μm的芯层上,涂布厚度为50μm;
S2:在具备搅拌器、回流冷凝管、氮气导入管反应装置中加入20份丙烯酸甲酯,25.5份丙烯酸异辛酯,4份丙烯酸,0.5份丙烯酸羟乙酯,50份丙烯酸丁酯,加入100份ECA溶剂,导入氮气搅拌半小时,慢慢升温到70℃,加入0.2份偶氮二异丁腈,在氮气保护下反应5小时,最终用ECA溶剂将其调整为固含量为40%合成胶水;
S3:取步骤S2制备出的100份的合成胶水,加入0.2份环氧类固化剂NX-100E(日本综研),加入20份松香树脂PR-12603(住友),加入0.03份抗氧剂1010,0.2份紫外吸收剂TINUVIN326,用乙酸乙酯稀释到20%的固含量,涂布于基材层中涂布有涂层的芯层的背面,干胶厚度为45μm,40℃熟化72小时。
试验例
本发明的效果可以通过下列试验证明:
对本发明的光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带的性能检测
1、样品
按实施例1-14自制。
2、测试方法
2.1剥离力试验机测试样品的180°剥离力
(1)取卷状或片状样品,先将产品裁成25mm×300mm大小3-5条。
(2)镜面钢板:长度150±1mm,宽度50±1mm,厚度1.5mm-2mm。
(3)单面胶带:撕掉胶带上的离型材料,胶面不能接触手或其它物品,将胶面与镜面钢板的一端连接,用压辊(2Kg)在不施加外压情况下,以300mm/min的速度来回3次,使得胶面与镜面钢板充分接触,试样与镜面钢板粘合处不允许有气泡产生。
(4)试样制备后在规定的测试环境中停置20min后进行测试。
(5)将试样自由端对折180°,并从试板上剥开贴合面25mm,把试样自由端和试样板分别夹在上下夹持器上,应使剥离面与试验机力线保持一致,试验机以300mm/min±10mm/min上升速度连续剥离,并有自动记录仪绘出剥离曲线。
(6)记录测试数据和破坏界面位置,取平均值。
2.2老化后剥离力试验机测试样品的180°剥离力
(1)样品制作方法与上述一致。
(2)试样与镜面钢板贴合好后,分别将置于高温高湿85±2℃,85±5%R.H.环境下放置2000h、TC(-40℃~85℃6H/cycle,200cycle),之后取出静止2h,使用上述剥离力测试方法进行测试。
(3)记录测试数据和破坏界面位置,取平均值。
2.3黄变测试方法
(1)将胶带裁成50mm*150mm样品(氟涂层面在上),用色差仪测试b值并记录为b1。
(2)将样品放入QUV紫外老化试验机(氟涂层面在上),照UV100KWh,取出样品再次用色差仪测试b值并记录为b2。
(3)计算Δb=b2-b1。
2.4胶带的绝缘性测试方法
(1)将上述制备的胶带按照施工方法对组件背板已开裂的进行修补贴合,组件面积为1.94m2。
(2)同时将修补后的组件分别置于高温高湿85±2℃,85±5%R.H.环境下放置2000h、TC(-40℃~85℃6H/cycle,200cycle),之后取出静止2h。
(3)将老化后的组件浸于水中,在有限流的直流电压源,提供1000V并带有测量绝缘电阻的仪器,维持此电压120s,然后测量读出绝缘电阻。
3、试验结果
试验结果见表1,结果表明:本发明光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带具有良好的粘结性能、耐候性、耐黄变。

1.一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,其特征在于:包括自上而下依次设有的基材层、功能胶层、离型材料层,所述基材层由聚脂薄膜类材料构成,所述功能胶层由高耐候性胶黏剂构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,其特征在于:所述基材层选自复合聚酯型薄膜、涂覆型聚酯薄膜或高分子共挤树脂薄膜中的任一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,其特征在于:所述复合聚酯型薄膜包括位于中间的芯层及粘贴于所述芯层两侧的耐候性高分子薄膜,或是包括位于中间的芯层、粘贴于所述芯层一侧的耐候性高分子薄膜和直接涂布于所述芯层另一侧的高分子耐候涂层,所述耐候性高分子薄膜和所述高分子耐候涂层均具有耐紫外、耐湿热、阻隔紫外功能。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,其特征在于:所述芯层选自聚酯薄膜、尼龙薄膜、高阻隔膜、聚丙烯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜中的任一种;所述耐候性高分子薄膜为氟膜、耐紫外的聚酯薄膜、耐紫外的聚烯烃薄膜、耐紫外的聚酰胺薄膜中的一种或多种;所述氟膜选自聚氟乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、聚三氟氯乙烯、聚四氟乙烯或乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物中的任一种;所述高分子耐候涂层由氟碳树脂、丙烯酸树脂、聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚氨酯型树脂或环氧型树脂中的一种或多种,通过固化剂固化或直接淋膜至所述芯层表面形成。