本发明公开一种高性能防水胶带,其所述防水胶带包括自上向下依次层叠的基布层,聚乙烯薄膜层,黏胶层,防水层,所述的基布层是聚四氟乙烯纤维,所述的黏胶层为聚氨酯橡胶层和丁苯橡胶的混合胶层;所述的防水层为聚酯纤维,所述聚酯纤维与聚乙烯薄膜通过粘胶剂粘结为一体。本发明提供一种高性能防水胶带,优良的防潮性,耐高温,极佳的粘结性,耐磨性好,防水性能好等优点。

一种高性能防水胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及防水胶带领域,特别是涉及一种高性能防水胶带。
背景技术、
胶带按其功效分类可以分为:高温胶带、双面胶带、绝缘胶带、特种胶带、亚敏胶带模切胶带等。最早的粘着剂来自动物和植物。十九世纪,橡胶是粘着剂的主要成份,而现代则广泛应用各种聚合物。随着我国经济持续发展,工程机械的不断增加,对于胶带的需求量越大,特别是粘胶带、保护膜及不干胶,而在一些潮湿环境中使用时,由于水分子的侵入作用,会使胶带中粘胶分力的水
分过饱和,引起胶带粘结性能的下降。普通胶带不能满足潮湿环境中的使用需要,而在工程领域,尤其是用于建筑类防水软质材料之间的连接和成型,上述胶带的实用价值均不理想。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高性能防水胶带,能够解决现有防水胶带存在的上述问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高性能防水胶带,包括自上向下依次层叠的基布层,聚乙烯薄膜,黏胶层,防水层,所述的基布层为聚四氟乙烯纤维,所述的黏胶层为聚氨酯橡胶层和丁苯橡胶的混合胶层;所述的防水层为聚酯纤维布层,所述聚酯纤维布层与聚乙烯薄膜通过粘合剂粘结为一体。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的黏胶层厚度为0.5~1.0mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述黏胶层中聚氨酯橡胶和丁苯橡胶的混合比例为2~3:1。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的聚乙烯薄膜层厚度为0.5 mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的玻璃纤维布层厚度为50~100μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的聚酯纤维厚度为30~80μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的粘胶剂和黏胶层所含成分相同。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是一种高性能防水胶带,具有如下优点:
1)采用了聚氨酯橡胶层和丁苯橡胶的混合胶层,使胶带具有良好的粘合性能和耐磨性能。
2)防水层外粘附聚乙烯薄膜,有效的改善了胶带的防水性能。
本发明胶带具有耐磨,耐冲击性,弹性好等优点,具有优良的防水绝缘性和粘合力。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,图1是本发明一种高性能防水胶带,所述防水胶带自上向下依次层叠的1、基布层,2、聚乙烯薄膜层,3、黏胶层,4、防水层。所述的基布层由聚四氟乙烯纤维制成,所述的黏胶层为聚氨酯橡胶层和丁苯橡胶的混合胶层;所述的防水层为聚酯纤维布层,所述聚酯纤维布层与聚乙烯薄膜通过粘胶剂粘结为一体。所述的聚四氟乙烯纤维厚度为60-80μm,所述的黏胶层厚度为0.5~1.0μm。所述黏胶层中聚氨酯橡胶和丁苯橡胶的混合比例为2~3:1,所述的聚乙烯薄膜层厚度为0.5μm,所述的聚酯纤维布层厚度为30~80μm,所述的粘胶剂和黏胶层所含成分相同。
聚四氟乙烯又称PTFE,PTFE具有一系列优良的使用,耐热性能好,还具有一定的耐磨性, PTFE耐高温,可在220℃长期使用,在气温及其低下也能保持一定的韧性,比一般的纤维耐温性强,而且摩擦系数低,将聚四氟乙烯浸入烧融的醋酸钾,在100℃的温度下形成一定的活性的活化层,在聚四氟乙烯PTFE加入碳纤维10%混合使用下,产生极强的抗拉性能。抗冲击力强,人们经常使用它作为填充剂增强物体的耐磨性,还具有优良的防水性。
进一步说明,所述防水胶带中的黏胶层3选用了聚氨酯橡胶和丁苯橡胶混合粘附在聚乙烯薄膜层2下面,增加粘合密度。黏胶层3选用了聚氨酯橡胶和丁苯橡胶混合制成,不仅有较高的粘接力,耐磨性能好,而且耐水,耐冲击力好,为了让防水胶带粘合力更强一些,聚氨酯橡胶和丁苯橡胶采用2~1混合粘合在聚乙烯薄膜层2上面,二者融合在聚乙烯薄层2上面后,聚乙烯薄膜层厚度为0.5μm,相互融合,起到增强防水效果,产生极强的密封效果,稳定性高,耐腐蚀性能高,耐冲击力强。
进一步说明,所述防水层4为聚酯纤维,所述聚酯纤维上层覆盖黏胶层3,所述黏胶层3为聚氨酯橡胶和丁苯橡胶混合制成,所述聚酯纤维厚度为30~80μm,聚酯纤维弹性大,粘附力弱,通过黏胶层3覆盖, 使聚酯纤维粘合力强,同时还具有极佳的耐冲击力,耐磨性,所述防水层4上面有三层,包括基布层1和粘附在聚乙烯薄膜层2,聚乙烯薄膜层又覆盖在黏胶层3上面,三层逐次叠加相互融合,让防水层4聚酯纤维产生极强的密封效果,起到增强防水效果,产生极强的密封效果,耐腐蚀性能高,。本发明的一种高性能防水胶带,结构稳定性高,具有优良的防潮性,耐高温,极佳的粘结性,耐磨性好,防水性能好等优点。

1.一种高性能防水胶带,其特征在于,包括自上向下依次层叠的基布层,聚乙烯薄膜层,黏胶层,防水层,所述的基布层是聚四氟乙烯纤维,所述的黏胶层为聚氨酯橡胶层和丁苯橡胶的混合胶层;所述的防水层为聚酯纤维,所述聚酯纤维与聚乙烯薄膜通过粘胶剂粘结为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能防水胶带,其特征在于所述的聚四氟乙烯纤维厚度为60-80μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能防水胶带,其特征在于所述的黏胶层厚度为0.5~1.0μm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种高性能防水胶带,其特征在于所述黏胶层中聚氨酯橡胶和丁苯橡胶的混合比例为2~3:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能防水胶带,其特征在于所述的聚乙烯薄膜层厚度为0.5μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能防水胶带,其特征在于所述的聚酯纤维厚度为30~80μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能防水胶带,其特征在于所述的粘胶剂和黏胶层所含成分相同。