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,其特征在于:所述涂覆型聚酯薄膜包括位于中间的芯层,以及直接涂布在所述芯层的一侧或两侧的涂层;所述芯层选自聚酯薄膜、尼龙薄膜、高阻隔膜、聚丙烯薄膜、聚乙烯薄膜中的任一种;所述涂层包括有机树脂、固化剂和无机填料,所述有机树脂选自氟硅树脂、聚二氟乙烯氟碳树脂、聚四氟乙烯氟碳树脂、全氟树脂、含氟丙烯酸树脂、反应型氟碳树脂、聚酯树脂、聚酰胺树脂、聚氨酯型树脂、环氧型树脂中的一种或多种;所述固化剂选自异氰酸酯系固化剂、咪唑固化剂、二聚氰胺系固化剂、酰肼类固化剂、胺类固化剂、酸酐类固化剂、阳离子型固化剂中的一种或多种;所述无机填料选自钛白粉、云母粉、二氧化二铝、二氧化硅、硫酸钡、浮石粉、碳酸钙、氢氧化铝、炭黑、滑石粉、硅藻土、金刚石粉中一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,其特征在于:所述高分子共挤树脂薄膜是由改性聚烯烃类材质构成的多层共挤薄膜,所述改性聚烯烃材质为将聚烯烃用含有酰胺基团、环氧基团、马来酸酐基团或聚醚基团的高分子接枝共聚物进行共混或动态交联,并同时加入填料改性,以增强抗断裂拉伸、阻水、易粘接性和反光性;所述填料选自硅藻土、二氧化二铝、氢氧化铝、钛白粉、云母粉、二氧化硅、硫酸钡、浮石粉、碳酸钙、炭黑、滑石粉、金刚石粉中一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带,其特征在于:所述功能胶层包括聚氨酯型压敏胶、硅胶压敏胶、丙烯酸型压敏胶、天然橡胶基体的压敏胶、合成橡胶基体的压敏胶、热固型结构胶、热塑型结构胶中的任意一种或多种构成;所述功能胶层中的固化剂选自环氧型固化剂、异氰酸酯系固化剂、咪唑固化剂、酰肼类固化剂、胺类固化剂中的一种或多种;所述功能胶层中的增粘树脂选自松香及其松香衍生物树脂系列、萜烯树脂系列、聚合树脂系列、缩合树脂系列中的任意一种或多种;所述功能胶层中的抗氧剂选自芳香胺类抗氧剂、受阻酚类抗氧剂、辅助抗氧剂中的任意一种或多种;所述功能胶层中的紫外吸收剂选自水杨酸酯类、苯酮类、苯并三唑类、取代丙烯腈类、三嗪类与受阻胺类复配中的任意一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求1-7所述的任一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
S1:取选自于聚氨酯型压敏胶、硅胶压敏胶、丙烯酸型压敏胶、天然橡胶基体的压敏胶、合成橡胶基体的压敏胶、热固型结构胶、热塑型结构胶中的任意一种或多种原料,使用溶剂混合搅拌均匀,得到母树脂;
S2:取步骤S1制备出的母树脂,加入选自环氧型固化剂、异氰酸酯系固化剂、咪唑固化剂、酰肼类固化剂、胺类固化剂中的一种或多种的固化剂,加入松香及其松香衍生物树脂系列、萜烯树脂系列、聚合树脂系列、缩合树脂系列中的任意一种或多种的增粘树脂,加入选自芳香胺类抗氧剂、受阻酚类抗氧剂、辅助抗氧剂中的任意一种或多种的抗氧剂,加入选自水杨酸酯类、苯酮类、苯并三唑类、取代丙烯腈类、三嗪类与受阻胺类复配中的任意一种或多种的紫外吸收剂,进行混合搅拌均匀后制得胶黏剂混合液;
S3:将步骤S2制得的胶黏剂混合液涂布于基材层,得到功能胶层的干胶厚度为20μm-150μm,并将涂布有胶黏剂混合液一面的基材层与离型材料层贴合,置于30℃-80℃下,熟化大于等于24小时。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带的制备方法,所述基材层为涂覆型聚酯薄膜,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
S1:将所述涂层涂布于厚度为25μm-250μm的所述芯层上,涂布厚度为2μm-50μm;
S2:取选自于丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸羟乙酯中的一种或几种化合物,与丙烯酸丁酯混合均匀,加入至反应容器中,加入EAC溶剂,加入偶氮二异丁腈引发剂,在通氮气的条件下,加热反应,反应结束后,用反应溶剂稀释调整固含量,得合成胶水;
S3:取步骤S2制备出的100份的合成胶水,加入0.2-0.3份异氰酸酯类固化剂L-75或环氧类固化剂NX-100E,加入20-25份松香树脂PR-12603、氢化松香KS2100或石油树脂FTR-6100,加入0.03份抗氧剂1010,0.2份紫外吸收剂TINUVIN326,用乙酸乙酯稀释到20%的固含量,涂布于基材层中涂布有所述涂层的芯层的背面上,干胶厚度为45μm-55μm,在40℃-50℃下熟化60-小时80小时。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种光伏组件背板用高性能修补胶带的制备方法,其特征在于:所述芯层的厚度为50μm,所述涂层的厚度为5μm。
